Can a 4-day working week really deliver the same productivity?
Various initiatives seem to illustrate that the 100-80-100 approach can really deliver the same productivity in 20% less time. And improve employee engagement, recruitment and retention in the process.
But what are the conditions to make this work? And is it really scalable and applicable in most jobs?
