We are in Virgo season and Virgo is the earth priestess. I love that. I feel this with every fiber of my being and if you are new here, or if this is resonating with you, or if this is resonating with you, trust that Lean into this. What is it about? Even hearing the words earth priestess might sing to you. Let's dive into how you can connect to the energy of the season, what this Virgo season brings, what the energy of the earth priestess wants to call forward, or call through you, to really start to allow the things that are on your heart to manifest in a way that feels really good and easy and fun for you. Okay, cause this is going to be such a beautiful time to start to implement some of these super simple practices that, yes, while you're starting them during this season, you will find I promise that that this is as simple as it gets and these tools and these practices that we talk about here really can take you throughout the year. And I feel like, for me, what wants to come through me, what wants to be shared to each and every one of you, is that this really gets to be so simple and this idea of manifestation, this idea of creation energy sometimes gets a little overcomplicated and it is in the overcomplicating that we don't see our manifestations manifest. So let's change that right. Let's make it easy and fun and playful, okay. So let's talk about the earth priestess. Okay, this energy is an embodied energy. It's a very grounded energy. I know that some of my dearest friends are Virgo and I just I love being around them. Not only are they like super detail oriented and super focused, but they just get shit done right. They're grounded right. I'm Libra, I'm an air sign. They're grounded right. I'm Libra, I'm an air sign. Right. So you can quickly see how, for me, that grounding energy is super important for me and it really helps me out. So lean into this. If this is speaking to you, if you're like, yes, I need some grounding energy in my life, okay.

Speaker 1:

And then again, with this idea of earth priestess, as I talk about this, as I go on in this conversation, as I share more, I always say and I really cannot emphasize this enough what is it about? The words that I'm saying are lighting up for you? Okay, trust that there is a reason that you are listening to this. There is maybe some sort of like inner wisdom that wants to come up through you. Maybe your intuition is guiding you to something bigger. Maybe it's to say yes to something more, waking up to some of your own gifts. And, yes, you have them, even if they feel so far away from you right now.

Speaker 1:

The fact that you are here, the fact that you are listening to this message and listening to me share this in this way, is not an accident. If it's resonating for you, right. If it's not, like also totally fine. Just be here for the energy. Be here for how you can implement some of the practices I'm about to get into to help to speed up some of the manifestations in your own life. Okay, so again, we're talking about this very embodied energy, this very grounded energy.

Speaker 1:

What I want you to take away from this is I want you to stop thinking about all the ways in which you're stuck. I want you to stop thinking about all the ways in which your manifestations aren't coming through, are stuck. I want you to stop thinking about all the ways in which your manifestations aren't coming through. I want you to just get out of your head, wherever you are seeing, things that don't look the way that you may want them to.

Speaker 1:

Okay, this time is now calling us to really get clear about how do we want to feel, right, when we think about the things that we want to manifest. We want to manifest them because we think that that thing that we want to manifest is going to make us feel something right. And it doesn't matter, right, what that is. It could be something super superficial, or it could legitimate, be something like I actually need more money to live and to pay my bills and to buy groceries or whatever. That may be right. So that feeling for you would be security, right. That feeling for you might be ease, peace, right those things that you really desire. Feeling when you have the money that will make you feel better about wherever you are in your current situation. Okay, and then again, there's a whole gamut between there, right? We all have tons of things that we're constantly wanting to manifest, big and small.

Speaker 1:

So what I first want you to do is get really clear about what it is that you want to feel. I want you to get really clear around whatever that thing that you're trying to manifest is, why do you want to manifest it? And if you keep going to an answer that brings you something else, I want you to keep going deeper until you get to the desired feeling that you want to have, the desired feeling that you think that getting the manifestation will give you, that you think that getting the manifestation will give you, because there is so much clarity in connecting to that feeling and again, we're talking about a very embodied energy here. So what I want you to now do is, with that feeling that you desire, right, let's just with that feeling that you desire, right. Let's just say you want to experience more ease. I can totally relate to that. I'm a mom with two young kids and they have all of the practices and sports activities and school and all of the things that I'm constantly inviting in more ease into my day.

Speaker 1:

So say you're just simply, you know, when you get down to what you really want, it is ease. Okay, how can you embody that now? Right, this is a magic and it's going to almost seem like there's not so much more to say and I will weave this in and get into this a little bit more, but it's really that simple and it's so easy to kind of get caught up in this loop of needing to heal more, needing to figure something out, needing to constantly cognize, make sense of whatever is going on or whatever is keeping you from not having the thing that you want to have. And I say this with so much love, and maybe you feel this, but sometimes we have to simply let go and trust, and in that letting go we can energetically shift whatever that lower emotional state was that we had been living in and just release it. And simply choosing and again, it is a choice, it's a decision choosing to let that go, choosing to say yes, I want to receive more ease, we can let go of the story. We don't have to hold onto it anymore.

Speaker 1:

Sometimes the negative emotion and the things that we feel are, you know, it's ancestral, it's something that we're not even going to be able to make sense of anyway. But by constantly staying in this loop of thinking that you need to understand it all, understand why you know you're doing the things that you're doing that aren't serving you right, why you're self-sabotaging, why you're, you know, not waking up in the morning and doing that workout, even though every night, before you go to bed, you tell yourself you're going to right. Sometimes, the more we're stuck in that loop, it just perpetuates the loop and it perpetuates us staying exactly where we are, rather than just allowing for that feeling of what we actually desire to kind of become like our North star. So, instead of focusing, then, on why am I constantly this way? Right, like you can, even me saying that you can see how that question will just keep playing out over and over and over again in your mind and it's incredibly frustrating. And you'll feel frustrated because you won't be able to get out of that cycle. You'll be on this constant healing loop, this constant trying to figure it out, this constant trying to make sense of it, and unfortunately, that can really keep you stuck. And again, I'm saying this with so much love, and maybe this is exactly where you are and you're like yes, I need to hear this Because I've been in this loop, I've been stuck in my head and again, I want you to use the energy of the season to get out of your head and into your body, into your body, and really feel and experience the emotion that you desire to feel.

Speaker 1:

I want you to feel that right now, in this moment. I want you to experience that as much as you can throughout your day. Okay, and I know you're like okay, this is crazy, because how can I manifest more ease when I literally have so much going on and I'm so overwhelmed and I'm, you know, caught in all the things that I need to do? Okay, and right there I can tell you're like, you're back in your head. Okay, so come back with me, come back down, just breathe, right, just breathe. And from this place, how can you connect to the emotion of ease right now? Right now, okay, I'm just again, I'm just going to use this ease emotion as an example, but do whatever feels true for you in this moment.

Speaker 1:

What is a time that you can recall when you really felt ease? As you do this, as I'm talking about this, notice how your body feels, right, maybe there is a time when you really felt like you were in control of your day. Maybe you really felt like you weren't just reacting to everything that was coming at you. You can go there now, right, you can live in that memory now, in this present moment, and we don't know the difference. Our body doesn't know the difference. It can relive that moment as if it's happening now, because for us now, right, it is happening now. So how can you then be tapped into that?

Speaker 1:

Again, you're like this is, this isn't going to work for me, because I've never felt that way. I've always felt like I've struggled or there's just always been so much overwhelm and busyness, maybe even chaos, in my life and I've never felt that idea of. I want you to still stay here with me and I want you to simply allow yourself, give yourself permission to daydream. I feel like that's just the easiest way to say it. You could almost use the word journey, right? Something like a shamanic journey, but I think daydream is just something that anyone can understand the idea behind. So it's easy to understand.

Speaker 1:

What does ease look like for you? Allow yourself and again, whether you want to pause this or you want to come back to this, you want to do this later this evening or first thing in the morning simply allow yourself to be in a space where you can daydream about what an ease filled day and ease filled week, ease filled life looks like for you, feels like for you. How are you moving through your day? Feels like for you? How are you moving through your day? What are you choosing to not react to? What are you choosing to let go of that's not serving you anymore, right? These are just questions to kind of get you thinking and get you really curious about. Okay, there's this thing that I want it's more ease. But have you actually sat down and allowed yourself to really daydream and envision what that could look like for me?

Speaker 1:

And this is why this is so important, because often the things that we want don't always align with how we want to feel. And when you give yourself space, ideally daily, ideally in the morning, before you have all the things that you do start reacting to and all the to-dos and the things that just fill your day, you do start reacting to, and all the to-dos and the things that just fill your day, doing it first thing in the morning, coming back to the state of stillness, of inner knowing, when you're like, oh, this is actually what I want for myself, this is actually what I want for my life, this is actually how I feel, this is actually how I feel, this is actually how I want to move through the day, this is actually the person that I need to be to create this reality. Right, your body knows, right, when you slow down, when you tap into this, that little voice, right, whether you hear that from your heart, whether you feel it deeper in your soul. However you even may kind of identify with that voice inside of you I just like to call it my intuition or my inner wisdom. It will tell you right and it makes the path so much easier. And this is where, again, connecting to this energy of the season, really embodying what it is that you want to create, will allow your manifestations to speed up, because, as we all know, the more we focus on what we want, the more we see the evidence of that thing right and we attract it into our life Simultaneously.

Speaker 1:

I also believe that the more you let go of all the things that don't serve you, you come back to the truth of who you are, and that truth, that authenticity, is the most magnetic thing, and it's just a matter of coming back into alignment with that. And we can't do that when we are stuck in our minds trying to make sense of all the crap that hasn't worked out for us and why it didn't work out for us, and it's just like it doesn't matter. Again, I say that with so much love. There is a brighter path. There is this big, beautiful door that is just like please walk through this. I'm trying to help you to clear out everything that is in your way, so that you come back to this perfect path that is meant for you. That is better than anything you could have ever imagined, right? But it's like get out of your head and come back into here, come back into your body, all right. So this is part of that embodied energy.

Speaker 1:

And I want to take this one step further because, from this place of, even if you're not tapping into the emotion, that's a great exercise, right. That's a great practice to do all the time. How do I want to feel? Right, this is just kind of like another way, at the same idea, um, and just feeling for whatever resonates with you most, whatever feels like easiest, whatever feels like oh, I want to try this, right. Trust yourself, trust yourself, trust yourself. I cannot say that enough. Trust, just like whatever is being activated inside of you and know that that is there for a reason. It's never not. It's never not. It's just follow those nudges. I cannot say that enough. Okay, so, kind of aligned with that.

Speaker 1:

Another practice, another way to get into this energy or get into the easiest path to your manifestation is right now, again in this energy of being really grounded, right, grounded is kind of like how we're actually showing up, how we're moving right. We're not just like in our heads or kind of in the consciousness and like the higher energies, right, we're not just like in our heads or kind of in the consciousness and like the higher energies, right, grounded is like okay, I'm still a human, I still have this human body and I need to show up in my daily life, in this, like you know, 3d world that I live in, right, right. So again, where is your attention being called right now? This may even be an easier access point in this Virgo season because, again, virgo is, it's very detail oriented, it's very focused. It's kind of like has that perfectionist energy. I feel like a lot of my Virgo friends are like type A perfectionists. They're just, they always have like everything, like all their ducks in a row, you know that sort of that sort of thing.

Speaker 1:

And this could be a great time to check in with where is my attention being called? Where's my attention being called? Where do I feel like I want to be more intentional and again, it's really that simple because typically we're all in our heads trying to make sense of everything that's going on in our life good, bad and indifferent going on in our life, you know, good, bad and indifferent. When, instead, there's only one thing we can do right now. Right, there's only really one step we can take, and then we have to just let go and trust that everything else doesn't need to be done by us. Right there's, you know, a higher force, higher power that is always working out everything, not just in our favor, but for the greatest good of the all of everything. And when you can just trust that there is one thing that I'm feeling called to do in this moment, there is one thing that needs my attention right now. Maybe you feel like there's lots of things that need your attention. I totally get that again. But what is really calling to you? And again, drop into the body. This isn't like when we're like, oh, there's so many things that are calling my attention. Right, we like instantly go to the to-do list all the things we think we should be doing. But I want you to drop back into your body, because there's typically there's one like really deep juicy thing on your heart that just wants your attention.

Speaker 1:

And for me right now, just to kind of use this as an example, and I think it's so perfect in this season that we're in, but I just really feel called to kind of get back into healthier routines and rhythms, because my kids are now back in school, we are past the summer break and I'm just really feeling called to establish routines again that feel really good, not just my own routines that I kind of fell out of a little bit during the summer, but what would just feel really nourishing for all of my family and maybe I'll do another episode about that and all the things that I'm doing and how I'm really kind of integrating family life and spiritual life in a way that is so much I don't know I hate using it's like so simple, right, but like making sure that I'm really mindful as I move through my day, that I'm not like running around rushing to one activity to the next, that we're still like eating really nourishing foods and we, that I'm setting up my, my days and my weeks in order to do things that are important to me, without feeling like I'm sacrificing something else, without feeling like I have to give up all this time or exert all this energy. I don't believe that and I believe that we've been taught, especially women, that we have to make all of these sacrifices and I'm just not willing to buy into that lie anymore. I believe that when we bring intention into our life through love, through the connection of love, I mean like unconditional love, right, that we have the capability to do so much more than we ever realized was possible, and doing in a way that we won't burn out from right. And this certainly doesn't mean like doing all the things. It means doing the right things, doing the things that you actually give a crap about, doing the things that are calling your attention, doing the things that are calling your attention, that's it. And then trusting that, okay, these are the things that are calling my attention. Is it okay to just let the other stuff go? Can I trust in that higher power that is going to support me in taking care of all the other things that don't need to be in my control right now? Why is this intention on my heart?

Speaker 1:

There are so many things that I don't know that I cannot make sense of, and while it's so fun to ponder, I have to trust that if something is coming up for me, it is coming up for a reason, and I hope you take this as a sign. If something is coming up for you, it is coming up for a reason, right, maybe for you. Maybe you're like I really want to get my health back. Maybe I, you know, over the summer I really enjoyed the summer, but I didn't move my body as much as I wanted to. Maybe I, you know, enjoyed a few extra you know, alcoholic drinks than I wanted to. Right Again, saying it was so much love and there's never any judgment but maybe your body is literally like oh, I'm feeling that. I'm feeling that I need to move my body more. I'm feeling that I want to move my body more. I'm feeling that I want to detox a little bit.

Speaker 1:

Right Again, purging and cleansing. Sometimes it's very health-related, sometimes it's our physical spaces. Following what feels true to you. That is, oh my gosh, just like if you could live your life like that every single day, you would just have the most magical life. Like you wouldn't even recognize your life one year from now If you just allowed yourself to say yes to okay. I don't know why. This literally doesn't make sense to me, but it's on my heart and I'm feeling called to do this. So I'm going to pour all of my attention into whatever this area is until something else changes and shifts and I'm moved to do something else, right? Because maybe, and going back to this health, getting back into a more healthy routine and moving your body, maybe that is the exact thing you need to do to give you the energy to then keep up with your kids.

Speaker 1:

If you were like me, you know their busy activities and their schedules and all the things going on, and then, oh, by the way, it's basically going to be the holidays before we know it and you're going to be caught up in like the bustle and all of that. So, start now, start now. Where is your attention being called? Okay? And then, when again, we're talking about grounding this, embodying this, do the work, right. We don't want to just live in our heads like, oh, I should get up in the morning and go on like a 20 minute walk before everyone's up and just have this really beautiful start to the day, right, don't just think about it. Go freaking, do it.

Speaker 1:

Ground in that, ground into okay, I have this idea. This is where I'm being called. This is where my attention is right now. This is my intention being called. This is where my attention is right now. This is my intention, right. Then ground that, do it, follow through.

Speaker 1:

And this is where it gets so tricky, because it's hard again, using this health example, it's hard to sometimes get up 20 or 30 minutes early when we're already tired. Okay, but connect to your own inner wisdom. Maybe there's something that you need to let go in order to then ground into this intention. Maybe you need to, you know, let go of watching Netflix for two hours a night after your kids go to bed. Or let go of laying in bed and scrolling on Instagram and just go to bed so that you actually feel energized.

Speaker 1:

Another super easy trick and you have to trust that this works set an intention when you go to bed. Something as simple as I'm going to get up at six o'clock tomorrow morning to go on a walk and start my day feeling really refreshed and energized. When you do that and you start getting in this rhythm of setting an intention at night, you will not believe how easy things start to shift. You may not even need an alarm clock, like your body is just like okay, I need to get up at six, I'm going to go on this walk. Right, do the work, don't just listen to this and listen to me talking about this. Put it into practice. I cannot again stress this enough it really means nothing if you're not putting it into practice. It really means nothing if you're not trusting yourself, if you're not really tuning in to again those desires on your heart, to your own intuition, and trusting that that's actually here for a reason, on your heart, to your own intuition, and trusting that that's actually here for a reason, trusting that it gets to be that simple, that changing your reality, changing how you feel about your life, changing your life, gets to be that simple. But you have to put it into practice. And if you're here and you're listening to this, I trust that this is the exact thing that you need to hear right now, in this moment. It is the thing that will change your life and it doesn't have to be hard.

Speaker 1:

I spent so long, too long, reading all of these productivity self-help books and all these very masculine approaches to focus and getting things done, and they never worked. They never worked because they're written by men who cannot understand and grasp the true nature of the feminine, which is deeply intuitive, of the feminine, which is deeply intuitive. It's deeply feeling, it has a capacity to know and be led by life force, energy that's just constantly passing through us. That is an unwavering power that I'm not saying men cannot also tap into, but it's not as readily accessible for them, it's not as easy to get. Just, the natural energies between men and women are different. We operate differently.

Speaker 1:

And the second you decide to stop trying to go through life with such a masculine approach. You need to do more. You judge yourself and beat yourself up for not doing more, not being more productive, not being more focused. Right, and you're gentle with yourself and you just get out of your head and drop back into your body and allow that inner wisdom to guide you. It gets so much easier. It gets so much easier, but you have to be willing to give it a try. You have to be willing to right, otherwise you'll never know. And again, if you're listening to this, it's a sign that, okay, maybe we'll just give it a try, maybe maybe it'll work. Right, the old masculine approach hasn't worked. So what do I have to lose, right? Okay, I want to leave you with a really simple practice that will help you shift some of this energy. That will help you just start to connect to whatever intentions might be coming up.

Speaker 1:

If you're like, okay, I just literally don't know, maybe you're like I just don't feel good right now and I don't know what it is. I don't know what I want, right, the simplest thing that I can tell you is to slow down If you are not doing a meditation practice or some sort of I don't even always want to say stillness, some sort of energy, energetic practice. I'm going to just make it as general as that, because sometimes in the mornings I need stillness. Sometimes I want to sit in meditation and I want to see what intuitively wants to come up. Sometimes I feel too busy is not the word I can't sit still and do a meditation. The energy is too bustling and I can't do that.

Speaker 1:

Those mornings I again, I connect, I allow whatever my body wants to tell me what to do, right, like let your body guide you. I mean, it's like we have this human body, then we have a soul inside and it's just trying to work together and show you right, it's like our soul uses our body to guide us. Like that's how it all works, in my opinion. So let it do just that. So maybe, if you're like I just can't sit and meditate I've never been able to right, okay, great, don't judge yourself for that there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. Instead, what feels good for you? Maybe you want to get up and you want to dance and, oh my gosh, even right now, in this moment, like this, for me, feels so good. Right, I probably should do this little exercise afterwards. But put on some music, allow yourself to dance around, right, allow your body to move. Maybe your body just needs to release energy and we release energy by movement. Right, it's so good and it gets to be that simple.

Speaker 1:

So, even if you don't know what you want, like again, starting with that 10 minutes a morning, either in meditation or movement or something that feels good, letting, simply letting your body guide you, right, simply saying yes to whatever thing is wanting to move through you, even if it sounds really weird. Maybe you're like, I don't know, I just got up and I felt like I just needed to run really fast in my room for five minutes and just exert all this energy. Trust that, do that, right. Don't deny that. The more you trust yourself and the more you say yes, even if it sounds ridiculous, logically, the more the intuitive nudges will come up and the more will be revealed right through you, to you.

Speaker 1:

Okay, the next thing I want you to get crystal clear on a vision for your life in the next six months If six months feels too soon in one year and I want you to focus. Focus on the way you want to feel, on the way you want to show up, on the way maybe the way your relationships look, the type of energy that you have, your mood, whatever that may be, okay. I want you to get really clear on how that looks, focus on how you feel, right. I want you and I'm saying all of this because I want you to surrender what you think this should look like or how you think you should get there, right. So what I mean by that is I want you to let go of okay, I want to find this job or create this business, or I want this partner to come back into my life, right, whatever that may be. I want you to let go of that, because the how is not up to you, okay, the how is not up to you, okay, the how is not up to you. All you get to do, all you need to do, is put one foot in front of the other and trust that everything is coming to you, everything is working out for you in a way that is better than you could ever imagine. So, instead, in this vision exercise, I want you to focus on how you feel. Right, I feel lit up, I feel energized, I feel loved, I feel secure. I love my life. I have more clarity and inspiration and creativity than I could ever imagine. Right, I'm just throwing things out there and really enjoy this process.

Speaker 1:

I recommend writing it down in a journal or somewhere that you can look at it every morning and every night and just get in the habit of reading through that Okay, and ground into those intentions. So maybe part of that intention is I feel vibrant and healthy and energetic and strong. Right, how are you grounding into that intention today? Okay, are you going to do some strength training? Are you going to stop eating like the processed crap in your cabinet and make yourself a salad for lunch? Right, are you going to go for a walk around your block on your lunch break? Whatever it may be? Right, set the intention, do this vision exercise. It is the perfect time to do this, right now. This is this time where it's like let's reset everything. Where am I being called? What is really coming up for me right now? That needs my attention, right, all of the things that we've talked about. Do the vision work. Bring all of that together in the way that looks good for you and read it every morning and every night. And bonus points If you, in addition to reading this journal, reflect on how you showed up today, where your intuition guided you and how you acted on that intuition.

Speaker 1:

Right, maybe you were feeling really called to again do that like 20 minute strength training workout. You go on Pinterest and you find some exercises. Or you go on YouTube and find something totally for free, right, like it's so much easier than we think. There's so much information and stuff available to us that's totally free, that can totally change our lives, right, start utilizing it. Right, start just doing it. So you go on. You're like, yeah, I'm really going to want to. You know, I'm going to spend 15 or 20 minutes, I'm going to do some strength training, I have some dumbbells and I'm just going to do, you know, whatever feels good.

Speaker 1:

And then you write about that and you reflect on oh my gosh, I freaking, showed up for myself today. I had this feeling that I wanted to do this strength training in the past. I would have dismissed it In the past, I would have just felt like I was going to be lazy and I would have judged myself and I wouldn't have done it right. And then I would have felt lazy, right, because I didn't do it right. You see how that works out. It's not an accident, right? It's not an accident that our mental state creates our reality.

Speaker 1:

So ground into it, focus on the way you want to feel. Take one small step, celebrate yourself. Let it feel so good, let the way that you showed up feel good. Right, you're not going to be perfect every day, and that's okay, but celebrate yourself. So, again, do this vision exercise, read it in the morning and at night, and then bonus points If you're willing to journal and reflect and celebrate yourself.

This is, you know, 15 minutes of your day in total. I mean it can be longer if you really want to journal a lot. Maybe it's going to become your thing and you're going to release all this pent up crap that's been holding you back and it's going to feel really good and light and you're going to like, oh, I want to spend an hour doing this now. Beautiful, right, you do you. But I'm saying it doesn't have to be. Let it be 15 minutes and it will change. It will change the way you feel, and when you change the way you feel, you will change reality. You will change how you show up for yourself. You will change what you are able to attract into your life, right, you will stop attracting all the crap that no longer serves you, all the stuff that you wanted to let go of. Right, you have this power and it's so simple, right?

So, again, use the energy of the season. Connect to wherever you're feeling called right now, in this very moment. Trust that you don't need to know anything more than you know right now. Trust that whatever's coming up for you is the exact thing that's meant to come up for you, and you don't need more clarity. You don't need to wait until there's something bigger or better that might get you wherever you're going Right now. It's this moment. It's whatever you're thinking about right now. Maybe nothing's coming up for you, and you're listening to this. I always listen to things in the shower, and maybe, now that this is going to come to a close, all these insights will come up in the shower for you. That's always when my ideas come up, right? Trust that that is all you need and then take action.
