Last summer, Lynn Turner, previous Chief Accountant at the SEC and current member of the PCAOB’s Investor Advisory Group (IAG) as well as the PCAOB’s Standards and Emerging Issues Advisory Group (SEIAG), and Wes Bricker, also a former Chief Accountant at the SEC and current Vice Chair, US Trust Solutions at PwC, joined Julie Bell Lindsay in a  discussion on the 20th anniversary of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act – or SOX and what has happened in the decades since.  A year after SOX's 20th anniversary, we revisit key themes from their discussion, including the state of audit quality and the role auditors play in presenting transparent and reliable information that impacts our capital markets and everyday Americans.
