Suvani and Nivani discuss the touchy subject of conflict and how both of their instincts is to run and hide at the first sign of it. They describe some of their responses to conflict and the possible reasons for this, as well as some of the ways they would prefer to respond. It was decided that conflict is normal and we should all be more open to confronting charged situations and disagreeable people in an intentional way.
