Nikki MacKay is the CEO of Utah Foster Care, where she’s spent her career doing her best to make sure every child in foster care has a safe, loving home. With nearly 30 years of experience in the child welfare world — four as a foster care caseworker and the last 26 with Utah Foster Care — Nikki leads a statewide team known for their heart, passion, and deep commitment to kids and families. She’s passionate about building strong communities and creating real, lasting change for vulnerable youth. Nikki is all about showing up, lifting others, and making a difference. Outside of work, you’ll find her soaking up life and staying connected to the communities of Draper and Ivins, Utah — often spending time with her family or at one of her four restaurants.
