What Makes Catalyzt Nutrition a Good Neighbor...

Catalyzt Nutrition is and operated by Cheryl Zonkowski, a Registered Dietitian and Performance Dietitian, with over 20 years of experience in the field. Catalyzt is a nutrition consultation and educational private practice, who also offers personal meal preparation for members. Catalyzt’s target audience is anyone interested in enhancing their mental and physical performance through the power of nutrition and education. At Catalyzt, you can receive daily meals and snacks specifically designed to fuel your individual needs based on your anthropometric data, biomarkers, and information gathered during your one-on-one consultation. If you are curious about becoming a member, please stop by and meet us, grab yourself a hearty salad or some of our grab and go items. We have crafted a protein collagen pudding you can purchase at our kitchen, at Bad Ass Coffee near the oceanfront, or at Astraea Coffee near the courthouse.

Catalyzt Kitchen strives to supply you with the highest quality ingredients and products. All sauces (except the guacamole cups) are made in house and we only cook with avocado, coconut, and olive oils. All meals and snacks (unless discussed in advance or as listed on the label) are dairy, gluten, peanut, and soy free. We do use and cook with eggs (unless notified of allergies or sensitivities). All beef is sourced from Coastal Cattle, Pungo VA, (or is free range and grass fed if Coastal Cattle is out of stock). All in season fish is wild caught. All meat and poultry is free of antibiotics. Spinach, celery, and carrots are organic and when berries are in season, they are organic as well. We try to follow the EWG's (Environmental Working Group's) "Clean 15 and Dirty Dozen" lists regarding which produce to buy organic. We include microgreens in our salads from a NSW veteran’s farm, Sovereign Frog Farm, and procure hydroponically grown lettuce from Kalera through US Foods. All spices are single source and blended in house for dry rubs and seasonings. They contain no fillers or added sugar. The only items containing organic brown sugar are the made-in-house BBQ sauces, the only sweetener used in dishes is locally sourced honey.

It's our mission and pleasure to fuel you!
