The Children's Center Utah provides comprehensive mental health care to enhance the emotional well-being of infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and their families.

Rebecca Dutson is President and CEO of The Children’s Center Utah, where she combines her passion for changing lives and building strong community with her business acumen and results-oriented local and national nonprofit leadership experience. Spearheading the organization’s vision, mission, and strategy, she inspires and leads her 100+ member team to strengthen mental health systems and outcomes for Utah’s children and their families, including a 10-year expansion plan to increase critical services statewide. In 2023, Rebecca was named a Utah Business Magazine CEO of the Year honoree. She is a member of the State of Utah USAAV+ subcommittee of the Utah Behavioral Health Commission. She also serves as a member of the Salt Lake Chamber Board of Governors. Prior, Rebecca worked for United Way Worldwide as Senior Director, Major Donor Relations, and as Executive Vice President and COO of United Way of Salt Lake. Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. She and her husband, Rulon, enjoy spending time with their family and engaging in the community.
