It's Not Selfish to Choose Yourself
Hey guys I know it has been a while!! I have missed you and I am happy to be back and chat with you guys!!
I also didn't directly relate this back to having a chronic illness. But you definitely can, and understand that it is okay to say no to things and choose yourself when it comes to not just mental health, but your illness as well.
