The Arrangement by Kiersten Modglin is a psychological thriller about a married couple, Ainsley and Peter Greenburg, who try to save their crumbling marriage with an open-marriage "arrangement" where they each date other people once a week, but the plan spirals into dark consequences, deception, and suspicion as rules are broken and secrets are revealed. It's the first book in a trilogy, followed by The Amendment and The Atonement, and is known for its twists and fast-paced, easy-to-read style.
