Changing the status quo
Chris Bowers shares how he was able to participate in D1 soccer and how that lead to his career choice. It's always interesting how a choice like that will lead to someone that has made such a difference in his field. 2019 he was the recipient of Prestigious $40,000 Grant Awarded Annually by NREF to the best two research project proposals for all Neurosurgery Academic Attendings in first two years of practice. 2015 Synthes Skull Base Award FIrst author study presented by William T. Couldwell, MD, PhD, at 2015 AANS 83rd Annual Scientific Meeting, Washington D.C. 2004 "ESPN The Magazine" 1st Team Academic All-American NCAA Division 1 Soccer recognized as one of the best eleven players in the country with a GPA greater than 3.20
