Hello, welcome. I'm really happy that you're here because I assume you clicked on this video because you are going through it. You much like myself are feeling the intensity of this season of life. And first I want to just say you're not alone, you're not crazy, you're not broken, you're none of those things. You are exactly where you're meant to be. And throughout this video, I want to talk a little bit more about kind of what might be going on and also how to support yourself through this time because again, I'm right there with you. I know that the energy feels really intense. And this can look a little different for each and every one of us. But what I want to kind of tie together is that it is all in support of your highest good. And I know that sometimes language like that feels um kind of cliche or like, oh, that's just not what I need to hear right now, right? Like, don't tell me this is for my highest good because it really sucks and it's really hard and it's just like it feels icky and you want to get out of it. And through this conversation, I hope, if nothing else, it is an invitation for you to really lean into exactly what you're going through because that is exactly what this moment with this season is inviting you to do. So I guess let's just dive right in. And again, I want you to really know that you are not behind, you are not broken, you are not, you know, somehow like losing track, or I think it's very easy to get caught up in the energy of if I'm not moving forward, I'm somehow a failure, right? If I'm not being productive, I'm somehow not worthy, or I'm not, you know, proving my worth or showing, you know, what I'm capable of. We as a society are unfortunately not very good at just kind of being in the in-between, at being in kind of the void. And it's really truly when we can allow ourselves to be in that that kind of blank, that blank space, right? It's we label it as feeling stuck, but it's it's so much more because when we can even just reframing the word stuck and understanding that we're not actually stuck, that we are being invited into this moment of pause, in whatever that, in whatever way that looks for you, in order to come into our own deeper truth, in order to release something, in order to let something go. Again, whatever that means, it's it's always for your support, right? It's always for your highest good. It is always to kind of realign you, guide you, help you pivot, right? Whatever that, again, may be and may look like for you. And even as I'm saying this, you might say, like, I don't know what that is. I don't know where I'm supposed to go or what I'm pivoting into or what realignment looks like. That is also okay because sometimes we're not meant to know right now. Sometimes we're simply meant to just be in this and lean into without judgment, exactly what's going on, exactly how we're feeling, exactly what needs to be released, and then the next right thing will appear. And I know that takes so much trust and faith and surrender. And again, that is part of this process. So I want to just talk a little bit more kind of collectively about what's going on, and really this conversation can support you now as I am recording this. I'm recording this. Uh, we just had the the new moon in Libra, and we obviously are like kind of coming out of that second eclipse season this year, even though some of that energy is still really powerful. But what I'm really connecting this conversation to is the fact that um that Neptune is in the final degrees right now of Pisces. And again, we're gonna kind of dive into what that means and how all of this might be intensifying some of what you might be going through, but also know that even when these transits aren't happening, even when you know whatever is happening astrologically isn't going on, just being stuck and kind of being in this in the in-between stage, that's gonna come up in life. So this message can really serve you anytime you're feeling stuck, anytime you're feeling overwhelmed, anytime you're feeling like, oh my gosh, all of my fears, all of my limiting beliefs, all of the things that I feel like I've spent so much time healing and working through, they're creeping back in. Why, right? Like, why can I not kind of like break through that upper limit, or why can I not take action, or why can I not show up consistently, or why am I falling into these same patterns and stories, right? So this conversation will support you anytime you feel like that is kind of coming up for you. So let's take a quick look at the transits because again, this is happening on a collective level. Neptune moves into a sign and is there for a 14-year transit. So it has been in the sign of Pisces for the past 14 years. It did move into Aries briefly in March of 2025. So just earlier this year, you know, around the time of that first eclipse uh season this year. So that may even give you some insight into what's going on with you. I don't want to say like what's going on with you, but like into just clarity around maybe what needs to be reviewed, what needs to be looked at, what needs to be healed, what might be coming up for you. First and foremost, always trust yourself, though. First and foremost, regardless of planetary placement, regardless of anything that might have been coming up before, like always come into your body, like see what's wanting to come up now, because there's so much juice and power in that. And we'll go into that a little bit more, but a quick side note because that's important. So you can check in with yourself and just remember what was going on in March. Maybe some themes are similar as what you were experiencing March. If you kind of went through this as what you're experiencing now, I know for sure I am. And it's funny, I was actually looking back through some notes prior to preparing for this video, and I came across some things that I had written in March, and my mind was just kind of blown. And you know, then I that's when I realized and remembered that you know, we kind of had a little bit of this energy already. So, what does that mean? So now um Neptune has gone back into Pisces for a bit, and it's at the final degrees of Pisces. The final degree of Pisces is the end of the zodiac. So next it will move into Aries, and that is the very beginning of the zodiac. That is Aries is all about self. So if we think of the final degree of anything, right? It's the end point, it's the culmination. It is this idea of death for rebirth, right? And it's and it's so strong. And as I'm sharing all of this, I can I can feel this, and it all makes so much sense to me, but it truly is that what needs to dissolve, what needs to be released, what needs to die, so that whatever is birthing within you, whatever is being reborn, whatever wants to um be birthed out of out of what no longer serves, out of the parts of you and your life that yes, have had a purpose, have served you in some way, but they no longer do, right? Because now we're going to be moving in, Neptune is going to be moving into the sign of Aries, right? Again, all about the self. And there's going to be massive transformation, massive shifts, massive things happening. And if you have planetary placements, or I should say placements within your birth chart that are in some of these like core areas, you may be feeling this energy even more intensely. However, my experience, at least what I'm seeing, what I am personally feeling, is that even if you don't have placements, you know, kind of that are more heightened during this time, you are still going to feel the intensity of this. Because again, this is happening for the collective. So everyone is experiencing this death for rebirth. Everyone is going through this in their own way. And because we are inherently empathic, inherently psychic, inherently intuitive, right? Whether we know that those gifts exist within us or not, whether we're using those gifts or not, right? We have those abilities. We are energy. So we inherently and naturally are going to feel the energy of others. So when the energy of all of this is heightened, of course you're going to feel that. Of course, you're going to absorb it. It's like everyone is just like pinging and bouncing off of one another and then having our own experiences and then feeling the experience of someone else, even if we're not like in their life and we're just kind of walking down the street and we're we're feeling that that heightened sense there. And because of that, you know, again, we can all have our own theories around this, but my belief is this is exactly where we all need to be. Because through this, we are being invited to come back to, okay, what is no longer true for me? What do I need to let go of? What is dissolving? What beliefs no longer serve? What stories no longer serve? What needs to die, right? So that I can be reborn into the next whatever version of me that is for my highest good and the highest good of those around me and the highest good of the collective. Okay. So now what do we do with that information? So again, start by slowing down, start by breathing, start by connecting to your breath, start by being more present as much as possible right now. Because again, you're feeling the intensity of emotion because whatever you're kind of holding on to consciously or subconsciously, is ready to be released. So it is imperative right now that you trust what is coming up so that you can then do the work and lean in and get really curious and be completely non-judgmental and just let whatever is arising, let it go. And I know you're like, Jessica, that sounds really great, but how in the hell am I going to let some of this crap go? And I get that. And again, we are all at various stages of this journey. We are all going through various things. And even if you're thinking right now, like, I don't know what I have to let go, I just feel stuck. And I'm really frustrated that I feel stuck. Like, what in the heck do I have to let go? I don't know. Okay. This is again really honoring that and giving yourself the space and the time to explore what is under that. Okay. So whatever emotions are coming up for you, whether they're really loud and you know exactly what it is or whether you don't, again, just giving space for that. So this may for you look like, okay, let's just use, let's use stuck because for me, that that is kind of how I've been feeling. And it's it's really easy for me to kind of speak to, and and hopefully it helps someone else. So when I think about being stuck, and I'm like, I just I don't know which way to move forward, I don't know which direction to take. I'm just feeling really frustrated because I'm not taking action. Yada, yada, yada. So yesterday I sat down and I just let myself freeform, write, right, journal, whatever, however, you kind of can get to that. And just I went on this, I don't know, it probably took less than five minutes. And I've done this work with clients before. I do this with myself all the time. Sometimes I even do it with my kids, where I just say for 90 seconds, for three minutes, for five minutes, whatever you know, you feel like you need. Give yourself kind of a limit to just act like a child who is just on like a temper tantrum rage, right? Where you're just like, nothing is working and this is so frustrating, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Just let yourself go and let yourself write. And when you're in that state, when you're just like really in the thick of it, what you will find is you stop trying to control what you're saying or thinking or writing, and just kind of the subconscious takes over, and you're able to start to express things that want to come up. And you're like, oh my gosh, I didn't even know that was in there. Okay. So that is one avenue and a really great avenue to get to, to start to just uncover and get to those deeper parts that want to be expressed. And what I have found is especially with something like feeling stuck, it's not, it's not the the it's not the stuckness, right? It's not that we don't know, we are stuck. I I even kind of like hesitate using this word stuck because there's such like a negative connotation around the word stuck. But when we think of being stuck truly as an invitation to slow down and see what wants to be uh surfaced, because what is actually really making you stuck is your resistance to feeling the thing that needs and wants to be felt. Okay. And I'm gonna say that again because it is super important, but you feel stuck because you are resisting the thing that needs and wants to be felt. Okay. And again, this can show up in a variety of ways. Maybe you're resisting making a decision about something, but you know deep down it's the best decision, but you're talking yourself out of it. It feels really scary, right? Maybe you want to quit your job and do something else, but oh my gosh, that feels so scary. And instead, you're expending you know all of this mental energy, whether you realize it or not, kind of resisting making this decision. So now it's like the bot, like it builds up and builds up this energy. And now you're just like in this moment where it's like, I have to do this thing, right? And I that could be a variety, it could be something so simple. It could be having like a hard conversation with a friend, it could um be having a hard conversation with a relative, it could be um taking action on something, it could be a variety of things. Um and when you really take a deep breath and and you're like, okay, I'm if I'm scared to, if I'm resisting this, I'm not gonna be able to just make the decision to do something. I'm not gonna just be able to say the thing or take action or whatever. And I get that. And that's why I want you to just feel the feelings, right? It sounds so cheesy, but that is what we are afraid of. We are afraid of the feeling itself, right? We are afraid of the feeling of insecurity, the insecurity that might come from quitting a job, right? We are afraid of the feeling of disappointing someone, right? The disappointment that might come with having a hard conversation with a friend. We are afraid of maybe the feelings of rejection, right? Again, the rejection that we think will come through a conversation with a family member, right? We are afraid of the feeling and we are resisting that feeling. So when you give yourself the space and the time to lean in with curiosity, without judgment, and simply explore what wants to come up for you right now. And I say right now because for the next uh two months, we are in this really heightened state of needing to listen to our intuition, of trusting, of going within that is what we are being asked to do right now. That is the thing that is going to shift your life. It is going to shift the collective for the better. And we're all being asked of this, right? It's like all of this crap, all of this stuff is coming up. It feels like a giant storm. And through that storm, we're being asked to go within and sit with that, right? Sit with whatever is being stirred up within. Journal on that. Do what I, you know, um, do the practice that I just mentioned, where you kind of just give yourself five minutes. Maybe you are really resisting even doing this. And if that is the case, even more reason to do it. Maybe just say, I'm gonna do it for one minute. I'm gonna just sit, I'm I'm not gonna think too much about it. I'm gonna just start writing. And then who knows, maybe 10 minutes later, 20 minutes later, you're still writing and you're like, oh my gosh, that was the release that I needed. Okay. Because now what happens once you bring awareness to what is still there? Even when you feel like me, like you have done so much work around something, when you've done so much to heal and release certain patterns and stories and blocks and et cetera, et cetera, they still come back around. And it's like it feels like a test. That's why it feels like everything feels really heightened, right? It feels like, why are all my fears coming up? Why are my limiting beliefs coming up? I've worked through this, but it's like that final test. And it's like, can you release whatever is still there and then shift into what is now available to you at this higher timeline? Okay, so you're starting to do the work and you're bringing awareness to whatever wants to come up. And again, most importantly, you're trusting, you're trusting the random thoughts. Like sometimes clients come to me and like the thoughts that they have, they're like, this is so random. It it feels so unimportant. And it's like that little like key or gateway into unlocking like the bigger thing that's lying below. And I don't mean big, scary, but it's just again, a lot of these things are formed when we're kids and and they don't have to make sense. And sometimes they seem so insignificant, but once you release it, you're like, holy cow, I didn't realize how much that had affected me and how much I was holding on to, you know, like what Sarah in the third grade said to me about my pencil case. And again, that sounds so silly, but I've heard all kinds of things that are like things that we just carry around for no reason. So again, all right, you've done you've done some of this work and you're bringing awareness. Now I want you to just really get curious and keep leaning in. Maybe you take a few minutes to see where these stories, these beliefs might have served you. Maybe in the past they've propelled you forward in some ways. Maybe in the past they've helped you work harder. Maybe in the past they've kept you safe in some way, right? Again, these blocks, they are there for a reason. They they do serve us in some way, but trust, right, that they're coming up again because now they're not going to serve you in this shift, right? In this next level, in the the leap, the new version of yourself that you are boldly and bravely and confidently stepping into. So just taking a moment to honor that, to maybe say thank you, maybe offer gratitude, right, for the parts of yourself that you know, that did help you, that did serve you, that got you where you are today, that again, whatever it may be, and from that place, starting to allow that to release. And again, energy is, you know, when we have this emotion, it's just energy that needs to move out of our body. Something that I do that I love that works really well for me, take it or leave it, is I love dancing. I love like I will put music on in my bedroom, in my house, and it looks all kinds of ways. I don't care, but it's just like this idea of moving my body in an intuitive way, just whatever, you know, whatever I feel called in the moment. And for me, that really helps to move energy through my body and to let that release. Maybe getting out in nature for you is something that would work really well. Um, going for a walk in the woods, right? Those sorts of things. Um, you know, something as simple as like just kind of brushing the energy like off of you, um, lighting a candle, doing something more ritual. Um, you know, again, whatever is coming up for you, trust that. Again, I can't stress enough the power of using your own intuition and really letting that guide you through this process because your body knows exactly the right thing to release and to move forward. Okay. So from there, then you're really getting to work to integrate these changes. And again, this does not have to be rushed. Okay. This doesn't mean that you're gonna you journal and then in five minutes you're gonna be feeling, you know, back to normal. It's like we don't know kind of exactly what is going on, not just you know, with the transits, but just with everything and how our body needs to integrate. But doing things that continue to make you feel safe. And what I mean is, you know, a lot of these things that we're releasing are things that protected us, at least on a subconscious level, in some way. So now it's really through breath, right? Through heart coherence, through just that connection of that served me. I am releasing it and I'm trusting and I'm surrendering that whatever is coming next, again, is for my highest good. And what does that look like exactly? Again, maybe you're not sure, but it's showing up in a way that feels good and in a way that feels aligned with this next version. And even if that means, again, just taking it really easy for the next few days, for the next week, that is okay, right? We again kind of culturally need to get out of this. Oh my gosh, it's more than a mindset. It's like so ingrained that we just like constantly need to be pushing forward, constantly need to be moving forward. But giving yourself really that space and time to integrate it all and just allow yourself to be in this shedding phase and being in this releasing phase. Okay, so I really hope that's helpful. I really hope that regardless of where you are, regardless of where this practice takes you, I hope that in simply knowing that you're not alone, I hope that there is comfort there. I hope there is comfort in knowing that there are major transits at play. And that is why many of us, especially the highly sensitive souls, the empathic souls, the psychic souls, that you know, we're really feeling this right now, and the energy can feel much more intense. But again, wherever you are in your journey, you are not alone. You are not broken. There is nothing wrong with you. There is nothing that you need to fix. It doesn't matter how old you are, whatever is coming up for you, trust that this is the time. You are exactly where you meet are meant to be at exactly the time that you are meant to be here. Okay. So some self forgiveness and self compassion and so much grace for your journey and a little more trust, right? And a little bit more surrender.
