HER Truth Revealed: with Wonderful Morrison
Her Truth Revealed is a podcast for women in midlife who are done performing strength and ready to live, lead, and build from a place of truth.
Hosted by Wonderful Morrison—personal brand architect, entrepreneur, and author—this podcast offers an intimate exploration of identity, embodiment, healing, and personal growth in midlife. Each episode invites you to slow down, listen inward, and trust yourself more deeply as you navigate life, business, and becoming.
The show moves through three lived phases that mirror the midlife journey:
Transition — the quiet endings, identity shifts, and life changes we feel deeply but rarely dramatize
Transformation — emotional healing through forgiveness, gratitude, nervous system regulation, and embodiment
Thriving — remembering who you are beneath performance, urgency, and expectations, and stepping into quiet authority
Through solo reflections and soulful conversations, Her Truth Revealed explores topics such as healing beyond hustle culture, releasing the Good Girl and Warrior Queen identities, building aligned businesses in midlife, emotional regulation, self-trust, and redefining success through soft power rather than force.
This is not a self-help podcast about fixing yourself.
It’s a midlife podcast about remembering yourself.
If you’re a woman over 40 navigating personal growth, healing, identity, or reinvention—and ready to stop performing and start living from who you truly are—Her Truth Revealed is for you.

This episode marks a powerful beginning.
In the opening episode of Season 4 of Her Truth Revealed: Unraveling Our Midlife Era, the roles are reversed.
For the first time, I am not the one asking the questions.
I am the one answering them.
My dear friend of nearly 15 years, Sonia Bhatia, steps into the host seat and interviews me. With care, depth, and courage, she guides this conversation into places I have helped so many women explore, yet have rarely allowed myself to share publicly.
Season 4 begins differently.
It begins with honesty.
It begins with vulnerability.
It begins with me laying down the armor I have worn for most of my life.
In this conversation, we explore the deeper layers of survival, strength, forgiveness, midlife transitions, menopause, identity, and the quiet reckoning that comes when you realize the very traits that helped you survive may no longer be the ones that allow you to live freely.
We talk about what it meant to grow up as the daughter of immigrants and how that shaped achievement, hyper vigilance, and people pleasing. We talk about over functioning as safety. We talk about the cost of always being the strong one. We talk about perimenopause not simply as a hormonal shift, but as an identity awakening.
This episode is not about reinvention.
It is about remembering.
Remembering who I was before survival shaped me.
Remembering who I am becoming as I soften.
Remembering that strength does not require armor.
This season is different because I am different.
And if you have ever quietly asked yourself, Who did I become to survive, and what is it costing me now, this conversation will meet you there.
Season 4 does not open with strategy or performance.
It opens with truth.
And this time, it is mine.
