After a little… unintentional nine-month pause 😅 Chloe & Steph are back behind the mic.

And this episode? It’s exactly what it needed to be - an honest, expansive life catch-up. No pressure, no perfection, just a real conversation about what’s been unfolding behind the scenes.

Think of this one as a macro view - a zoomed-out reflection on the themes, lessons, and shifts that have shaped the past few months.

✨ In This Episode, We Explore:

  • What happens when you stop filling every gap in your life
  • The discomfort (and growth) in learning to sit in stillness
  • The difference between freedom… and the urge to fill it
  • Unlearning urgency, pressure, and the addiction to “doing”
  • How both Chloe & Steph are navigating major identity shifts in work and life
  • The reality of building a business while releasing old patterns
  • The energetic shift into a new astrological year + Fire Horse energy
  • And why this season might feel like whiplash between slowing down and speeding up

🌀 Chloe’s Themes
Over the past few months, Chloe has been moving through three core themes:

1. Deconditioning from Doing
Realising that even in a life she consciously designed for space… she was still filling it.
This season has been about learning that stillness is safe.

2. Softening Control
Letting go in leadership, in motherhood, and in relationships.
Trusting her team. Trusting her partner. And allowing things to unfold without gripping.

3. Discipline & Discernment
Showing up consistently (hello daily content 👀) while also asking:
→ What actually deserves my energy?
 → Who lifts me… and who doesn’t?

🌿 A Powerful Practice
A moment that landed deeply:
“I call back my own energy, and I let go of what is not mine.”

A simple, grounding mantra for when your thoughts, emotions, or energy feel… off.

Because not everything you feel is yours to carry.

🔥 Steph’s Themes

Steph shares her journey of leaving the corporate world and stepping fully into her own business—and the unexpected reality that came with it.

1. Unlearning Urgency
Realising that the pressure, the pace, the adrenaline… didn’t disappear when she left her job.
Because it wasn’t just the environment - it was a pattern.

2. Slowing Down (Everything)
From work… to driving… to daily life.
 Choosing presence over pace.

3. Removing, Not Just Adding
 A big shift in business:
Instead of constantly adding more offers, more ideas, more doing…
→ asking what can I remove?

💭 Real Talk Moments

  • “I thought when I left my job, the pressure would leave too… but it was me.”
  • The chaos (and growth) of renovating a home while building a business
  • Parenting shifts as kids grow and dynamics evolve
  • The subtle ways we stay busy to avoid discomfort

🌙 Energetic Context

This episode also touches on the transition into:The Year of the Fire Horse

A shift from slower, grounded energy… into something faster, more activating, and expansive.

Which might explain why everything feels like it’s moving… quickly.

💎 Key Takeaway
You don’t need to fill every space.
You don’t need to rush every moment.
And you don’t need to carry everything that passes through you.

This season is about: discernment, presence, and choosing what truly matters.
