Recap Of MJ Reviews West Texas
SPEAKER_02Titan Tells the Services uh is one of our new sponsors. They're a relatively new company, so we want to back them up like they're backing us up. Uh they're running out of crane, Texas, and some of the stuff that they have available is uh Russia about maintenance and construction crews, uh trash trailers, porta potties, combo trailers, forklifts, and they're adding new services and rentals every day. Uh so give those guys a call at 432 307 1960. Hey, what's up, everybody? Patrick Boys back again. It's just a gruesome two today um kind of following up uh the episode we just did with uh you know MJ Reviews, West Texas. Um man, it was it was a really good episode. Yeah. I was uh I was uh you know surprised. Um like I was surprised whenever we saw him first rise up because he he rose so quick. And um uh but once you get to talk to him a little bit, you're not too surprised at the fact that it hit because he's uh he's he's pretty fucking dedicated, like you could tell. Uh he's pretty fucking dedicated, you know, cutting and fucking doing uh uh doing all his uh influencer stuff. Um uh so yeah, he we I I like being able to, you know, talk to him since he's starting out or whatever. I like to be able to talk to him and and tell him like, man, I feel like this is it was working real good. Uh I thought that was pretty cool. Yeah like most everybody's got their stuff set, and I feel like he's started out like um he started out so like not too long ago to where his stuff is really so natural right now and stuff, and I think it's gonna hit the best for him. So yeah, man, he's doing he's doing great things, he's staying busy, he's hitting a lot of uh a lot of local spots and shit. It's it's it's pretty pretty fucking cool.
SPEAKER_01Honestly, he kind of like uh for me like uh the influencer. Yeah, I mean, I always heard of influencer, uh, you know, whatever. Like I I see him, but I never really thought of what influencer does. Yeah, yeah. But after speaking to him, it's like, oh, I get it now. You know what I mean? Like it's a way different thing from like content creator, I guess you could say. I mean, even though it's kind of the same, but it's uh I don't know it's a weird thing, and I don't know, it's like it's hard for me to yeah. I really now I can really distinguish what who's what or what is what. And it's pretty wild how that stuff really is uh like uh I don't know, like uh it's it's really blowing up, bro.
Influencer vs Content Creator
How Local Creators Boost Small Business
SPEAKER_02Yeah, it's blowing up big time, and and you know, and him letting us know like there's so many influencers and in uh influencers and just content creators in Midland Odessa, like it's it's crazy. It's crazy. Like you I I guess we don't uh dig deep into looking at uh uh influencers or creators, like we told him, we're just starting to kind of dip our feet into talking to um you know the creators and influencers here in Midland Texas or in West Texas. Um but there's a lot of them, there's a lot of them, and uh and it's it's kind of blowing up and not just here everywhere, right? I think I think every city has uh the the people that are doing it the best, you know. And uh the cool thing is that it does help small businesses tremendously. Um and it's something that that you know we we kind of look into doing. It's kind of like talking to him kind of uh makes you feel like you could do something for some small businesses around here as well. Um so it might be something that the Patch Boys dip into uh later on. We're we're a podcast and that's what we are, and we're very happy being a podcast and everything. Um I think our our socials and stuff are something that we're gonna probably uh dip into more. And uh man, there's there's been a lot of uh people reaching out and stuff for us to get involved with them, you know, different businesses. Um we don't do it very much because it's like we we uh we go off sponsorships and if they want to be a part of the podcast, and I think a lot of people are looking for the influencer type, the creator type to do stuff, you know, in their businesses and shit.
SPEAKER_01So I mean it's and it's cool because it's like a you like you'd be surprised with like what like a 30-second clip, like what those guys put out, like and then it just generates so much movement, like just like he was saying about the the kid with the juju jeans, like I saw like I didn't know who I never even thought of that as a business. Yeah, it's crazy. And like the guy I I see him do it and I look him up like damn, that's uh pretty wild. And this kid's like, you know, like they got a lot of views, and he's like, I got my he tells them all the stuff about his business.
SPEAKER_02I'm dude starching jeans the way he does, like it's the new way, yeah. Um, and like we used to do similar shit back in the day. Obviously, we didn't dip the whole fucking gene and all this shit that like he does, but it just kind of goes to show, and even the old heads like us. I mean, I've been fucking starching my jeans fuck forever, yeah. And it kind of shows the the old heads like man, there's there's a fucking new way of uh starching these motherfuckers, like they're so fucking it's it's literally they're standing on their own. Yeah, and it's crazy, man, but it it's cool, it brings uh spotlight to stuff like that.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and I also think like that um it's I don't know, like it was cool like the way that people see it and how they do it. Because honestly, you know what's crazy too is like I didn't realize this, but starch, so like Star F Staflow, yeah, that stuff got like discontinued, yeah.
SPEAKER_02It's gone, yeah. And uh there's a new one now, yeah.
SPEAKER_01Well, and they're expensive. Expensive. Like this guy at work was telling me about it, he was like, Um, yeah, man, Stayflow's gone. I was like, what? Stay flow is gone?
SPEAKER_02He's like, Yeah, he got rid of it.
SPEAKER_01And I saw they have some other brand, like an HUB, but it was like crazy, bro. Like we looked it up online, there was like none you could find. And I was like, Man, I never thought it would be like he's like, I this guy's like, I'm even thinking about getting cornstarch and making my own. I was like, what the hell? Like, I can. Yeah, I was like, that's crazy. But he was like, you know, because it's just so expensive doing it at the cleaning, and I get it, it is. But I was like, man, it's just a lot of work too, though.
SPEAKER_02Like, I it is. I I go to the cleaners and I'm okay with that, yeah, with that amount of starch. Like, I'm okay with that. Some people are not, some people want it heavier than what the cleaner can do for you, you know what I mean? And that's where homeboy comes in, you know what I mean? He found like a little market to corner, you know, and uh I'm sure other people are gonna do it, or maybe he gets other people to come on with him and they and they expand the business, right? But you know, you know, La Raza out here, they fucking love their shit starch, bro. Uh, you know, uh, I I don't know how big it is in like Western wear, like as far as outside of Mexicans, you know. I don't know how much whites like their shit starch or anything like that. I know a few guys, um, but they don't really starch their shit. They iron it, but it's not like you know, like we do. Like Mexicans do it.
The Juju Jeans Phenomenon
SPEAKER_01Uh I just love uh a good pinch on the end. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, yeah, it's good. You know, I saw a kid put a uh freaking uh like a the handle of a broomstick in the jeans just to get the get the little hole made. Yeah, and uh because you know, like sometimes you put your jeans on and you'll go up, yeah, or you go back, you go, it goes all sideways. You're like, dude, I just want to be in the middle, bro. Like, please, you know, like yeah, so like I saw that and I just started grabbing a broomstick and I do it, and it helps out so much because like for me's crazy. I didn't know that, dude. Yeah, dude, like and for like sometimes for like for me, it's like I don't know why, but it's like the M4s uh Erios, like I've even got the M5s, bro. But the M4s, M5s, like the bootleg, it's just sometimes too big. Like, and I'm like, I want to wear hairy hay dudes with my shoes. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And you can't, like, if you don't have that good tip on the side, you're only gonna see the tip of your hey dude and shit. Yeah, dude. And you're dragging them, right? And I'm like, but if you get that good right, just right in the middle, you can wear them all day because you're coasting up top, you know. But yeah, dude, I I that's why I was like, man, I don't know, it's like hard for me. So I always am real particular when I put my pants on.
SPEAKER_02Somebody, somebody needs to invent that shit, you know. Yeah, and I don't have the time, I got little kids and shit, but yeah, that's a good idea for somebody. You invent something that you can put on your foot that'll guarantee a center cut through your starch jeans, bruh.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. No, for sure, man.
SPEAKER_02Mexicans will love you.
SPEAKER_01I thought and I think that's cool how that kid, I mean the Juju jeans, I don't know much about him at all. I just saw that clip. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I thought that was really neat. Like a young man like that to start something like that, which is pretty cool because it could go a lot of places. And I mean, he's proven already.
SPEAKER_02You never know. He could he could make a fucking business just for fucking starching, like no dry cleaning, no nothing. You come, he put a fucking storefront and literally just fucking juju starch jeans, you know what I'm saying? Like he there's there's a definitely, especially in fucking West Texas, there's a fucking demand, right? Yeah, all the rasa here, the guys out in the foot, the company fucking men that are wearing that far, they want their shit fucking crispy, bro. That's how it works, and not only that, like uh you you talk about starching all the fucking shirts or like the uh welded shirts, they gotta be fucking crispy as fuck. Like, yeah, there's there's a big market for that shit, and you know, shout out to Juju for you know touching on that and MJ Reviews, you know, for for uh doing that shit with with them. You know what I mean? He's he's just uh the a young cat trying to get by.
SPEAKER_01And then I was watching that video yesterday with the uh I'm sorry, I was watching that video the other day, and it was uh the Manny 1K one, you know, and yeah, it was uh I thought that was cool how like he um you know they're dancing and like he's and uh I don't know, it's just like and that guy's that guy's actually from here too. Like he's from Odessa. And I was like, I never even you know didn't really know much about him, but you know, I see him on there like dang. But it was such a funny clip. And then I was like, damn, but I appreciate MJ too wearing that hat. Like I thought that was cool. Absolutely, man.
SPEAKER_02We appreciate you, brother.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, you know, and I think that's what's cool about it, is like the guy's really big on local stuff, yeah. And I think that's what what is neat, and I think that's what resonates with people is that local like like I think because he goes to places that we go to, but he sees it in a different light or he points it out, or we probably drive by it. We don't know if we want it, but it's like we look at it, you know what, that does look like it might be good, and then you see like, yeah, let's go try it out. Because I've done that before, like you know, and like um I think like that's what's neat about it. Like, yeah, and it's just like us, like we are a local podcast, and I think that we can we we will descript it a lot, we will talk about it, but it's like we You don't see it, yeah. And we have our like it's like the same thing. It's like we see these places that everybody sees, but we actually know we're we're gonna talk about it too. Like, yeah, that's what's good about local content creators, local podcasts. Like, we actually all in this together, yeah. Yeah, but we got a little bit of a platform, right? Like, that's what that's why I look at it, man. I think it's pretty neat though.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, it's it's badass, man. And he's he's he's doing this thing real good. I was real happy having him on, and uh, you know, he's he's just starting out, so this is this is you know, a couple months in, he said. Like, yeah, I can only imagine the shit that he's gonna do, you know. He says he's gonna go to Houston. I I'm I'm happy to see all that, and it'd be fucking cool, like seeing him, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, all these places, because let's be real, when when I go out to a to a different city or something, I'm not I'm not looking at fucking Yelp or none of this shit. I go on TikTok and I'm like, yo, where do I fucking eat Fort Worth? Where do I eat, you know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_01Tacos, this town, yeah, absolutely, bro.
Starch Hacks, Gear, And Western Wear
SPEAKER_02And and TikTok shows me the way, you know what I'm saying? And it'd be really cool to have, you know, a local cat showing us that shit because he's he he has our vibe. He has he's he's like us, he's here and he likes the shit that we like for the most part. And so if he goes to another city and he's like, This is badass or whatever, we get to see, you know, it's like we're trying it too for the first time and we can fucking go check it out, man. We already have someone to go to, we don't have to be fucking searching, you know.
SPEAKER_01And that's the thing, it's like, I don't know, like I I I like stuff like that, man, especially in Miller. Like, it's just it's crazy how you see these things, but and he was like, like he was saying, it's a land of opportunity, right? You know, yeah. Like, I mean, I don't know, like and it's like you said, he's blowing up, he's going crazy, and you're like, and you see him, you're like, dude, like, man, it's it's it's obviously I know it's a lot, and you're like, dude, it's gotta be a lot. Like having to deal with like you got all this stuff going. The man just blew an event, like he threw an event and whatever, and it's like, that's crazy, too. He blew it up, and he had like over you know, over 50 influencers. Like, that's pretty wild. And that's it, I don't know, it's pretty neat, man.
SPEAKER_02You know, yeah, man, he's he's doing stuff that nobody thought about doing. Like, he's and he's genuine about it. I think he feels like everyone's better together and and it better as a co-op than just fucking like nah man, I gotta, I gotta do this before him or do that before him. And and that's that's something that yeah, it really resonated with me, is that he really truly wants to get the, you know, and I he I know he caught a little bit of flack for the fucking for only being able to fit however many fucking people he fit, a hundred or whatever it was. Um but you know, he said he's gonna expand it, and I I truly believe it's gonna that shit's gonna blow up, man, because there are a lot of influencers and a lot of people that want to grow into influencers. They have the hustle, like he said, they have the hustle, but he he they need some, they need help. Yeah, yeah, right, and they're willing to help, you know what I mean? They're they're part of the group.
SPEAKER_01So I and I think that's the thing people have to understand, is like it's it's a lot of work, man. Like doing like stuff like like that, or like no matter what it is, content podcasting, like it's a lot because you're you're taking time out of your day, you're taking time out, you know, just to do, and then you're you gotta, it's just like the scheduling, it's I mean, it's just a lot, man. I feel like and it's I'm not saying that it's bad, but there's a lot of hard work that goes into it that you know I think that people sometimes maybe over gloss it. You know what I'm saying? Like I'm sure my man probably is posting stuff, but before he's probably looking at it a hundred times, making sure it's good. Oh wow, you know, that's how it works, right? It's like, and I I don't know, like I get it. Like, but I mean that's I think that's what's uh neat about it, man, is that uh it's it's a we're putting a little light on stuff like that too. Yeah. Because nobody, I mean think about it. Like, I don't think I know uh many podcasts in Millenni that had an influencer on that can talk about it while coming up, like while it's blowing up for them. Like, I don't think I think we might be like one of the only ones that really put a light on that, you know what I'm saying? And uh and not only that, I mean the man uh he was uh you know the way he talked about his faith, his values, like he doesn't do bars, he doesn't do smoke shops. Look, I mean some people may not agree with it, but at the end of the day, the guy's murals that he stands on, and he can respect that on anybody.
SPEAKER_02Absolutely, you know what I mean.
SPEAKER_01And I understand, and I you gotta think about it too. Like the guy he's literally saying no, like, and I'm sure he could make money off of that in business, but he's like, you know what? Yeah, I I got uh my values, and that's it. And I think that's awesome, man.
Values, Boundaries, And Brand Choices
SPEAKER_02Yeah, and it's it's working for him, and he's blessed. So yeah, uh, shout out to MJ Reviews West Texas brother. Yeah, he's uh he's a friend of the podcast and a friend of the Patch of Boys. If he needs anything, he knows what's up. And and of course, he he wore the hat, so we really appreciate him wearing the hat. And uh, and uh we knew he was gonna like it because the hat he was wearing was just like yeah, it's just deal. You know, some people like you could tell, like it's not their style of hat, man. And shout out to Nino too, man. Nino America, he's always putting our our uh merch out there. Uh, he he he wears the hat too, man. He looks good in that hat, brother. So shout out to Nino. Uh I know he's got so much stuff going on right now with all the political shit that's happening and all that, but yeah, all that all that aside, you know, appreciate Nino for you know always uh uh backing up the patch of the city.
SPEAKER_01And at the end of the day, it's a content. But guys putting out content. Absolutely. Like it's in it and it's moving. Like it's not it's not just dead content, it's moving, like and I think uh that's what people have to understand. Like, no matter whether you agree with it or not, the stuff is blowing up and the guy is and the guy's always on it. And I'm like, man, I I tell him, I don't know how you do it, bro. It's gotta be, you know, quite quite a bit, but he he gets it done, you know.
Media, Immigration, And Clear Judgment
SPEAKER_02No, no, and the the guy has fortitude, bro. Like it's you gotta respect it. I mean, I know I know people in Midland and everything with all the recent shit that happened, you know. I'm not gonna dip into that shit because I really don't want to feel I don't really don't feel like being fucking negative today. Yeah. Um to me, to me, I'm on both sides of the coin, like I've said before, of all this immigration stuff. It hurts my heart, but my brain um uh thinks differently, you know what I mean? It's uh it's it's difficult. Um it's a difficult topic, and like that's all I'm gonna say about it. Like, I know people are riled up all over fucking West Texas about the shit that's been happening and all that, and it's fine, but the only thing I would say is like don't let your emotions cloud your judgment. Um emotions, it's very easy for your emotions to get high and then you cloud your judgment on what's actually going on. You need to look at the big picture and look at where um the country or the community or everything and where we're going. Um let's instead of worrying about the negativity or worrying trying, we can't change like anything overnight. We need to be fucking talking to our congressman um and trying to get a real change in. Yeah, a real change in. This stuff, people gotta understand that the stuff that's going on right now, it's a re it's a knee-jerk correction. Corrections need to be made.
SPEAKER_01And I think uh people understand is that he's doing what he was supposed to do. That's what we voted him for. So yeah, I think people get confused with that, and it's like, don't act surprised. This is what he said he was gonna do. So that's how I look at it. Like, you know, and uh I think I think people get caught up in the messiness like they see online, and I think they don't really look into the facts of things and you know, and how it all of a sudden now it's a problem, but it wasn't before. Uh-huh. And I think at the end of the day, these men are still people who are doing a job for the government, and at the end of the day, it still is protecting you. So that's why I look at it like that you can look at it whatever way you want, but at the end of the day, it has to be respect. You know what I'm saying? And that's why I look at it.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I mean, show respect. Yeah, like I said, it's it's in my heart, like a lot of the a lot of the stuff breaks my heart because that's it's my family, like I've said, that's where I come from. But it doesn't cloud my judgment. I have to be I have to be clear in my judgment as to whether this is right or wrong. The truth of the matter is that a correction needed to be made. There was such just negligence previously in the previous administration that it's causing this correction. And it is what it is. What what are you gonna do? It's like anything, man. You let something go for so fucking long or just at completely out of whack, you have to correct it in an invasive way. That's just the way it is, and everybody needs to be clear. This is not the first time in US history, in recent UN US history, that stuff like this was going on. The problem is we have media that love to fucking publicize this shit and love to publicize the worst of the worst instead of the best of the best. Yeah, that's the fucking truth. They love to publicize the fucking beatings, the shootings, the negative side of media. How about the life savings? This the lives that are being saved that are not being trafficked, the people that are being found and saved from traffickers, the people that are being found and saved from starvation or from uh uh dehydration. How about that? How about the mothers, the children that are being found and kept together? They don't want to show positives. You have to dig for the positive, have a positive positive mindset, and that's the way that I am. I'm not on any way, shape, or form saying I only agree with one side. Ricky knows that I follow a line, right smack dab in the middle, but my judgment is gonna be clear. And the fact of the matter is, is are we safer now than we were five years ago, four years ago? 100%. We're safer now. Yeah, we're safer now. Our homeland is safer now. Now, it is it coming at a fucking cost. Yes, everything does. So that's what it is.
SPEAKER_01I mean, the media is so bad. Like, you know, like just like with that photo, you know, with that one guy, the one that that got shot, like they they literally use a to alter to make him look like a uh, I don't know, handsome guy. I don't know. But it was just like, what why why even do that, bro?
SPEAKER_02Why do you want to follow a fucking media group that prioritizes beautiful people? Yeah, and not and only that, it's like fucking ridiculous. It's a ridiculous stock.
SPEAKER_01They won't show the clips before, like him beating damn trucks down and even the other lady.
SPEAKER_02You have to go to TikTok to find it.
SPEAKER_01And at the end of the day the other lady try to run over somebody, bro. I'm sorry, but that's just it. Like, I I that's all I can say is that you try to run over me, bro, and you know what I mean? Like, it's gonna be a problem, bro. Like, yeah, that's how I look at it. Like, at the end of the day, everybody has to go home to somebody. So, you know what I mean? Like, she literally didn't have respect for that other person. That's all I have to say about that.
SPEAKER_02And and a loss of life, is it a tra tragedy? 100%.
SPEAKER_01Oh, yeah, every time, no matter who 100%.
SPEAKER_02You ask anybody on the right or anybody who supports Trump or anything like that, a loss of life is is a tragedy, no matter in what what shape or form. And I think Trump has stood firm on that shit.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_02He stood firm, like no matter what, it's a it's it's A loss of life is a tragedy. And then the facts come out and people get upset. The truth comes out and people get upset. It's it's we can't always just pander to peop everybody's feelings. You don't get anything fucking done that way. That's what it is. That's what it is. And I I truly I'm sorry for the families that lost people in both ways through deportation, through loss of life, through any of that. I'm sorry about that. But people on both sides need to realize there's uh there everyone's life is on the line. Law enforcement life is on the line, protester life is on the line, immigrant life is on the line, border patrol life is on the line. This shit is real and real lives are on the line. And instead of worrying about which side you fucking stand on, why don't we just pray for the whole group all together, bro? Because these things are it's it's it's terrible, bro. Like we need to just pray that the heat or the climate in which we're sitting at right now calms down because we are, I mean, it looks like we're at a tipping point on you know violence escalating at a significant fucking rate.
SPEAKER_01Oh, yeah, then it's like then it becomes what's acceptable violence, and then we've seen that before, you know. So it's like it's not uh it's nothing new, you know. I think uh that's the way to look at it, but yeah, you're right. I mean, uh you know, that's why I kind of like, man, like I think I see sometimes I see people and they get caught up in the politics. I'm like, man, I get it, but at the end of the day, it drains me. Like I can watch, I can I still I do look at it to stay informed, and I like, you know, because you gotta be informed, but I do think that it's draining, and it's like, man, I don't I I sometimes I gotta get myself. I feel like I've you know, since I got closer with like God and stuff, like I just kind of lean on that more because man, uh the politics, it just kind of it gets me, bro. But but it does say I did see a thing the other day where it said, you know, like Christians are really we're really nice and we we're we're passive, right? But and we don't like to get in politics. But if we don't get into it, then the other side will. The evil side.
SPEAKER_02And that's and that's where you Yeah, and I saw about that that you know people are like people are like talking about that, you know, that uh Christians are involving uh politics in their life a lot more, and I think I think uh I think politics are involving religion a lot more nowadays, and it's just the climate in which we're in. So what uh what do people not talk about it? Not talk about you know any any uh uh religious persecution that's going on, stuff of that nature. We we gotta know, like Ricky says, we gotta be informed, we gotta know what's going on.
SPEAKER_01Well, that's and that's a thing like the Face Act, like just like with Don Lemon, right? You know, he got he got arrested.
SPEAKER_02I don't even want to talk about that shit.
SPEAKER_01But that dude, you know, like he literally they literally was organized, they went to a place of worship, and they right. But this is the thing too. Nobody wants to talk about whenever they use the face act against the uh the pro-life uh protesters, and they literally got sentenced. Like Biden and them sentences them, but nobody cared about those people. They were literally, and it was peaceful. They weren't going inside these dang places and doing that, but they were they were literally outside just praying. But it's like oh Don Lemon, uh it's uh you know what I mean? Like, and this guy, and then he's on the video, he says, I'm a Christian. If you were a Christian, then why wouldn't you let these Christians worship? Why are you in here with your camera uh with these other people where they're yelling you can't even worship?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, at the at the end of the day, no matter what you do outside of your place of worship, that should be a safe place, man. Yeah, no matter what. And I I don't I'm never gonna sit here and be like, oh, go go to a mosque and interrupt them while they're worshiping. No, man. Yeah, that's that's not right. And nobody should be like, yeah, let's fucking let's blow up in there and let them know they're not Christians because there's a guy in there that's an ice agent. That shit is fucking ridiculous.
SPEAKER_01The thing is that that will never happen with them because the left will never walk into, you know, but it's okay to come after Christianity. And we've seen it time and time again in the Olympics, uh, you know, just on our even our entertainment, man. It's like it's always after Christianity. Uh and that's what's wild about it that it's okay to do that, but nobody will do that to a Muslim mosque at all. Let's just be honest, that's the truth. Like Don Lemon ain't going into no Muslim mosque to interrupt it if I'm not sure.
SPEAKER_02And also, that does speak to the fact that Islam will violently defend itself.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02And so they step into a mosque doing that shit, they're gonna defend themselves violently.
Human Trafficking Awareness And Tim Tebow
SPEAKER_01So it's like the left it will not touch it. Even if they know like even if it goes against all their principles, they will not go against it. So that's what's that's what's wild about it. But you know, the whole Don Lemon thing, like, yeah, you know what? You're a journalist, be a journalist. Don't be an activist. What you went in there was being an activist, bro. Like, yeah, like you know, you want to be a journalist, wait outside until they come out and talk to them.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, one third.
SPEAKER_01But you're in there with the chaos, and you got these people, like, nah, man. Like, at the end of the day, it's these people that just don't they don't respect uh people's religion. That's just it, man. Their faith. And uh yeah, that was that was wild to see that too, though, man. You know, it's the face acting. No, I didn't know about that about the about the people that were pro-live. Like, I didn't know that. I knew they got arrested, but I didn't know it was through that face act. Like, I didn't know that exists.
SPEAKER_02I'm learning as we go. Yeah, I'm learning as we go, and it's I think it's important to learn about that and and see and see what's going on. Um you're gonna have you're gonna have stuff on both sides of uh of the line, and I think uh the left does not appreciate when their own tactics and when their own uh uh I don't even know what to call it, their own verbiage, their own everything is used against them. So um I think the right the right is answering just what the left is is it's like feeding them some of their own medicine, you know. Um there and both sides are upset and all that, and it's it's so fucking crazy the escalation, right?
SPEAKER_01Well, that's what that's what everybody's always said forever, is like it like you can't be okay with your party doing it because if the other party gets it, or you're not gonna be okay with them doing that to you. And that's literally what's happening right now. That's what's happening. Like you you persecuted I don't know how many people during the last administration, now you're getting persecuted, and now it's but that's when you cross a line, the next person's gonna cross it, and you make it acceptable. The next the next group will make it, and that's where I look at it. It's like I think I and I'm like that with you, like you know, like it's just it's uh crazy to see that stuff.
Local Events: Tailgate And Cage Fights
SPEAKER_02Like I said before, man, we need a little bit more humanity in this place, like straight up, straight up humanity. People live different ways, and it's not for me to accept you or judge you or anything like that, but it's for me to you know have a little bit of humanity, bro. Yeah, that's that that's all that's all we need. A lot of shit happened locally here yesterday, too. Um, and like I said, I I'm not gonna go into it because it's a very sore subject for me. I do feel for all the people, all my people. Um, and and you know, I the humanity has to be there on social media, in media, period. There's gotta be a little bit of humanity. Everybody can tell the truth, and the truth hurts. Um, and we gotta learn to differentiate that from somebody being malicious. Yeah, um, but there are there there is uh points where people are being fucking malicious and stuff like that, and we just need to fuck read the room, bro, and and have a little bit of humanity and speak the facts, that's okay. Yeah, don't get your feelings hurt by the fashion. This episode is brought to you by underdog wireline. Um, these guys handle everything in wireline. We've been talking about them every week, and we mean everything we say. We appreciate their support. And if you need anything in Wireline Works, you give them a call at 432-288-0395. We appreciate you guys. Brandon 14 Hotshot Services LLC. Uh, they offer Hotshot work, ESP spooling, ESP Technician Service, and heavy Holland Sandmice currently. Uh some of the stuff that they offer is uh uh Rust About maintenance and construction crews, uh trash trailers, porta potties, combo trailers, uh forklifts, and they're adding more rentals as they speak. So as I speak, so any anything that you want and need, give them a call. You never know, they probably have it, and I know they have competitive pricing, appreciate it.

Final Sponsor Roll
SPEAKER_01It's like, dude, like these people are getting docs. Like they're getting docs all the time. Like of course they're gonna wear a mask. You think that's for protection. If you're walking into their church, if you're going to they went to a, I saw they went in California, they thought I they thought it was an ice agent. They went all went into a restaurant, end up being TSA. Yeah, like you know what I'm saying? Like that, like literally, that's what they're doing. Like they're coming after people. So, like, and you're mad because they're in plain clothes. I'm sorry, but like look, they're they're going through a lot. People are coming after them, they're getting threats, they're getting the hotels coming out, like it's it's not like they're doing it because they want to be like like they gotta hide themselves. I mean, that's the way I look at it, man. Like, and I think that's what people and then people want to say that oh, you know, your yeah, your your houses are not getting built, and all bro, just cuz it's like they want illegal aliens for cheap labor, bro, and that's not how it is. Like, that's why I look at it. Like, and you don't know if the the guy that ran that called them on them, you know what I'm saying? Like 100%. Because that happens, like, you know, like he don't want to pay them. The dude just pocketed like 30 grand.
SPEAKER_02But the the fact of the matter is, is the fact of the matter is is that there needs to be real, like a real change in immigration law. This can't happen. Like, you we gotta understand that the government cannot let this continue where nobody essentially they don't have any workers' rights. And you have to look at it that way. Those people, illegals work, they work at less wages, they don't have any fucking health care, they don't have any of the benefits that the company provides for the American workers that has to fucking change. There has to be immigration reform. That's what we should be fighting for, for immigration reform, not to have an open border, not to have sanctuary cities. There has to be reform so that the the people that can be uh that can be brought into the country legally are vetted and it's it's fine. Like that's all that the this side is asking for, the US is asking for. Like, we need to be able to vet these people, we need to be able to know who's coming into the country, and if that is agreed upon from the other side, the other side is just saying, nah, man, it's it's manifest destiny. You should be able to go anywhere that you want and fucking build your life anywhere that you want. I'm sorry, bro. That's a fucking pipe dream, bro. That's a fucking pipe dream, it doesn't exist, and that's coming from a someone can fuck. I hear a lot of people talking shit about you know what hypocrites and it's it's all the people that come from immigrants that are the biggest assholes and all this shit. Like, no, man, it's it's not. We feel, and I'm talking strictly for those people, we feel sadness uh because that stuff is happening. We know a lot of these people, and it's not about the people. We're not like persecute this type of person or that type of person or this religion or this. No, bro. It is there's a letter of the law, and we have to follow that law. And previous stuff, yes, my I'm I'm a first generation. Previous stuff, thank God my parents came over here and they yes, they did it the wrong way. They've done it the wrong way. They were deported. And guess what? When my parents got deported, they didn't say, Oh fuck, man, America's persecuting me and beating me. And no. And I actually had this conversation with my mom. It's very interesting. Because I had this conversation with my mom, and I told her, like, when you got deported twice, um, you know, did you did were you treated badly? Like what happened exactly? She's like, No, treated with respect, and and yeah, uh it happened and I got deported. And you know, thank God she had the opportunity to become a citizen, and as soon as she got the opportunity, she became a citizen. As soon as my dad got the opportunity, he became a citizen. Now my dad was a citizen before or a resident before my mother was, but as soon as they got the opportunity, they became citizens and they became law-abiding citizens and productive members of society. Right? They didn't try to hide under this this this uh mask of uh that the government's trying to play like you know everybody everybody's equal no matter what, and all this, you know, they're telling you that to your face, you're equal and the other, but they're fucking paying you less, they're giving you less benefits, you don't have an identity, and at any moment these fucking left side leftists will toss you out like yesterday's garbage. That's the fucking truth. That's the fucking truth. Um recently, you know, some of the guys like so, you know, uh uh a guy from work, Colombian guy, and uh uh Venezuelan guy that I know as well. Um they they're getting their one is getting their green card, the other one became a citizen. And man, it was it it was it's great congratulating them and seeing how happy you know they are and they did it and they went through what they had to go through to become citizens, and it's and they're ecstatic. They're happy that they, you know, they can come and go and uh you know have all the rights and freedoms. One of them is talking to me and be like, yo, what's up with politics? I want to vote, I wanna, you know what I'm saying? It's it's beautiful, it's beautiful to see that. And my parents went through it too. Like, obviously, I was young, so I didn't understand how big, how, how big of a moment it is for a person. Um, and they need to make it so that we do keep the best of the best. It's the truth. We do want the best of the best builders here, construction workers here, the best of the best oil field hands here, the best of the best uh hotel workers and field workers, and uh that's the truth, that's the fact of the matter. But they don't need to be limited to that. Everybody on that side says, who's gonna clean your toilets and who's gonna build your house? We don't need to be fucking limited to that. How about they become citizens and who's gonna be your teachers? Right? We need bilingual teachers. This is a very uh this is a very diversified nation, right? And we need people to teach other uh to teach English, of course, English first, but to be bilingual and teach these other right now. My daughter's learning both Spanish and French. And I think that's beautiful. You know what I mean? Pretty good. And so we need people, we need more of that. Bring bring teach us your culture, make us your food. I love that shit. And and bring all the greatness to the United States. That's what makes the United States the best country in the world. Yeah, is we have the best of the best from everywhere, but we gotta do it the right way, and that shit hits close to home. I didn't want to get too deep into it or whatever, but it's okay. But to be honest, some of the shots online, they fucking they fucking hit, they hit your boy's soul. You know what I'm saying? They're like they're like these motherfuckers that are they're the worst ones or the fucking motherfuckers that are first generation other shit. Like, nah, man, I I I love my people and not just my people. I love all people. I do. I don't fucking I'm not out there fucking discriminating against one or the other before I get to know who that person is. Now, if you fucking do something I don't like, then fuck you. I'd have the right to do that too. But not just it's not just a blanket fucking hate because you know I agree with what the administration is doing. Go back and look in recent history and see the fucking numbers. The numbers will tell you the story. And why weren't you guys fucking looking to fucking uh uh destroy the fucking White House when Obama was fucking going after everybody, bro? Yeah, no holds bars, throw them in fucking cages, get rid of them. Oh, yeah, even nothing, and nothing went through fucking Congress. Don't fucking even don't even mention that shit. That motherfucker had a free reign to get rid of everybody, high fiving, giving fucking medals to the guy that you guys hate the most. Yeah, that's why. So go back and do a little bit of fucking reading, and it's okay to feel bad for people this is the people that this is happening to, because those are people too, and it there is suffering. That's the fucking truth. But things need to get back to some kind of normalcy of immigration so that we can have a real debate on what the new uh immigration laws are gonna look like. That's what we really need to focus on.
SPEAKER_01Oh, for sure. I think um I think you're right on a lot of that, man. I mean, it's just it's wild to see that stuff, and I think I think that it's like what you said, man. Like, we love everybody. It's just you know what I mean? Like it's the law, and and and this was so wild that in 2008 I saw uh interview that Hillary Clinton did. Or no, she was a speech. Literally saying everything that is going on today, but everybody's cheering. They ignore it.
SPEAKER_02Democratic Party, right? And and right now they're ignoring the whole left is ignoring this.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, they want and then they want to say, well, you know, yes, uh Obama built the cages, but you know, but he did build them, bro. Like he did build them, and he deported more people than even Trump kept going right now, he wouldn't even get that many. Like he deported so many. Uh uh and it's okay, you know what I'm saying? It was okay, but now it's a but it's because man, they're just you know what it is. I think people understand is that the Democrats are making a big deal is because they wanted to use them as votes. That's it. Yes, they're pissed that they don't have their votes and we're getting rid of them. That's it. Because they were gonna that's what they were gonna do, man.
SPEAKER_02And also the populations, the the so the populations that they're reading for certain states or whatever, it gives you a certain amount of uh um uh seats um in Congress or whatever. I don't know exactly how to explain it, but I was reading up on it that um they want to change it from total population to um counting specific population, yeah, which would be citizens and people who are paying taxes or something of that nature, and that that would significantly reduce it would reduce in uh Republican states as well, but really it's gonna really hit blue states.
SPEAKER_00Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_02And so they're talking about that, and that's something that we don't see or we don't talk about, like the actual the actual laws that that we need to look into passing so that the left cannot take advantage of this again, immigrants, man. It's that's that's the truly the thing, and I'm telling you guys, this is a correction. This isn't this isn't motherfuckers coming in and like, man, we gotta do this because we hate people. Yeah, no, man. It's coming in like, yo, we have to make a correction because we are having a lot of problems in the United States of America. A lot of problems.
SPEAKER_01It's like, you know, he didn't do it in 2016. He's doing it now because he ran on it. We saw what happened, y'all ignored it. Yeah, y'all ignored it and act like it was no big deal. Yeah, and this is exactly what the result is. That's what that's what I'm saying. People get amazed, and that's the other thing. It's like, I know, I know the people that are against all this. It's like I know for a fact you don't let anybody in your house. You live behind borders, you live behind walls, but you don't you got you want to know who's coming in your house, you're vetting them. Either way, you're vetting them. So why should the country not do that same thing? That's the way I look at it. Yeah, and I think that's what's annoying.
SPEAKER_02It's like and when you're okay with it, man, when you're okay with this shit, number one, you're okay with the way these people get treated and the way they get brought into this country. They the trafficking that's going on from these border crossings is fucking insane. Look that shit up. It is insane that the amount of trafficking that's going on, man. It's fucking completely corrupting the fucking nation. The people who want to fucking uh uh participate in human trafficking, it's happening here, man, in our fucking homeland. Those are the people that participate participating here. Why? Because it's so it was so easy to get these kids or get these uh uh women or whatever through the southern border, bro. Yeah, that's why those fucking sick motherfuckers exist in the United States because it was so easy. Thankfully, that's going down, and I know a lot of people, man. You know what? A big, big, big, big fucking shout out and bless this man. Tim Tebow, bro, is doing God's work, brother.
SPEAKER_01Tim Tebow's awesome, man.
SPEAKER_02And man, if you guys can go check out this is completely aside from from what we were talking about. But it is human trafficking, it is human trafficking that he is very concentrated on, but not just that, man. The Tim Tebow Foundation is fucking amazing. Go check it out. Tim Tebow himself himself is doing God's work, man, and he is out here making a better world for many, many, many, many people. Like the women's shelters that he has, uh all the light, the spotlight that he's bringing to human trafficking is something much needed. Now, if you are a bit squeamish and stuff like that, don't deep dive into some of his interviews, like with Sean Ryan.
SPEAKER_01Like, but it's also very and maybe people should know. Man, people should know. Today it's you can't hide from this stuff, and it's a real reality. And I do think that I mean T and Table, yeah, he does great stuff, and that Sean Ryan podcast with him was it really got me up. And then.
SPEAKER_00It was.
SPEAKER_01And you see how it hurts. And that's the one thing too. Is like I think people like, you know, you see him and he's really tearful about it. And I I I understand that. And it's like, you know, we also kind of forget about CPS officers who deal with that daily. Like you know, my father-in-law did that for ten years, man. And my my cousin did too. But my cousin, he only lasted like a year because he was like, dude, it was too hard for me.
SPEAKER_02I don't have the stomach for it, bro. I'll be real. Yeah, it's hard. God bless those people that can do those jobs and do those jobs and and you know help our communities, bro. Like, I know a lot of the times like people have see uh negative connotation against CPS, but the truth of the matter is that most of those people, I can't say all because everything has their bad eggs, right? But most of those people are truly helpers, man. They're trying to help. It's not like they're getting rich off of this shit. No, they're doing it because they want to help people and children.
SPEAKER_01Oh, yeah, that's that's what's awesome about it, man. But no, Tim T Ball's a great one. Uh, but no, it's I think it's I think it's been a good episode. I think uh, yes, it's been very political, and and maybe it's just it's a hot topic, but it's a hot topic. It's a hot topic right now, and that's what we're doing. That's what we gotta do, man.
SPEAKER_02I do want to I do I saw something uh here and just to keep it local, man. I saw the tailgate, man. So the tailgate's got big things coming. For those of you that don't know, the tailgate is no mass. I don't know. One positive thing is I don't know if they're gonna build the HEB finally, but if they are, you know, hey, that would that would be my HE B right there. So I'm not I'm not even mad at it. And but they're actually gonna be doing like their concerts and stuff out of the horseshoe uh for a limited time, and I guarantee you those guys are gonna they got something in the works for sure.
SPEAKER_01Also, they're doing another uh cage fight in April. I saw that.
SPEAKER_02Bro, I saw the highlights from the first one, it was actually pretty fire, bro. Patch boys are gonna have to get involved with the next one. Yeah, you know we love you know fight events, uh we love that, we love the sport, anything that has to do with uh with uh uh combat sport, we love it, so we might get involved in the next one.
SPEAKER_01Oh, we got to. I think the next one for sure is gonna have to we're gonna have to make sure we're there because I I felt kind of bad I wasn't at this last one, but I saw they're doing another one in April. I was like, you know what? I'm gonna uh go for it, man. I think uh I really want to see some real fights again, you know. And I think I want to like I would think I want to get somebody in that's like you know what I'm saying, like one of those uh old gyms we love, you know what I'm saying? Yeah, I'm gonna brainstorm a minute and maybe see, but I want to get another uh old school like guy, you know. Uh I was thinking when we're talking to MJ Reviews, it was cool to talk about the old like the fighters we had on. I was like, I love that feeling, bro. Oh yeah, he he loved it, man. But no, yeah, but I think it's been good.
SPEAKER_02Uh, you know, good episode, man. Yes, sir. So appreciate all you guys uh listening and all you guys watching, man. Don't forget to subscribe, like, subscribe, hit the notifications, man. You'll hit you'll see our shit as soon as it comes out. We're trying to get back on the weekly, weekly, weekly basis, you know what I'm saying? Uh, they offer Hotshot work, ESP spooling, ESP Technician Service, and Heavy Holland Sand Mice currently. Um, you can give them a call at 432-638-1755, another local company backing us up, so back them up. Titan Sales and Services uh is one of our new sponsors. They're a relatively new company, so we want to back them up like they're backing us up. Uh they're running out of crane, Texas, and some of the stuff that they have available is uh Russ About maintenance and construction crews, uh trash trailers, porta potties, combo trailers, forklifts, and they're adding new services and rentals every day. Uh so give those guys a call at four three two three oh seven nineteen sixty. If you need anything, uh I know their pricing is gonna be competitive, and uh help them out. Thank you.
