Abide: The Love of God (1 John 4:7-21) - Week 3

In week 3 of our Abide series, we explore the depth of God’s love and how it transforms our lives. 1 John 4:7-21 calls us to love one another because love comes from God, who first loved us. Through Jesus, we see the perfect expression of this love (Romans 3:23-25), and we are invited to abide in it. Looking at passages like John 3:35, John 5:19-20, and John 17:24, we see how love defines the relationship between the Father and the Son—and how we are called to reflect that love in our relationships. True love casts out fear, and those who abide in God’s love are empowered to love others. Join us as we embrace the call to live in God’s love and extend it to the world.
