The question: "I have two children ages seven and nine. I've been married to my husband for two years but he isn't the biological father of my children. In 2018, I filed termination of parental rights paperwork against my children's biological father and it was awarded. My husband has accepted financial responsibility of the children and told me that he wanted to adopt them. He has since left and we'd like a divorce. Is there any way that I can hold him responsible for child support for my two children?"
