On February 16th, the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission released their survey for the next two-year cycle of rules and regulations across all fishing and hunting. Public land hunter Chris Harrell and non-resident public land hunter Alex Johns (Brown Water Lanyards) join Cason and Brent to walk through the waterfowl-related portion of the survey, sharing insights that every waterfowler should listen to before completing the survey.
