Shonie Christensen is a dynamic entrepreneur, speaker, and community advocate who knows how to turn adversity into opportunity. As the owner of The Shonie Insurance Group for 15 years, she’s built her business on relationships, resilience, and results.
Beyond the agency, Shonie is known for her authentic storytelling and her ability to connect and inspire action. She’s shared her message of grit, gratitude, and growth on stages across Utah, including the State Capitol and Chamber of Commerce events.
A passionate advocate for domestic violence awareness and survivor support, she works to create safer communities and amplify the voices of those who often go unheard. She also served as Chair of the St. George Area Chamber of Commerce, where she championed
small businesses and community collaboration.
As a woman in business, Shonie is especially committed to entrepreneurship and mentoring other women as they carve their own paths. She believes in lifting others through shared knowledge, real conversations, and encouragement to chase big goals with grit and
gratitude.
Today, she continues to lead with a service-first mindset, using gratitude and possibility to help individuals, businesses, and communities create meaningful growth.
