I sat down with Tetyana, a Ukrainian-American who is an award-winning author and a multi-lingual translator and who has spent 20+ years in the media and creative industries. While she has also wrote as a freelance writer and editor for magazines/newspapers, she currently works as a historical fiction author. Her latest book, 'The Child of Ukraine' was released in July 2023. She has performed translation duties for Frontline PBS, New York Times, and AP News. Most recently, she was a translator on the documentary 'The Battle for Ukraine', and her most recent translation on the documentary, '20 Days in Mariupol', which recently won a BAFTA award for Best Documentary.
