Ep 6: Lisa from Lullabies on NICU Nursing, Sleep Coaching and Breastfeeding Support

Today I am joined on the podcast by Lisa Adair from Lullabies. Lisa has 20 years of experience as a NICU and pediatric nurse in the UK and the Gulf. Now Lisa is using her knowledge and passion to help families with breastfeeding support and gentle, holistic sleep coaching.

I really enjoyed hearing about Lisa's experience nursing in Saudi Arabia. I loved how funny and honest she is when admitting to calling 111 about her vomiting baby despite her own nursing experience. I also managed to take away some tips when it comes to getting my baby to take a bottle, and we discuss the sleep coaching industry and what makes her approach gentle and holistic.
