When we take people back to past lives, the bridge to get them to the spirit world typically is either back through the womb and at the womb kind of, our soul floats in, floats out doesn't always stay within the fetus itself. And that is one mechanism to get to spirit world is, oh, well, you know, are you in the body? Out of the body? You know? Do you hear your mom's heartbeat? Those kinds of things. So if the client tells me, yeah, I, I go, I don't always stay with a body. I'm like, okay, well where do you go? Oh, well, I go and, and they have many metaphors and quite frankly, all of this, we are all from a quantum level light. Energy vibration

And so it's just a matter of having the client breathe because that's our connection with Spirit World. Breathe. Have your heart expand. Keep breathing. Notice the still point. The still point at the top, the still point at the bottom of the breath. Good. Okay. So that is a mechanism to deepen a client. And when they're saying, oh, I just see this Hollywood movie set, I'm like, let the subconscious fill in that. I don't, I don't say it in those terms, but that's what I'm meaning when I, speak to a client, I'm like, allow that to unfold. Because the subconscious will step up to the plate,

And some people are a little resistant to that. I had, oh my gosh, client the other day, she was hilarious. She's like, Disney, I hate Disney. I'm like, what? Who hates Disney? I'm like, nobody hates Disney, do they? She's, she's like, I don't wanna be a Disney princess. I'm like, well, there's no requirement that you'd be a Disney princess is there? Where are you? Right. At any rate, she, she's there and she's seeing. What looked like to her a Disney princess sort of outfit. But what happens is after the scaffolding kind of melts away, more information comes in, and then the client can go, oh my gosh, this is me. I'm like, okay, well it's you. Then make sure you're stepped into that body and, you know, feel those things, feel those textures, et cetera. So at any rate. Once a client leaves the body, it's as the comment is, or one of the, the things that is often said is, it's as easy as taking off an old garment,

So, or they have other unfinished business, whatever that might be. They wanna take care of that. Or they've got some kind of trauma that they, that they need to release before they can actually make it to a high enough vibration to get to spirit world. So if they're carrying shame, guilt. Unfinished business, right? They wanna let somebody know and reach out to their mind and, and have that even though there may not be a conscious recognition of it, that person who's leaving will know that they have communicated as best they could to their loved one before leaving. So then moving. Further to potentially any of these are metaphors. They're not actual, actual, I'm just gonna say they're metaphors to, to Gateway Park. Okay. So just outside the spirit world. Great. Maybe they can meet their guide there. And in a past life regression, that's typically where we stop moving forward. If in a life between lives. Session, it would be meeting with guide and then potentially going to a place of rejuvenation or healing. The past life body sometimes carries either trauma or. Emotional, physical, some sort of emotion, some sort of negative imprints that need to be released and, and healing looks like any kind of number of things. It may, you know, I've, I've heard anything from, there are green ribbons that are floating in and through my body, or I'm stepping into this big lake that is amazing, Asia Blue water and. It seems to be healing my spirit to, I, I feel like I'm in a clinic with like a hospital with other people in, in the next bed. So that place of rejuvenation can look like any number of things, and that is the next step or the beginning step of heading it into spirit world. Okay,

so then after that we have the client move to merge with their oversoul. So the oversoul is the, the part of that has the overview of all the lives we've ever lived. That oversold or higher, higher self or soul with a capital S, depending upon how you look at it, is that being that entity that has much more of a God-like perspective, much more of a, you're here for the experience. You're here for the lessons. You're here for the learning, and. That is the, the being the entity that would then move through the spirit world along with a guide typically, and the guides can look at like anythings.

Alright. Okay. And the next step after, merging there, meeting with guide, asking the guide, where's the place of higher wisdom, any of the number of stations that Dr. Newton. Initially found are within the auspices of the spirit realm right there. There's the library, also known as Akashic Records, and those look like anything. Some people have told me, oh, it looks like the old library in Reno. Oh, it looks like this amazing tapestry that's living. Oh, it looks like crystal. Books that are glass. Ooh. It looks literally like crystals that you can touch. Okay, fine. They're all the library. They all come with their own, unique sort of download for the client and information. There are for questions that the client asks. Often we go to the, the council. The Divine Council tends to be like we, people often go with their guides. The council is this amazing group of beings who oversee no judgment. Honestly, it's not like. You did right, you did wrong. They typically will say something like, oh, they're, you know, doing well on their progress. They are continuing to learn this particular theme., The client is doing well in whatever form or fashion, whatever. They're learn learning. So the council comes in all variety of aspects. They may look like Roman, Greek gods and goddesses in white robes, or they may look like beings of light, literally like light bulbs with different colors. On a pedestal. Not on a pedestal. I've had the meet in a forest. I've had a meet beside a a river, all sorts of places that a council would meet, and that there are several, three to five maybe beings who are involved with. My clients oversaw in overseeing their work and life, and the questions that the client asks are typically asked at that moment, or the library. Those are two good places.

I'm like, okay, who knew? Who says we can't have fun on the other side? All right. I, I have to tell you, one of the things that, that I really adore is that the guides, they're funny. They're just humorous, and they, they try to make us laugh because so many people find it so serious we're doing such serious work here. Right? But they're right. They're like, yeah, they're just like goofing off. Or I had a client the other day whose guide turned into a big cat, like, and then became an angel with a tail. I'm like, honestly, like, okay, whatever. All good, all good. Anyway, things like that, that, that are just fun.

so essentially the library is the LBL term is a place where the record of all information is kept just like a regular library at some level. That's not only completely. Interdimensional universal, multi universal. It contains not only like clients will go and sometimes they'll open up a book that is the book of their life and there may be many more books than one book with regard to their lives. But sometimes they'll. Pick a particular page and or I've had clients that open up a book and they'll say, oh, well, the one side of the page is filled out, but the other side's blank. I'm like, oh, I guess you get to write what you want. Right? Yeah. So some of it is yet to be written or that they. I mean, at some level maybe it is already written. It depends upon how much quantum we wanna talk about mind bending stuff. But they can't see it yet because they still need to make free will choices about how they're going to move through this world and, and what they're going to do in this life journey. Sometimes when they open up a book, it would be a portal to a world. So they may find themselves in an alien world and, just amazing. Like, like Disney or something, you know, just amazing kinds of things of art and creation something that is of importance to them.
