Tips for Scheduling Your Content
Twice per month, I go live in our private FB group to hold a Q&A Office Hour and Strategy Call. Each event includes a conversation about some type of strategy for utilizing content for practice growth followed by covering FAQs from our community.

We'll cover:
- Pre-scheduling consideration
- Be clear on your strategy: Creating and scheduling content without a strategy is a waste of time
- Assess your funnel
- Time Available:
- Consider time for ideation, creation, and deployment
- Assess the time available each week and how you will block it
- Cadence:
- Identify your weekly, monthly, and quarterly content
- Decide on the types of content you will offer and the amount of time each takes [i.e. live events, webinars, handouts, meal plans, etc.]
- Ideation and alignment:
- Consider special nutrition dates, holidays, seasons, etc.
- Leverage AI for ideation
- Scheduling events:
- If you offer quarterly events like launches, consider the pre-launch, launch, and post-launch content around them
