Julie Bell Lindsay is the Chief Executive Officer of the Center for Audit Quality (CAQ), a position she has held since May 2019.
The CAQ is dedicated to enhancing investor confidence and public trust in the global capital markets by fostering high-quality performance by public company auditors.
As CEO, Lindsay is responsible for carrying out the mission and vision of the CAQ’s Governing Board, which is comprised of CEOs from eight leading public company auditing firms and the American Institute of CPAs, as well as three independent members from outside the public company auditing profession.
Julie graduated from The Ohio State University in 1993 with a BA in political science and received her JD from Vanderbilt School of Law in 1996.
