Have you ever heard of the TOOL of SHIFTING??
Not like shifting your car from reverse to drive, 🙂
Or shifting your weight from left to right, but actually shifting your…. emotions.
In this episode, I teach you about the Tool of SHIFTING. This powerful tool focuses on a unique way of shifting your emotions, as you continue to build your muscles around self management.
But first, we must start with a foundational belief in order for Tool of Shifting work.
As powerful Latinas, we all had to learn to maneuver or shift our ways of BEING in our jobs, homes, communities, and culture. I’m here to tell you that you can do this, and it starts with you choosing to shift your perspective from “life is happening to me” to “I AM HAPPENING TO LIFE.”
Imagine being able to call in the feelings you WANT TO HAVE? Imagine being able to pick your feelings, like you pick what you are eating for breakfast?
In this episode, I explain how to take responsibility for your feelings, by first becoming aware of them, and then asking yourself a series of powerful questions to shift them.
I teach why using the Tool of Shifting is a big deal and walk you through the four steps to gaining control of your feelings. I also provide ideas on how to choose and invoke feelings that will help you hit all your goals.
If you can shift your feelings, you can shift your life into whatever you want!.
In this episode, you’ll learn:
· The concept of the Tool of Shifting.
· Connect to the feelings you are having.
· Understand WHY being in control of your feelings is a big deal.
· Action items on what to do next when you become AWARE of your feelings.
· Provide a toolbox to use when you need help to regulate your feelings.
· Discuss practical steps to invoke feelings of confidence.

How do you normally make decisions?
Do you have a particular process you go through?
Do you check in with your gut, or do you do a lot of research?
Do you end up waiting until the last minute?
In this week's episode, Wendy discusses how important it is to pay attention to how we make decisions. Most of us don't really think about how our decisions get made. We don't create a protocol to follow, and yet life requires us to make decisions all the time.
In this episode, Wendy explains:

Have you ever heard of SYNERGY?
In this episode, I discuss what synergy feels like and how the 'Get It Done Mastermind' created it, not just over the weekend but throughout the past few months.
Synergy comes from your thoughts, feelings, intentions, and beliefs—your being. It's about the frequency you're emitting. Strategy can change your life, but true transformation happens when you shift who you are BEING.
So, what is synergy? It's when two or more agencies cooperate to produce a combined effect greater than their separate efforts.
Reaching synergy leads to remarkable outcomes. Things start to click, and you can reach higher goals, create bigger results than you might have even envisioned for yourself.
Ask yourself:
1. Where am I feeling the feeling of SYNERGY in my life right now?
2. What am I in relationship to that is Synergistic??
One way to describe what a synergistic relationship looks like can be different pieces coming together gracefully in a particular area of your life. Like a project that gets done early, or a potluck party where somehow every food group is represented.
Like when you finish a puzzle easily. Has that ever happened to you? This is exactly what SYNERGY feels like. Things start to fall into place. There’s an ease and a flow that comes with it.
The Get It Done Mastermind exemplifies synergy through collective BEING work.
Be aware of where synergy naturally thrives in your life or business.
Even if your brain is telling you there is nowhere in your life where you feel Synergy, I challenge you to keep looking.
In this episode, you'll learn:
• What synergy is.
• How to tap into synergy.
• Why community is powerful.
• Powerful questions to create synergy now.

Welcome back to another ASK WENDY Q&A Session with me where I take questions from the audience and my clients.
Every few episodes, I will be doing this as an opportunity to answer questions you may have and provide coaching. Laser direct Coaching is one of my gifts.
The first question came from one of the students from my Get It Done Mastermind,
“What is the right price to position my offer?”
I walk you through what is most important to consider when you are picking your offer price. And it is not the exact number you end up at. When we look at pricing there isn't a "right price" there are just the thoughts and beliefs that make your price right. How you feel about your price and what you believe about your price are very important factors in choosing the number.
When it comes to pricing it's important to understand enrollment. I also explain a few examples of what tends to happen when we first start practicing enrollment and how to really align with a price that feels like a no-brainer.
The second question for today's episode came from one of my other coaching containers -
Inspired Action Group Coaching:
“How do you Wendy hold space for so many clients?”
I am able to hold space for many clients because of my thoughts and beliefs. There are many beliefs that support me, but one belief specifically about Time and Money - has really changed my life. In this episode, I explain the shift I have made in how I view the relationship between how long it takes to coach someone, and how long it takes to create results.
I used to believe that Time equaled Money.
I now believe that Results equal Money.
At the end of the day, it starts with your beliefs.
In this episode, you'll learn:

Have you ever experienced being in FLOW? Like when time seems to stand still?
Or have you ever had hyperfocus? When you can get 100 things done faster and with more ease??
On this week's episode, I share with you the Value of Being in FLOW and how we can all harness the energy of it.
When you think of the word “flow,” what comes to mind? It’s not your typical flow when you’re "swimming in the water" a phrase I often use;
What I mean by FLOW is when you feel like things are moving for you, aligning for you - like the universe is working in your favor.
But to get into the “flow,” you must recognize the times you are in it first.
Do you remember the last time you felt in FLOW?
When did it happen, what were you doing??
I guide you through a process of how to connect with finding that feeling.
Now if you want to get into the state of wanting to flow more often, follow these steps:
1. BUILD Awareness - What are the kinds of activities that get you into flow?
2. Document it - When did it happen? What activity did it happen around?
3. And this is the MOST important one...
Analyze the DATA - This can help you make decisions on how to get into flow consistently. What does the Data tell you about what works for your brain with getting into FLOW?
On the other hand. If you’re like me who has ADHD you may have experienced something called "hyper-focus flow" - a time in which the brain goes into a heightened state of focus.
As someone who is diagnosed with ADHD, I understand it and have coached individuals with it. ADHD comes from how our brain processes stimuli.
Because of ADHD, we have access to Hyperfocus, a deeper version of flow - Where you think very clearly and time seems to stand still. Hyperfocus tends to happen when enough adrenaline or dopamine happens to move you forward to getting things done. When you can tap into Hyperfocus it feels like a superpower!
In this episode you’ll learn:
In this episode, I am doing something a little different. I am sharing with you all what opened up for me in my programs this past weekend.
This weekend, I facilitated two experiences. The first was the RETREAT for Inspired Action coaching program and the second was the Future Self Experience.
Reaching your goals takes effort, and it starts with changing how you think. That's what we focus on in Inspired Action – improving your relationship with yourself and taking action, oftentimes uncomfortable action towards your goals. If you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed, Inspired Action is where you want to be. We hold you accountable, offer coaching, and help you reframe your thinking so you can believe in yourself.
That's exactly what happened at the Inspired Action Retreat. Women came together in community, released, connected, and embraced what's next in their lives.
In the Future Self Experience, we had a powerful process of building trust. I walked women through some experiential exercises where they had the opportunity to build self-trust and vulnerability. We also experienced opportunities to practice courage and to release. There was even a process where we supported each other through connecting with our intuition. This training is like an opportunity for your vision board to come alive. It is a day of practicing BEING WORK.
My message to you is to find a community where you feel safe and supported. That's what I offer in Inspired Action.
The Future Self Experience goes even deeper, helping you connect with your future self through exercises, processes, and visualizations that bring you closer to what you want. This is the work.
Listen to this episode for insights into what I learned facilitating these two experiences.
In this episode, you'll learn:
• What Inspired Action is and how to join.
• What the Future Self Experience is and how it helps you connect with your Future Self.
• Why being part of a supportive community is important for reaching your goals.
• What is BEING WORK
• How to sign up for my programs and retreats.
• The importance of listening to your intuition and trusting yourself.
You know that rush of motivation we get at the beginning of the year? It's a feeling we've all experienced, but realistically, it's not going to last all year long. The reality is the "High" we get at the beginning of the year - will slowly go away.
But there are other ways to keep us on track throughout the year. That's where this powerful tool of "The Power of the Pause" comes into play – a crucial tool to keep us on track.
In this episode, I talk about this powerful concept – "The Power of the Pause" and why it is such a game-changer, especially as we navigate through 2024.
Let's talk about triggers – those things that can set us off and can lead to negative reactions. It's super important to be aware of what triggers you, whether it's certain activities or times of the day. And along with this awareness it is important to understand that pausing when we get triggered is really effective in creating a better outcome.
This is the first type of "Pause" I talk about. When we pause instead of going into into reaction mode - we calm our nervous system down and create more opportunities to solve challenges.
Pausing is a conscious choice to take a moment before acting or reacting. This pause is valuable because it gives your brain and body time to catch up with the situation.
When we're in reaction mode, we're not at our best. Past traumas or limiting thoughts and beliefs might be influencing us. By pausing, you get to respond from a more conscious and thoughtful place.
The other type of pausing that is really valuable is a longer term pause like taking a break, or a vacation - and pausing from your life. Pausing is especially important if you want to CREATE something new in your life.
This kind of pause creates expansion with time and space. So you feel like you have plenty of time and space to really dig in. It helps to get completely away from your normal life. A new environment that supports stillness or quiet will help open your mind and soul up. Really pausing from your life is a powerful way to manifest what you really want.
I share a few stories from my personal life as examples for when pausing has been hugely beneficial for me. Including right after my first pregnancy resulted in a miscarriage, which was traumatic. Listen in as I share how I dealt with it, what I did to overcome and move through it, and how it has helped shape me today.
In this episode, you'll learn:
In this episode, I share something profound with you. I discuss the importance of cultivating a shared vision within our teams and clients. It's like creating a mastermind, a collective where we all work towards a common goal. This alignment brings about collaboration and synergy, creating a balanced environment as we move together toward success.
In this episode, I discuss the importance of understanding your GROWTH EDGE. I explain what a GROWTH EDGE is and how to find yours. I also explain a process I do with my clients to recognize their growth edge.
Before you reach your GROWTH EDGE, you need to become familiar with your comfort zone or like we call it in my programs- the comfort box.
This is the box that holds everything that you already know and have already done. It is the box that holds the life you maintain and live now. Chances are- your GOAL is outside the life you live now, or requires you to up level a part of your life. The Goal or dream you have is outside your comfort box. If you really want to reach it, you are going to need to go to your GROWTH EDGE.
Here is what is available to you when you become aware of your GROWTH EDGE. You start to build a tolerance for stepping into what is uncomfortable and you build your courage. You also gain tremendous clarity around what you need to do and who you need to be to reach the goal.
There are so many answers available for you at your GROWTH EDGE. On this episode I teach you a powerful question to ask yourself- to actually get into action around your GROWTH EDGE.
The key to doing work at your GROWTH EDGE is that you will start to welcome the challenges and discomfort that comes from stretching past your comfort box. Every time you do that- you expand and grow. Everything you want is on the other side of your GROWTH EDGE.
In this episode, you'll learn:
Do you know there is a FUTURE version of you, alive in you right now?
That is the version of you that has Done the thing you want to do.
Connecting to that version of you and tapping into their energy is what is called FUTURE SELF WORK.
On this episode, I discuss Future Self Work, what it is and how I got started with it.
I also offer an exclusive invitation to my upcoming training,
'The Future Self Experience'.
Before diving into Future Self work, it's crucial to first understand it.
Future Self-work involves connecting with your Future Self while collapsing the time between who you are now, and the future version of you.
It means deeply connecting with the part of you that has already made the goal happen.
I cover ways to connect with your Future Self during this episode.
I also highlight the importance of understanding that you are co-creating that Future Version of you, NOW.
Once you understand what the work is, you can start to practice it, and use it as a tool to start BEING your Future Self Now.
My discovery of Future Self work originated from my pursuit of goal-setting and manifestation. The idea of connecting with my future self, say, Wendy three years from now, and receiving guidance and insights on achieving my goals, sparked something within me.
Asking yourself this simple question can help you connect to your Future Self and guide you toward your goals:
• Who am I three years from now?
In this episode, you'll learn:
• What Future Self work is
• How I got into Future Self work and why it's really important
• Ways to connect with Your Future Self
• A key question to unlock insights from Your Future Self
• Real ways to use this as a tool to collapse time and reach your goals

In this episode, I talk about what I learned in 2023 with an emphasis on one of the most important lessons I learned that has affected everything in my life.
Biggest lesson...I get to TRUST myself.
I’ve realized we have so much wisdom inside us that we often overlook. Sometimes we have this idea of always needing outside advice from mentors, coaches, etc. Or we have built the habit of looking for others' approval.
Don't get me wrong, it is good to have guidance, and there are occasions and situations where guidance is needed like when making legal business decisions, for example.
But there are also times when you get to just trust your GUT! And the biggest lesson I was reminded of in 2023...
I already know a lot of stuff - and I get to trust in my own experience.
The answers are inside me.
The answers are inside you.
To those who are running a business, I also learned this past year the importance of asking for help when you start to feel overwhelmed. It is really important to delegate and seek help as your business grows.
As a CEO, I've learned how critical it is to recognize when I need help and to actively raise my hand. Delegating tasks frees up time for me to focus on the core parts of my business and make better strategic decisions. Clear communication is a game-changer when delegating. My delegation muscles were certainly strengthened during 2023.
The last biggest lesson I learned from 2023 was that at the end of the day, it all comes back to my relationship with myself. Even with tons of advice and a big team, the success of my business is equal to how I feel about myself.
The success comes down to the clarity, trust, and love I have for myself. As I am sure you can relate, on certain days I am more lovable than on other days. But the key here is to have compassion with myself. To build this deeper relationship with myself, I was reminded of this past year - the importance of spending time ALONE. Time alone has equaled more clarity for me. Less chatter, less chaos.
In this episode you’ll learn:
Did you know that 2024 is an “eight” year?
Yes eight as infinity! This means it’s a year full of expansion and abundance.
In this episode, I share my wish for you and 2024. I teach you a really simple tool for stepping into the abundance that is all around you - the abundance of love, opportunity, finances, and experiences, etc.
I remind you that your brain will try to stop you from stepping into something new, because it wants to keep you safe. But safety to the brain means you stay in your comfort box. So this is your reminder that it is SAFE to start moving into abundance.
I teach you a simple technique that will help you step into the energy of abundance, NOW. And the great thing with this tool, is you can use it anytime, anywhere. It just requires a shift in your perspective.
Important questions to ask yourself when tapping into that abundance:
Asking yourself these questions shifts your brain from lack and scarcity back into connection of feeling enough, and tapping into abundance.
Once you start tapping into abundance it will start to grow. As it grows, it will become easier to step into creating goals for yourself and taking action on them. It will become easier to reach your goals because you will be in the frequency of “there is enough” and "I am enough".
In this episode you’ll learn:
In this episode I answer audience and client questions.
Every few episodes I will be doing this as an opportunity to answer questions you may have or coaching support you may be needing.
If you’re wanting FREE coaching and strategy on how to shift your mindset to producing results then you want to tune into this episode!
The first question I answer on this episode is:
“How do you shift when you haven’t had a great year?”
2023 has been a tough year for many. There have been hardships for entrepreneurs, businesses, service providers, and many people have been laid off from their jobs. As with everything I teach, we need to start with your thoughts, your beliefs, your perspective.
I walk you through a powerful process to release what didn’t work in 2023 and step into what’s possible in 2024.
We can shift our brain in 3 easy steps by:
1. Shift your awareness into the reality that not everything went bad in 2023. There is power in asking ourselves questions like “What worked in 2023?” I walk you through a process to manage your brain and actually come up with some wins from 2023.
2. Asking yourself:
“How can I expand what did go well in 2023 into the areas in my life that didn’t go well in 2023?” This is a great expansion question that shifts your brain from contraction into opening up to new possibilities.
3. Focus on asset-based building where you’re building based off of your assets (on what IS working) and expanding on that.
Or… looking at 2024 as a year to experiment! And looking at this experimentation as an opportunity to expand on your creativity, your awareness, and to actually create more joy!
The second question I answer in depth during this Q&A is:
“Is it easier to sell from an evergreen mode or from launch mode?”
Evergreen perspective is selling all the time - always open or always green, meaning people can join anytime.
The launch model on the other hand is when a program is open at a certain time and date and it closes at a particular time and date.
The answer to this question really comes down to you and your beliefs.
I cover some of the strategy and pro's and con's involved in booth.
In this episode you’ll learn:
Have you ever wondered what group coaching is like in my program Inspired Action??
In this episode I explain Inspired Action, my group coaching program and how it’s a tool that can help you reach your goals.
Inspired Action is a goal oriented space that helps you reach your goals through structure and accountability. The truth is, many mujeres have goals they want to reach, but few actually achieve those goals. This is usually because most of us don't know what it REALLY TAKES to REACH our GOALS.
We think we know, but in INSPIRED ACTION- we actually figure it out.
On this episode I explain how INSPIRED ACTION helps you gain clarity first.
Most goals never get reached due to lack of clarity.
So we start with supporting you in getting really CLEAR about what you want to create and why. Then we move to commitment and taking action.
On this episode you will also learn the benefits of each aspect of the program.
I explain what DECLARATION CALLS are - and how they help your brain get realistic about what you say you are going to get done. I also explain the important of documenting your goals and stating out load what you are committed to.
I also discuss the importance of celebrating ourselves as Latinas because for many of us, we have not been given permission to really celebrate ourselves on a regular basis. In Inspired Action- we celebrate every month! In fact we have one coaching call dedicated to just that!
In this episode you’ll learn:
What is Inspired Action
Tools used in Inspired Action to get you into consistent action
Have you heard of a SUCCESS BLUEPRINT?
Do you know yours? If you do not, this is an episode you must listen to!
A SUCCESS BLUEPRINT is the foundation of muscles that you’ve built, successes you’ve had, and a map of what’s already working in your life.
In this episode, I discuss why SUCCESS BLUEPRINTS are important and how to begin to discover yours.
I also explain how the brain will try to stop you by thinking that this whole year there weren’t any wins in your life, business, etc.
It’s been a tough year for most of us, with lots of ups and downs.
I guide you on how to be resilient through these tough circumstances by evaluating what worked and what didn’t work this past year. This evaluation process gives us data to move forward with.
But the challenge is your Brain will try and stop you.
Here are some specific ways in which your brain will stop you from looking at your WINS from last year:
This is why it is even more important for us to focus on what is working- and build what we want for 2024 based on our assets!

Do you find yourself setting goals every year and not actually reaching them??
In this episode, I explain the 3 Vital Steps it actually takes to ACHIEVE a GOAL- and how the most important is NOT the making of a PLAN.
Our world, society, and our brains tend to focus on making the PLANNING process the most important. We create business plans, we journal, and sometimes we even create a vision board. All that is great and not the most important.
Spending all your time in the planning phase is your brain's way of trying to sabotage you.
There are 3 Vital Steps to Reaching any GOAL:
1- Planning
2- Implementing
3- Evaluating
And the most important is actually Implementing. It is the one step we avoid the most.
In this episode, I explain why we focus so much on planning, including the lies your brain will tell you and how to shift your focus to Implementation.
I also discuss how Evaluating is KEY to the process and how we tend to avoid evaluation. Evaluation is just as important as Planning.
We avoid it because we feel we will be disappointed in our results. Most of us have never practiced separating ourselves from our results and looking at data objectively.
Tune in to learn how to shift your brain from all the mind drama to moving forward and ACTUALLY reaching your goals.

Do you ever feel like the holidays are more about stress than celebration? I know exactly what that feels like. But what if I told you there's a way to help your brain and body manage that stress, anxiety, and overwhelm?
In the episode, I discuss how to manage holiday stress.
It’s important to realize that the holidays ARE overwhelming. We get to be realistic with ourselves and have REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS during this time. The to-do list gets so much around the holidays. And not only are we expected to do more work, but also have a cheerful spirit the entire time! Let's be realistic! It's the first step to handling it better.
We have to understand we need a different kind of energy and effort during these times. It's about setting realistic goals so we can prevent ourselves from going down the overwhelming hole.
I also dive into how I have dealt with my birthday being on Christmas Eve and all the mental drama that has created for me. Having my birthday on Christmas Eve has taught me a lot, including how to limit my stress and anxiety.
I teach you the exact tools I have used for years to limit my stress, create realistic expectations, and proactively thrive during this crazy time of the year.
In this episode you'll learn:
Remember, your energy is more precious during the holiday season. Be mindful of that.
Have you ever felt like you just wanted to scream? Or throw yourself on the floor while kicking and cursing everyone? Sounds a little extreme? Well, it's actually a tool I have used for emotional release.
In this episode, I walk you through the importance of processing our feelings, and I remind you all that - the only way out is through.
Through acknowledging and experiencing our emotions, we can navigate them and make them more manageable.
I introduce you to a tool I've used for years, a little something I call "throwing an adult tantrum."
It's all about giving yourself permission to vent, expressing frustrations, pain, fear, uncertainty, and insecurities in a safe space. I'll guide you on finding someone to hold space for you, creating that safety net without judgment. I also explain how to vent in a safe container, and how to allow yourself to experience all the uncomfortable feelings.
Venting is more than just letting off steam; it's essential for emotional release. Whether it's a challenging day at work, a tough email, financial setbacks, or conflicts with loved ones, venting offers an outlet to process through these emotions. We'll explore how expressing these feelings allows you to release negative energy, bringing them to the surface instead of suppressing or avoiding them.
But that's not all – venting offers clarity and perspective. By vocalizing your emotions, you gain insight into why you feel a certain way, uncovering underlying issues. It's a form of self-reflection, evaluating your reactions and responses to different situations.
Remember, venting needs a controlled and safe environment. Finding someone who understands and who makes you feel safe is crucial. Venting for emotional release is a powerful tool and I highly recommend adding this to your self-care toolbox.
In this episode, you'll learn:
How can we manage ourselves when everything around us is falling apart?
Lately, it feels like the world is falling apart.
In this episode, I give you simple tools you can use NOW to support you through managing the challenging circumstances happening in the world right now.
I start first by shifting your energy back to what you can control. And always, no matter what is going on- you can control your thoughts, your beliefs, and the actions you take.
I also remind you that - Taking care of you can also be a political statement.
Sometimes the most radical action we can take is to take care of our mental health.
I share one of my core beliefs that living my best life and prioritizing my well-being is giving to the world in a profound way.
Some of the tools I share in this episode include, setting boundaries and being mindful of what you allow into your space, especially when you’re feeling energetically drained. I also remind us all that the only way to overcome the emotions that come with stress and anxiety is to move through them.
Here are some of the tools I share for processing emotions:
1. Talking it out with someone you trust who can hold space for you, whether it's your partner or a coach, group, or therapist.
2. Engaging in physical movements, such as dancing or taking a walk, to help release those emotions from our bodies.
3. Writing it out in a journal to free the mind and express our feelings.
