Ashlee Taylor has served as Executive Director of The Refuge Utah since 2022, leading the organization’s efforts to provide support, resources, and hope to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. With more than 14 years of nonprofit experience, she has dedicated her career to mission-driven work, previously serving in roles with Special Olympics Utah and The Orrin Hatch Foundation. In addition to her nonprofit work, Ashlee has been the Color Guard Director at Brigham Young University since 2007, where she leads the university’s color guard program.
