I Love My Baby, And...What's The Deal With Postpartum Sex?
Jul 26, 2023 Season 2 Episode 1
Erin Schlozman and Ruby Falk

Listen. We know a lot changes after having a baby. We’re prepared to see changes to our bodies. We know that our priorities will shift. We expect to be tired af. But a change in sex drive? We didn’t sign up for that?!?

This week, Erin and Ruby are tackling the *very* loaded (maybe dreaded?) postpartum sex talk. There is one postpartum visit with your OB at 6 weeks, which is essentially just to clear you to “resume normal activity*” (*get it on). And while it’s important to make sure your body is physically ready to “resume normal activity,” what about the emotional side of it all? From managing your expectations, to figuring out what it looks like to schedule intimacy with your partner, to giving you permission to grant yourself just the tiniest bit of grace right now - we’re here for it all!

Loving the show? We'd love your feedback!
