Homebuyers today expect more than listing photos and property details. They want to understand the lifestyle, the neighborhood, and the community before ever scheduling a showing, and AI is helping make that possible.

In this conversation, Andrea Presnal of Doorify MLS sits down with Lisa Nickerson, CEO of Infinityy, to talk about how AI is reshaping the home search experience while keeping real estate professionals at the center of the transaction. Lisa shares how Infinityy combines trusted MLS data with conversational AI to answer buyer questions, provide neighborhood context, and help agents better understand what consumers are looking for.

She also explains why trusted data remains essential for AI, how consumer expectations are changing, and why technology should empower agents rather than replace them.

Andrea Presnal [00:00:02]:
Hi, Lisa Nickerson. Thank you so much for being on Doorify MLS podcast. We are so excited to have you talk all things real estate, all about Infinityy, and learning more about that. But before we dive in, would love for you to give kind of an overview about you, your background, your experience in real estate before we we start.

Lisa Nickerson [00:00:26]:
Well, thank you so much for having me. When you asked me to be on the Doorify podcast, I was thrilled. I've been watching everything you've been doing with innovation and really trying to lead in the industry and what you're doing for your members. And so really, it's a privilege to be on today again. I'm Lisa Nickerson. I'm the CEO of Infinityy. And I just want to start by saying I love real estate. I have loved real estate since I was a kid.

Lisa Nickerson [00:00:50]:
When I went to Boston College, I was a rental agent and working with students trying to find their next apartment. And I thought it was so, such a great job. And then in my 20s, I was a downtown leasing and investment sales broker working with owners of office towers in Boston and helping companies find that next space. And I've just always been excited about understanding how space impacts people's lives and how, whether it's your home or your apartment or your office, this is where you spend your time and how, how that space just really impacts how you live and how, how you feel and how you perform in every aspect. And so it's now been 32 years since I got my first Realtor's license and.

Andrea Presnal [00:01:32]:
Wow.

Lisa Nickerson [00:01:33]:
In addition to owning, I own an agency that supports real estate owners in all aspects and all parts of the real estate built environment industry from a public relations and marketing standpoint. I've owned a brokerage that did new construction sales for real estate developments. I've just been touching the industry in so many different ways over the years. I've dabbled in a little bit of development, and now I'm thrilled to be on the technology side and leading the Infinityy team.

Andrea Presnal [00:02:02]:
I love it. So you have really seen it all and been in this industry for a while.

Lisa Nickerson [00:02:06]:
I've seen a lot.

Andrea Presnal [00:02:08]:
And I love, I, I love how your LinkedIn bio, it opens up with such like, a beautiful concept. The places we choose shape the lives we live. And so you've spent well over 30 years fascinated by why people choose the spaces they do. What would you say is the biggest thing the real estate industry gets wrong when it comes to understanding consumer behavior and how people select a home or a community?

Lisa Nickerson [00:02:40]:
I think we can get hyper focused on finding that dream home or helping somebody find that dream home. And I'm watching even now some of these great Netflix looking videos about how you make this home look really sexy and really appealing. And I'm not going to deny it draws people in to look at that and maybe take an extra look at that. But what people really want to understand is what their lifestyle is going to be like. It's not just about the home, but it's about the neighborhood. It's about where are they going to walk their dog, how long is their commute, what schools will my kids go to, what great restaurant that I'll be hanging out at with my friends. And. And they want to understand the whole lifestyle.

Lisa Nickerson [00:03:20]:
And I think the challenge is that you have to be, you have to be an expert in all things related to a community. And that's actually the power of an agent. Right. As a. And a Realtor is supporting people in understanding all aspects of the lifestyle around that home. And where I think tech can get caught is that so often founders are encouraged to solve one singular problem. And it's very hard to do in real estate because you have to look at the whole ecosphere of how people make choices and how the Realtor supports them as the industry expert, the neighborhood expert, the therapist, the negotiator. And it's such an important role for people making what is often the largest purchase of their lifetime.

Andrea Presnal [00:04:09]:
It's so true. And there's a lot of layers to it as well. I love how you talk about the community aspect because, you know, you're not just like buying a home and just going to live in the home and not go anywhere else. You really want everything close by. So you're very much right in that, in that sense.

Lisa Nickerson [00:04:29]:
Well, and the Realtor can help you think through your priorities too. You might think that one thing is the most important, but as you start to talk about one particular property versus another property, you can, you can work through together where the priorities really are for you and how your decision making is often fueled by various emotions too. And now if you layer in two people or more people, it can be even more than that. So again, a very important role that Realtor has.

Andrea Presnal [00:04:57]:
So between, like, you know, the. Over the last, like, three decades that you've been in real estate, you know, with marketing and technology, what would you say is, you know, the most profound shift that you've witnessed and you know how consumers are approaching making that biggest financial decision of their lives?

Lisa Nickerson [00:05:15]:
Sure. And it's how they purchase online and how they use online in order to make purchases. And you know, I can joke about when we first got the BlackBerry and then how that evolved and how we started using the Internet for more. And if you, you know, if you look at how Amazon evolved, they didn't just start selling everything online because people weren't ready for that. They started with books because it was something that someone would say, okay, that's going to be the same book whether I buy it here or online, right? And it's evolved. I've bought my last two cars online. And not that I'm saying we would buy homes online, but we certainly search online and we know that, we know that people do a lot of window shopping, just perusing different homes and listings and, but what often people miss is the information that allows them to make a decision. So instead of just window shopping and then allowing somebody to go to the next window shop, right, the next listing, how do you encourage them to walk in the door and actually decide on something that was in the window versus just keep perusing? And I think that's the real differentiator with Infinityy is we have the AI tied in with your listing now and it's is there to answer questions as people are asking them and it's enticing them to learn more, it's enticing them to want more.

Lisa Nickerson [00:06:31]:
And that's, that's a real differentiator. I can't imagine, I can't imagine if I needed an Uber that I'd fill out a form fill and then five drivers would call me all offering to come pick me up. But that's what we have in real estate right now. And so Infinityy is a real frictionless way for the seller's agent to connect directly with, with that buyer who's interested, when they're interested and be able to have the AI entice them and answer questions, but also have the opportunity for follow up. And I know I'm jumping the gun here for people who aren't familiar with Infinityy, but Infinityy takes your listing straight from the MLS and it puts it into our platform with an AI agent that can answer questions about that listing. And it's not going out to the Internet, it's not searching for things, it's going off of the information that you've given it. But it also connects with Google Street View. So then if somebody says, where could I walk my dog? Where is the school related? They can ask all of these questions.

Lisa Nickerson [00:07:29]:
The beauty for the agent is the agent gets a transcript of every single thing that they've asked so instead of just wondering what people were thinking while they were flipping all the pictures, now you know what they're asking about, you know what they want. They can request to talk to you directly through Infinityy and now through our partnership with Localogic, because we know that people love those reports. They love the lifestyle, the market reports, the third party aspect to them. They can provide a form fill in order to get those reports. And it's another way for us to gain the trust with the potential buyer. But also their contact information that only the seller's agent gets to call and follow up. So again, you've got this whole transcript of what they looked for and they asked, you know, they're interested because now they've requested reports additionally. And it's just again, an entirely new way to connect with people directly and provide answers to their questions.

Andrea Presnal [00:08:24]:
Thank you for that quick overview of Infinityy. So a lot of tech platforms, they'll try to just cut out the real estate professional of the equation. And you've already just talked about this, but you explicitly state, you know that Infinityy aims to strengthen the trusted brokerage relationship. And so how does, can you go a little bit more in depth how the AI powered platform will empower the consumer without replacing the agent. Is it more of that conversation piece that you were talking about where it gives you stats of like where can I walk my dog? And that's.

Lisa Nickerson [00:09:01]:
And it will show you. It'll take you straight to that park through Google Street View. It will take you to the school so you can see it. You can just like you would Street View because it is Google Street View. You can look around and understand, but then circle back to the home if that's what you want to do and understand where all these things sit together, especially for people that you're looking, you know, not up the street. But again, we all know that each neighborhood is very different. Even though I live in one neighborhood now, I haven't lived in another neighborhood that I need to explore a little bit more and understand, you know, how the, how just the neighborhood and the fabric of the neighborhood works, but how it empowers the agent. You know, since the beginning of time, the Realtor has been expected to be available for 24, 7.

Lisa Nickerson [00:09:43]:
You know, we've seen memes and movies about this that you're never putting down your phone. And I think, I think just sometimes the DNA of a realtor, that's just who you are too. You like to be connected, you like to work with people. But what this allows is when you can't Pick up that phone, you might be in a showing, you might be sleeping, you might be doing anything else. The AI is there to engage that buyer and talk to them and answer those questions. And the other great thing about AI is it makes your listing multilingual. The AI talks in 75 different languages. So whichever language that person is asking the questions in, it's answering in their language.

Lisa Nickerson [00:10:23]:
So again, just a very frictionless way to talk to people. If your listing doesn't have Infinityy, it's limited to what's just in that listing. But in the MLS is where we are integrated in with the mls, the listing is automatically in that virtual listing button there or wherever you put it or wherever you share it in the back end of our dashboard, you can share to all the different social media as a great post. And it takes them straight to the Infinityy listing. And again, it's a way of exciting somebody about a property. And then you can follow up with that information and be still the in the industry expert, the community expert, the therapist, the negotiator. That makes the realtor role so special and so important.

Andrea Presnal [00:11:14]:
It's so true. And having those stats and just extra, additional information really helps to give the best consumer that experience.

Lisa Nickerson [00:11:25]:
Well, it's the same thing. If somebody's out of town and they're working with an agent, they can share those listings with somebody too. And they can look at it themselves and start to determine where they might want to go or what they might want to see if their time is limited or they don't want to spend a day looking at 10 different homes. The other thing about Infinityy that I didn't mention is we have a viewer and it's similar to a zoom like experience where I could be on here, my husband or a partner or one of my kids that's looking at a property could be anywhere and we could get on together and be in that listing together talking. But stay there at the gym and I'm in the basement and then they're at the pool and someone else is in the kitchen. But you're all in this viewer together too. It's something nobody else has. And it's a really great way to collaborate with other people and looking at property.

Andrea Presnal [00:12:15]:
Very true. Speaking of just stats and having data, we know that your listings, I believe the stat is between 20 to 40%. I cannot remember the exact number, but if you put your listing on the mls, it's more likely to sell than if you were to do a private listing or, or to not put it on the mls. So Doorify and Infinityy both sit at that intersection of the MLS innovation. How do you see platforms like yours partnering with modern mlss to improve data distribution as well as consumer experience?

Lisa Nickerson [00:12:55]:
Well, Infinityy is here to make the MLS more valuable because the AI is only as good as the data it's given. Again, we're not going out to the world, so somebody can't say, did this ever happen at this house? Or something like that. It's the MLS information that's feeding the listing and then that's the data that we're giving. And then a Realtor can add more information. Especially if they see that somebody continues to ask a particular question, they can add more, more information to it. But keeping in mind that that rich trusted data that the MLS has is what feeds Infinityy and that that's what the consumer can then rely on. So it's really important that people understand the importance of gold data in is the gold data that we provide.

Andrea Presnal [00:13:42]:
What would you say? There is so many prop tech companies coming into this ecosystem. I think there's a new one every single day. I know that we often get told, especially by our agents and brokers, like, it's just too much, like there's too much going on. And I think that can be said for any industry. Every industry is evolving, especially with AI figuring out how we can work smarter, not harder. What would you say that Infinityy's like special feature, something that no one else offers or has thought about that would help you know the consumer as well as the agent within the MLS ecosystem.

Lisa Nickerson [00:14:28]:
When our founder created the idea for Infinityy, it was really based on his daughter sending him tons of listings when she was trying to find an apartment at college and feeling like there had to be a better way to do this. Yeah, right. Because he's like, I don't know. And then I experienced this with my own daughter when she was at UVM and she was just, she was sending me tons of listings and then she texted me a follow up that said, and can you give me your social? And that's when I picked up the phone. I said, what are you doing? And she said, oh, I have to get this application or I'm going to lose this apartment. And I said, we have a lot of questions to answer here. First, where is this apartment? What type of building is it in? What is the lighting? How do you walk to school? And this was the same experience that Jim had with his daughter years ago when he created Infinityy. And so he developed the platform and then brought me in as the real estate expert who's had all these years in whether it was selling real estate, leasing real estate, and just understanding the ecosphere as it, as it works.

Lisa Nickerson [00:15:26]:
Because we're not just in residential, we're all also in multifamily, which is a different, a different way of utilizing Infinityy. And we've been able to take Infinityy and solve a problem that really existed, which is getting sent lots of listings or just looking at a lot of listings. It's hard to keep track of it all. It's hard to understand how it all fits together. And the beauty of it is being able to look at, look at the listings and be able to better understand what you're looking at and to be able to collaborate with other people. And that's such a missing piece is that ability to talk about this listing. I mean, for some people, maybe you already know you're buying the home, but you have an interior person or a contractor or somebody you can jump on this, zoom together and be able to look through on a. It's a multiplayer platform.

Lisa Nickerson [00:16:18]:
Be in different places even looking at this property together and assessing what you need to do. And we just haven't seen that out there in the market. So that would be, I say, one differentiator. The second is with my real estate background and the other people that we've brought in, either on the team or as advisors, we bring a tech forward real estate expertise in. And I think where, where it feels like a lot, where your agents might feel like there's a lot of tech out there, it's because there is. And often people get really excited about the tech and they get excited about their features and they forget how it seamlessly needs to integrate in to the experience of, of the workflow that a Realtor has. And I think that's also a unique way that we're working with Realtors is really understanding how they use it in their day to day.

Andrea Presnal [00:17:09]:
I love that. Understanding how they use it in their day to day. But also having a seamless experience. I know that I personally have not always had a seamless experience and that's really exciting that Infinityy has those features that make it easier.

Lisa Nickerson [00:17:27]:
Well, and we lean into the feedback. We really want people to tell us if they got stuck, where did they get stuck? If they didn't understand something, please let us know. I mean if you think back to when you were first using Facebook or Instagram, you had to learn how to navigate it, right? Right now we can flip through super simply. But everything was a learning process. And so with any new tool there is A learning process to it and we want to understand how people are using it and we want to understand how we can be better every day. And so, so often I'm sending agents emails myself or a LinkedIn or a text and saying, how's it going? What was your experience? And by the way, this is what we're seeing on our back end. I saw an agent the other day, I said, I saw that you've had 60 views and five leads on, on your listing. Just because I'm tracking this one particular listing.

Lisa Nickerson [00:18:16]:
Is it. Can you tell me how that experience is going on your end? Because I'm not going to just say, oh, yep, we checked that box.

Andrea Presnal [00:18:21]:
Right.

Lisa Nickerson [00:18:22]:
I need to know that that agent is, is feeling a success on her end, that that matches what I'm seeing on my end.

Andrea Presnal [00:18:31]:
Yeah, I love that. And you, you've mentioned that we have this like once in a generation opportunity as AI transforms discovery. So if you look to three to five years down the road, how rationally different, radically different will the home search process look for that everyday buyer because of AI? I know this is like such a big conversation too. That's happening everywhere.

Lisa Nickerson [00:19:02]:
Yeah, yeah. Well, think about just in the past year how people are using ChatGPT and Claude over just search so people will lean more into what they're looking for versus filtering to hall two bedroom, four bedroom x many square feet. Between this range and this range I believe will be a thing of the past. I think it will be find me this, that other I need. This is what I want to make happen. And again, it's not just about the home. It will be around the lifestyle that they're seeking and who they want to be. Because you become this environment that you're in.

Lisa Nickerson [00:19:38]:
Right. That's why people particularly choose particular buildings or particular towns or particular neighborhoods because that's what they want their lifestyle to be. And so that is. That is the future of real estate.

Andrea Presnal [00:19:51]:
Do you think that I know that a lot of people do their own home searching before they'll even contact an agent? Do you find that that's going to be even more of the case with. Especially with a lot of these prop tech tools that, that are out there and Infinityy. Do you foresee that happening or do you think it's always going to be that trusted experience with a real estate professional that's helping guide that experience for the consumer?

Lisa Nickerson [00:20:24]:
I think that the role of the realtor will change. Like the role of, I mean anybody's role.

Andrea Presnal [00:20:29]:
Right.

Lisa Nickerson [00:20:29]:
Lawyers roles are changing right now. Accountants, there's so much you can do on your own. I've even read newspaper articles recently talking about how they had their chatbot sell their home.

Andrea Presnal [00:20:39]:
I know that's crazy.

Lisa Nickerson [00:20:41]:
That's so scary. And I, and I, I actually said to my colleagues, I said it's not that it can't be done. Right. There's a lot of things we can do. We could bring our own homes if we really wanted to. Right. It's not like you can't.

Andrea Presnal [00:20:53]:
It's not going to be a very good home probably. But.

Lisa Nickerson [00:20:55]:
Yeah, well, but. And so lean into, to an expert into helping support you. I think that people will want to search more again. That's the beauty of Infinityy. I can, with my husband, look at properties in my, I'm, I'm in Boston. I can look at properties on Cape Cod. I can look at properties in Miami. We have six kids combined.

Lisa Nickerson [00:21:15]:
We're constantly getting listings sent to us of where they might be looking to move or something to buy. And for us, we have to jump on with them and, and experience it with them and better guide even them as, as parents, then that's our role to help them. But I would never say buy this without a realtor to support helping you do this. Search and information gathering will increase, no question. But we're getting inundated with information, almost too much information. So again, for somebody who doesn't do this on the regular. Right. People buy and sell their homes, what, seven to 11 years, depending on who you're talking to or even from a rental perspective, you know, is it.

Lisa Nickerson [00:21:54]:
They may, they're moving every few years. It is an overwhelming process. It's not what they do every day. So if you can give them the right information at the right time and allow them to reach out to somebody that they can trust when they're ready and be there, be right there and they're ready, then, then that's a, that's a game changer. So I think we need to embrace the fact that people are going to search right now people are looking at your listing and they're opening up six different tabs to look at everything else. And you have no idea what else they're looking at. You have no idea what questions they're asking. But that's.

Lisa Nickerson [00:22:28]:
We're giving you all that information. Or, or worse, what if I was taking the listing and having to translate it over here and xyz, you know, the other thing I wanted to add to this is that we have a, we have a power user out of Connecticut. He's had over 200 listings on Infinityy. And he finds that when his listing is, is on Infinityy, he's able to engage with somebody so quickly he'll win seven more clients per listing than normal just because of his ability to engage with somebody and even say, maybe this isn't the right property, but I have others. Because he knows what they're looking for. He's able to look at that transcript and say, oh, they're looking at xyz, abc. They have these concerns. By the time he calls them back, he's got six other homes that he wants to talk to them about.

Lisa Nickerson [00:23:15]:
So again, we all know that being that first person in that somebody trusts is the key to the game. And Infinityy is another way somebody's getting and winning that new client, that new customer.

Andrea Presnal [00:23:28]:
I love that. I mean, there's so much fear right now around AI and just automation or what I hear constantly is just not being authentic. People can tell when you write things that are AI or, you know, in Infinityy's case, like getting these insights like, you know, is that AI or is that, you know, a human connection? So I guess my question would be like, how do leaders ensure that they're building those human centered, you know, connections rather than, or AI rather than just like tech for the sake of tech?

Lisa Nickerson [00:24:09]:
Well, the best tech does involve the human and allows the human to be better. Where I think we're missing a piece here. And I think you were at a conference recently, one of my colleagues was at, and they were talking about how you can build out all these different things using Claude. Right. I think it's too big a leap. And so people get afraid of it or they reject it because it's just too much. I'm not building out an entire business now out of Claude if I'm an agent. And I've, you know, actually let me just step back a little bit.

Lisa Nickerson [00:24:42]:
Right. Because if you look at the number of agents that are in their 50s, right. And I'm 52, so I completely relate to. You've built a business, you've built a world around you. You've become an expert and everything's become like, you know, what you're doing and how you're doing it and how you're making it happen. And all of a sudden this new thing comes along and it's disrupting and you're thinking, is this going to take me out at the knees? I don't know, do I have to change my whole business to being run out of Claude? And somebody told me recently that I could turn my salesforce off and just use Claude. And I was like, okay, we're going too far, right? And so I think that if we step back and say, look, you don't have to all of a sudden make your brokerage run on cloud. What you can do is use tools that use AI to help you be better.

Lisa Nickerson [00:25:28]:
And so whether it's Infinityy or some of these others where the ia, excuse me, the AI is running behind in order to empower you, then we go, oh, okay, I'm still the expert, I'm still the best at what I do. I'm not going to lose my business. This is going to allow me for my business to be better. And I think if we integrate tools in this way versus jumping to, you need to rebuild your whole brokerage with Claude. I can't even jump to that right now. And so I think it's all in the way we're presenting it to realtors so that they can feel empowered.

Andrea Presnal [00:26:04]:
I agree. There's so much conversation like dump it in Claude and build this and that.

Lisa Nickerson [00:26:10]:
And right.

Andrea Presnal [00:26:11]:
You, you also have to know how to use these tools. You'll see a lot of content out there that says, you know, use these chat GBT prompts to get better results. And it's, it's definitely a learning curve, but it's also, you know, training some of these AI platforms on, you know, some of your particulars that you're trying to achieve with them. And so, I mean, you really sit in the intersection of like AI, real estate, community, intelligence, entrepreneurship. And so as a CEO leading a cutting edge prop tech company, what would be your number one piece of advice for other leaders trying to navigate change management? And traditionally it's, we've been in an industry slow to adapt, but I think that in the last year that's really changed. I think we've like, you know, just sped, you know, as fast as we can. But now it's like overwhelming and there's too much. So what is some, you know, piece of advice you would have just for other leaders navigating this to just.

Lisa Nickerson [00:27:19]:
Well, I, you brought up a word that I love and it's entrepreneurship. And I think that that word is left out of the real estate industry too much because really the realtor ecosystem is the largest entrepreneurial engine in this country. It is small business and it was, and it was here. I remember when there was not hybrid and remote working and people were able to build businesses and, and really scale them to an unlimited level because they had this opportunity to come into real estate to sell homes to be a part of that world in a way that just wasn't available. And so when you look at the people that have built tremendous businesses in this, in this industry, they're savvy, they hustle, they're quick, they lean into curiosity naturally. So if you can feed that piece of what excites people in addition to the, this isn't a, this isn't a negative. I love that deal junkie term.

Andrea Presnal [00:28:23]:
Right.

Lisa Nickerson [00:28:23]:
Like everybody loves a good deal. Everybody loves to make something happen. We get excited about it and that's what excites, excites people who are great at what they do. So if you can lean into that as a leader and say this is how we're going to make even better, this is how we're going to allow you to do this, this is going to be, to be better at how you're providing service. Whatever it is that people get excited about, you lean into that and you allow them to get excited with you versus give them a new set of rules or a new tell them this is how they have to do something.

Andrea Presnal [00:28:56]:
Could not. Agree.

Lisa Nickerson [00:28:57]:
Any realtor that likes administrative work.

Andrea Presnal [00:28:59]:
Right.

Lisa Nickerson [00:28:59]:
They like to get excited about what they do and we want to show you how you can do more of it.

Andrea Presnal [00:29:05]:
Agree.

Lisa Nickerson [00:29:06]:
Make more money. Yes, always. Yeah.

Andrea Presnal [00:29:10]:
So PropTech and AI are heavily male dominated sectors. As a female CEO leading the chart charge at leading the charge, what unique perspectives do you think a woman brings to building consumer centric technology?

Lisa Nickerson [00:29:27]:
I'm going to tell you something that you probably already know, but I've got some great stats here. Women influence up to 85% of consumer purchasing decisions. So I mean how many sense, how many properties are we showing where the woman doesn't have a strong opinion? 62% of the realtors in the US are women. Age is 57 years old. I'm 52. So I get you. I understand how you're feeling about your career and family and everything that's being, pulling you in a hundred different directions. My six kids and step kids are 23 to 38 years old.

Lisa Nickerson [00:30:07]:
So when I look at only 11% of the realtors being under the age of 40, I, I'm understanding what they're trying to do with their careers and, and where you're trying to go. And I'm also seeing where the opportunity is for people early in their career to be a realtor and lean into this technology that they're just used to using already and how they could really take the market over the next several decades and build unbelievable careers. I'VE spent most of my career in traditionally male dominated industries and, and working through it. But technology, great technology, starts with understanding people. And I think as somebody who really understands how people think and why they make the decisions the way they do, I'm leaning into that strength of mine, whether that's being a woman or not. But it's also, I think, just being relatable to the industry in a way that some tech founders, male or female, may not because of all of that 30 years of being in the industry.

Andrea Presnal [00:31:07]:
It's so true and relatable. I love that you brought all of those stats because they couldn't be more true. But also, you know, women make a lot of the purchasing decisions for a lot of things. You know, you think about like just consumer products, but buying the house, I mean that, that's such a fun stat. So thank you so much for sharing because it's a good reminder, I think, of who's typically buying some of these things.

Lisa Nickerson [00:31:36]:
What I always say are the places we choose to shape our lives. And when you look at home buying and how it touches so many other industries, it's the greatest multiplier in our economy. It's the top of the consumer intent funnel. And so it's so important that we get this right for our families, for our realtors, and for our US economy as a whole. I mean, we all know that it's driven by, by the home industry. And so, you know, this is just an amazing time to, to be coming out with a tool that helps people as well as we do.

Andrea Presnal [00:32:11]:
If there is just one legacy or core impact you want to leave on the real estate industry, what would that be?

Lisa Nickerson [00:32:22]:
I think I want to go back to the housing market being a primary engine for our country and that the more we can lean, actually, I actually want to say, the more we can avoid the noise that's happening in the industry right now. And there's a lot of it. And how do we rise above it and focus on what's most important, which is serving our customer and being that trusted source and providing the best data and information. Like I said, AI is, any AI is only as good as the data that it's given. So that rich MLS information that we have, the local logic reports, all of the things that allow you to be a stronger, trusted person. I think that's, that's what we as an industry need and what consumers want. And that's my biggest takeaway is that we're always evolving. We've evolved from typewriters and fax machines.

Lisa Nickerson [00:33:20]:
To phones, to, you know, working online. Right. And buying online and real estate. It's. It's our time and Infinityy does it.

Andrea Presnal [00:33:30]:
And that will be their legacy. Right.

Lisa Nickerson [00:33:35]:
And how fortunate for the members that have tech forward innovative MLS is that they can trust to make great decisions on the tools so that you can cut out even more noise and you can really focus on what you like to do and not. And not worry about the rest of the stuff.

Andrea Presnal [00:33:52]:
Agree.

Lisa Nickerson [00:33:53]:
Yeah.

Andrea Presnal [00:33:54]:
