The Hawks move to 35-30, and clinch a spot in the play-in tournament at least, with a 108-97 win over the Bulls at State Farm Arena. Trae Young powers the Hawks in the first half on the way to a 33 point and 7 assist night as Clint Capela has a monster 2nd half and finishes with 20 points and 11 rebounds.
The Bull were without Zach LaVine and Nikola Vucevic, but used a 37 point 2nd quarter to take a 9 point lead into the half. They would only score 34 in the 2nd half. Rookie Patrick Williams scored 19 points and noted Hawk hater Thaddeus Young had 20 points, 7 rebounds, and 9 assists.

The Hawks face the Portland Trailblazers on Monday night.
