Jeff improved his light environment in 2023, & now feels happier and healthier in his 40s than since he was a teenager. His mission in life now is to convince as many people as possible to pay attention to their light environment, because there’s nothing more important or impactful to health than this.

After he improved his light environment, Jeff recieved a download with the idea for the CRD challenge. He felt so strongly about this idea that he pitched it to anyone involved with spreading the knowledge about tending to our light life! Eventually he found just the right people to bring this incredible gift of the CRD challenge to life.
