In this episode we hear about my Grandad’s thoughts on the whisky industry today, some of the difficulties for newer distilleries and other barriers that are present for everyone. We’ll also hear about the importance of the visitor centre, some big opportunities that are there, and why whisky and the industry is loved so much by both those that work in it, and those that are drawn to it.
