Faith As Small As A Mustard Seed

I pray that this video encourages us to remember how great the Lord is. If God be for us, who can be against us? Why do we choose to put our faith in the enemy's lies rather than what the Lord has promised. The bible says that if we have faith the size of a mustard seed we can tell that mountain to move and be cast into the sea and it shall be! That sea is the sea of forgetfulness, and that mountain could be a past memory, a temptation, a trial, a circumstance.. but whatever that mountain is, it is only by faith that we can get passed it in Jesus name.
What's up y'all? I'm currently outside. I'm in California right now. I'm not really sure if this is gonna be a part of the vlog or if this is gonna be a part of just a podcast episode. But either way, welcome back to another episode of Image Bearers. Now I actually just made a reel about this topic, but I felt the Lord wanting to just press and go deeper in this, and we could just talk about it. So in my hand here, you see, this is literally a mustard seed. I don't know if it'll ever focus or not. This is the size of a mustard seed. The Bible talks about how if you have faith, the size of a mustard seed, smaller than this component right here, that we can look to whatever mountain and tell it to move and it will obey, and that nothing shall be impossible for us. The Bible says with man this is not possible, but with God, all things are possible. And I've been recognizing that so many of us are in this place of transition. We are in this place of you know going from faith to faith and from glory to glory. And the enemy is trying to make our gaze fixate on the storm. The enemy is trying to make us focus on, you know, the things that seem impossible rather than thinking on the God who is God of impossible. And I truly believe it is an honor that in this transition, many of us are getting pruned and up and and unbelief is getting uprooted. And so I want to encourage you guys with that. I feel like I was just talking to a sister as I was walking here, and I was saying, you know, the same God that set the sun in the sky when Joshua and the Israelites were fighting a battle until they had the victory, the same God that parted the Red Sea so the Israelites would have a clear way, and in that miracle, in that sign, in that wonder, as they get a better depiction of who God is, his enemies are literally scattered and wiped out in that same sea that he split for them. The same Holy Spirit that empowered Jesus to walk, blameless and perfect, that raised him up on the third day, lives inside of us. And the enemy has us over here questioning whether we hear him or not. Like what? It's like, no, we need to be so rooted and filled up on the word of God that anytime we feel any doubt or anxiety, we're not feeding into that and watering that seed, but rather we're fixating our gaze upon the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. And so, you know, many of you guys know that as of recently, uh I moved to California, and within the two hours of me being here, my car was broken into and things were stolen. Stolen. But I was filled with such fiery faith. I said, something has to be going on super big for the Lord's glory, because if they are trying to meet me at the place of assignment, they're trying to stop it before it gets started. And it has nothing to do with me, but it has everything to do with the God that I serve, that is Jesus Christ. And there's this boldness, this fire that is being enlightened in not only myself, but I'm seeing it in his people, in his bride, we're becoming more bold, no longer moving and walking in fear of man, but walking in true reverence and fear of the Lord. If God is for you, who can be against you? We have a precious intercessor that sits at the right hand of the Father that continually intercedes for us. That even when the enemy desires to sift us, like he did with Peter, the Lord says, the enemy desires, Satan desires to have you and sift you. But I have prayed for you that when you return, you will strengthen your brethren. Your faith will not fail. And so I declare right now in the name of Jesus that at the sound of my voice, if you have been discouraged in your walk, that your faith will not fail you in Jesus' name. But rather you will you will walk in the power and the anointing of the Holy Spirit for his name's sake, bringing glory to his name, not worried about what else is going on around you, not worrying about the opinions of others, because this is the reality. There is coming a day where we will stand before the Lord of Lords, the Lord of hosts, the Almighty One, the Alpha and Omega, the one that was and is and is still to come, we will stand before him. And many of us, by his grace, by his mercy, by the blood that was shed on the cross, will indeed be making it into heaven. But it is my hope that when we stand face to face with the Lord, that we will have no regrets, that we will not stop walking in the faith call, in the walk that the Lord has destined for each and every single one of us that has our own unique purpose because of fear of man or because of fear of the unknown. Why put your faith in the enemy who lies to you rather than the faith, rather than your faith in the one that desires to keep you? The one that desires to show you new levels of his glory, the one that desires to show you signs and miracles and wonders every single day. A mustard seed of faith, y'all. A mustard seed. Nothing is too big or too small for our God. I think a lot of the times, you know, I was at this prayer service yesterday, and this lady that this prayer pastor was speaking about how sometimes we forget the God that we serve and we feel like, oh, this thing is too big for him. We don't want to bother him with that. And it becomes this place of false humility. And the Lord has greatly been dealing with me in this because, you know, if the Lord opens a door for you that is in alignment with his purpose and with his will for your life, who are you to not walk through that door because you don't want to burden anybody else? If the Lord opens up a door for you, partnering with him in faith is walking through that door even when it doesn't make sense and trusting that God is faithful to keep you on the narrow path because your heart's desire is to please him. And so as I'm sitting here just embracing the beautiful weather and understanding that truly through the trials and through the tribulations, he has been moving like never before, y'all. I am truly just in awe of him. Like I am just in awe of him. He's so faithful. And so I just want to encourage us not to forget about the God that we serve, not to forget that there is nothing too small, nothing too big for him. That he is more than able, he's more than capable, he's more than faithful. You know? And he's been showing little glimpses, y'all, of his glory. I actually had a divine encounter yesterday with um some sisters, and they ended up actually having their own ministry. One of them called uh one one of their ministries is called the Daughters of the King. And the sister that was sitting there talking with her is the new uh the next guest speaker for that ministry. And it was such a divine encounter because she one of the sisters was the one that invited me to the prayer meeting yesterday, and just to see the way that the Lord has been moving has truly just been super encouraging. It's things like that, those little god winks where the Lord confirms you're right where I need you to be, daughter. And there was this word that was released the other day uh by Nate and Christy on their website, some prophetic voices that actually uh uh also live in California. And he was talking about in the book of Acts, chapter 28, when Paul was shipwrecked, and I actually, it's so funny. I was in the presence today and the wind was just blowing, and it actually landed me right on that chapter, and I began to see how you know the Lord is just ministering in this moment of how everything is by his divine will. When your heart is to please the Lord, everything all he uses all things for the good of those that love him and are called according to his purpose. And you know, Paul was shipwrecked, but because Paul was on that boat, everybody on that boat survived. Okay, first and foremost, second of all, ministry started being birthed out from where he was shipwrecked at, and he actually landed at this island called uh it it's it's Malta, but it means um honey, sweetness, right? And as I'm reading it, I'm seeing how like healings broke forth, the gospel was spread, and that was all according to the Lord's will. And you know, that specific word was talking about how when uh he landed on this island, the people that that lived there were taking care of him, they were feeding him, they were treating him amazingly, and as he was gathering up wood for the fire, a snake bit him. And at first, the first impression was, oh, this man must be a murderer, he must be getting judgment, and you know, he might have escaped, but he's getting his judgment. But he just shook that snake off and it landed in the fire. And as they began to watch him, they saw that there was nothing happening to him, and then they said, Oh no, he must be a god. And the Lord in that moment spoke to me and said, Rachel, every situation you go through, the way that you react to it will show people whether you are of me or not. Because the first impression was, oh, he's getting dealt with judgment, but because of the way he reacted to that situation, they said, Oh, it has to be a God. And the Lord said, It is how you carry my character in times of trial, in times of tribulation that exalts my name and gives me the glory, because no human in their own strength would be able to rejoice at such calamity, no human in their own flesh would be able to rejoice in the fact that they are being pruned, that their character is pleasing unto a God that some people, you know, cannot even discern. And so I said, Wow, what an honor it is that the Lord entrusts that even when we go through trials and tribulations, that we will carry his character. That for me is a big W that the Lord sees me as fit for the kingdom of God to suffer for his name's sake. That is an honor to be able to partner with him in the fellowship of his sufferings. And so I want to encourage this all body of Christ as many of us are going through transitions, whether it be spiritual, physical, whatever it may look like for you. Okay, of course, everybody's in different places in their walk. But I say this all to stay and encourage you in your faith to remember the God that you serve in Jesus' mighty name, to be encouraged, to meditate more on the word of God, more than your feelings, more than emotions, more than the things that the enemy is throwing at you, more than the witchcraft. None of that has power over the name of God. Again, if God be for us, who can be against us? And so I want to encourage you guys with that in Jesus' mighty name. I pray that this video blesses you guys and that you guys are just filled with even more fire for his namesake. Small fires are being birthed, revival is breaking out, and you know, whatever it costs, no matter the cost, we bear his name in Jesus' name. So be blessed. I will see y'all later, and yeah.
