Today's guest is Sophie Neve.  Sophie is a hypnotherapist, moon circle facilitator, tarot reader and the founder of Evolve Hypnotherapy. In her private practice, she has spent the last 3 years helping her clients with trauma and anxiety so they can become more self-aware, learn to regulate their nervous system, be more present with loved ones and create a life of  inner-peace and freedom.   Living in Beverley, UK with her beloved son
and border terrier; she’s a devoted mother who loves to be surrounded by nature
whenever she can. You can usually find her in the woods,  meditating,
journaling, binging ancient history documentaries or flinging herself about in
the local dance studio.
