Erin Schlozman and Ruby Falk

We hear a lot about the “invisible load” of motherhood, and that’s almost always applied to stay-at-home moms. And what’s truly mind-blowing is that literally none of the work done by SAHMs is invisible!!! It’s constant! It’s ever-changing! You’re doing all the things everyone relies on! YOU. DON’T. STOP.

Whether you knew all along that you wanted to be a SAHM, or it was something that happened somewhere along the way, you’re allowed to struggle with parts of this. The nuance is a lot to try and hold alone (and that’s where we come in!!)

In this episode, Ruby and Erin explore some of the thoughts commonly heard in the therapy room or in their DMs, like how hard it is to ask for help, or how to pull yourself out of the “I do the same thing everyday” funk.
