Epoch Talk: A Journey Together is dedicated to sharing the stories of first responders, and their families, on their journey to healing. Hosted by Angel Powers of Mainstream Therapy, and created in collaboration with Jadie Miller of Pyroc Technologies and Dr. Michelle O'Neil, the three have established a care clinic dedicated to safeguarding first responders and their families.

Ryan talks openly about living with PTSD, how he got it, how he’s managing it and his shift from not believing it could happen to him, to now taking a active role in protecting others from getting it.
