Medications certainly have their place, but what if there was a way to support your body naturally by working with your genetics?
Speaker 1:We are a pill for an ill society. We take 18 pills per person per American per day.
Speaker 2:It was so hard to find somebody who took my insurance. And for me to get well, it took thousands of dollars. And I thought, though, what do regular people do? This is not right.
Speaker 3:Despite my best efforts, I wasn't actually reversing disease and helping people to heal in the way that I thought I would.
Speaker:We want to empower yourselves to take care of this root cause. We don't just want to cover it up.
Speaker 2:If you're ready to break free from outdated, one-size-fits-all health care, you're in the right place. That was life for Peggy Moore, a critical care nurse who spent more than 20 years helping others heal until she realized she was running on empty. Her journey from burnout to balance led her to discover functional medicine and create her tire to thriving blueprint, a roadmap for women who are done surviving and ready to start thriving. In today's episode, Peggy shares what happens when stress, hormones, and gut health collide and how small, sustainable changes can reset your energy, your sleep, and your confidence without another crash diet or quick fix. If you've been given your all to everyone else and wondering when it's your turn, this episode is for you. Listen in. Peggy, thank you for joining us on Raise the Script with Nutrigenomics all the way from Japan. It's a pleasure to have you with us today.
Speaker 4:Thank you so much. I'm very excited to be here today.
Speaker 2:Now, before we get started, can you tell the listeners about you and how did you get to doing what you're doing today?
Speaker 4:Yeah, my name is Peggy Morin. I have been in healthcare for about 25 years. I spent the first 20 years working in the ICU and critical care. The last about eight to 10 years of that, um, taking care of soldiers from Afghanistan and Iraq. So very high stressful, very intense, providing health to others in the community and to our soldiers. And it was a great experience, and I learned so much, but I spent a lot of my time feeling very stressed and just pushing forward and ignoring all the stress and all the signs of being overwhelmed. Um, because as a healthcare professional, if you know any healthcare professionals, we just keep pushing through. I had three kids during all that time. And so having them grow up and being the mom, you know, to make sure there's food on the table and the laundry was done and taking care of all their needs and then going to work and take care of the needs of my patients took a toll on me. And after about 20 years, I realized I'm tired and I need to make a change. And so I started looking, of course, on the internet and researching things. And there's so many, I wouldn't say answers out there, but there's so many opinions out there of things that we can do. And so I would be like, I was in shiny object syndrome. So I would see, oh, this is gonna help me sleep better. Let me take this. This is gonna give me energy, let me take this. And I was spending all this money on all these different products and it wasn't really helping because it wasn't specific for me. And then I finally found a functional medicine provider, and they were able to listen to my story, to all my symptoms. That's one of the things I feel it's very difficult in conventional medicine, which I was a part of for many years, is you only have so much time to listen to the patient. Maybe a 15 minutes is all your primary care provider has. And then they have to move on to the next patient. So they really don't have time to hear the whole story. They need to listen very carefully so that they can get the symptoms, so they can make a diagnosis, so they can give you the fix, which is usually a medication of some sort. And I spent many years doing that. I couldn't sleep, so I went to a doctor, he gave me medication. I was having trouble losing weight, so I went to a doctor, he gave me medication. I was having some anxiety, some stress, waking up in the middle of the night with kind of little panic attacks, gave me medicine and sent me along my way. No one put it all together until I found that functional medicine provider. And they were able to really look at all the pictures, take everything, do some root cause analysis. So look at some labs. There's so many labs that we can look at that go a little deeper than conventional medicine, may have the time for, or insurance may not pay for it. And you have to realize conventional medicine has to have their symptoms and their diagnosis and their treatment, and it has to fall within specific categories to be able to be reimbursed by insurance. And if it's not, if you're anywhere outside of that box, it's very frustrating, I'm sure, for the doctor, and it's frustrating for you. We often get told, oh, you're just aging, or it's your hormones, and there's nothing I can do about it. And that's very frustrating for patients. And that's kind of what I went through. And so when I finally was able to figure out the root cause by looking at some labs of what was really going on with my body, I was able to do some lifestyle modifications to change my nutrition a bit, to change the way I ate, not only just what I ate, but how I manage those meals. I think there's so many famous diets out there that work for some people, but they don't necessarily work for all people. And so by doing a few lifestyle changes, learning how to manage my stress, which is huge for all of us nowadays. We all have stress and busy lives. I was able to completely change my life. I'm able to sleep now. I lost about 30 pounds. I don't wake up achy and stiff anymore. I got rid of that inflammation. And so it changed my life so much. And as a healthcare professional myself, I'm like, how can I do this and help other people? And that's really what we got me into functional medicine and helping other, mainly women, change their lives so that they can be thriving in their midlife to later life.
Speaker 2:Yeah. Thank you for sharing your story with us, Peggy. And I can only imagine how frustrating it was getting when you just were given another pill, another medication, another medication, another medication. Uh, so frustrating until you found functional medicine and finally got some answers without adding on to uh the pill burden and the potential side effects with those medications. Now, I know you shared that at one point you were told your labs look normal, you're fine, right? So, how did that moment reshape your understanding of what health really means?
Speaker 4:I'm so glad you asked about that because my story was getting long and I was like, I gotta cut this down. I have two, but I'll give you one very specific instance. So I had, I believe it was due to stress, but I don't know. But during when I was in nursing school, I had three children, and nursing school was pretty tough. I developed a knot in my throat. And I was like, oh my gosh, I have this knot in my throat. And I called the doctor and I'm like, I have a knot in my throat. And I'm like, I think it's my thyroid. And he was like, I think you're fine, but you can come in and we'll check it. And it turns out I had a five centimeter thyroid tumor, the size of a golf ball. Like he was bringing people in to see the ultrasound because it was so big. And of course, it had to be taken out, which it was. And luckily for me, it was benign. They put me on some medication, sent me along my way. A few years later, I had wanted to go off the medication, so I did. But I keep an eye on my thyroid, and I was talking to my doctors just in the past like five or six years, and I'm like, I'm having all these symptoms, I'm tired, I don't feel good, I've got this waking, my neck just feels thick. I need my thyroid checked. And of course, they checked my TSH and my T4, which are two labs that doctors check for your thyroid, and they were both fine. And I'm like, but something's not right. And so when I went to my functional medicine provider, she's like, well, we can dig a little deeper. We can do some thyroid antibodies, we'll look at a free T3. So just some additional labs. My thyroid antibodies were 2,000. They're supposed to be 70. So they were almost 2,000 times what they're supposed to be. So therefore, I had a diagnosis of Hashimoto's that was missed by conventional medicine. And when I started to dig a little deeper, I'm like, why? Because I was in traditional medicine for 20 years. We do try our best, we work really hard. And their philosophy was if the TSH and the T4 are fine, you're fine. If they're a little out, we'll give you synthroid, but that's their treatment of choice. They don't dig into anymore. And when we worked with my functional medicine provider and we found out those labs, we were able to figure out what's going on with my thyroid and how can I fix it naturally without just going to synthroid, which actually would have just masked the symptoms. So a huge thing I learned, and this talk isn't really about thyroid, but I want to just tell you is gluten is actually a protein that mimics the thyroid. So if you're having a traditional American diet and it's full of gluten and you've got thyroid issues, your poor body is going, oh my gosh, what's going on? I have all these molecules that look like a thyroid. I shouldn't have so many. I'm going to attack it. And they just attack it and attack it and attack it. And that's why I was having those symptoms, is because my thyroid was being attacked and it was inflamed and I had all this inflammation. And once I learned that, and I wouldn't have learned that if I hadn't done that additional labs and then additional root cause analysis. But once I learned that, I was able to change the way I ate and I stopped eating gluten. And my thyroid antibodies are now around 100. So not perfect, but way lower than they were. And I'm sleeping all night. Like I said, I have lost some weight. I just feel better. I'm not as fatigued. My neck doesn't feel as thick. I probably feel like I've lost like two inches just on my neck, but just very much a confirmation to me and an eye-opener that we can dig a little deeper. We can figure out what's going on with your body and fix your body from within without extra supplements. I was just able to do a few lifestyle changes and huge difference in my life.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I love that you you mentioned that without the extra supplements as well, because the supplements maybe need it for some, but if we can do it without the supplements, but with nutrition and lifestyle, then why not? Right. We just have to dig deeper, get to that root. Like you mentioned, that root cause analysis, so we that we can figure out what it is that really needs to be targeted and what we really need to do. Because the medications are like you said, they're just masking the symptoms that, but not addressing the cause. So if we can get to the cause and knock that out, why not? Why not? Now you have um you're tired to thriving blueprint, Peggy. Can you tell us about that? What are the main pillars if you were able to share with us or phases that help women go from that constant fatigue to having that steady energy instead?
Speaker 4:Absolutely. So I worked with many clients and talked with many people, and I kept hearing the same things over and over again. It's that I'm so tired. I'm tired. I have to live off of caffeine and sugar to get up in the morning. And then, of course, noon hits and I need another caffeine and sugar boost. And then four o'clock hits, and I'm at my desk and I've got to get more work done. So what do I do? I reach for caffeine and sugar, and it's this roller coaster all day long. And then it's time to go to bed, and I'm so wired, I can't sleep, but I'm exhausted and I'm tired. And then I get to sleep, and then I wake up a few hours into my sleep, and my brain is going crazy, and I can't get back to sleep. And then I get back to sleep for a little while and I might wake up again. I think I have to go to the bathroom, but my mind gets to racing, and then it's time to get up and work and do it all over again. And I'm so tired that I'm reaching for that sugar and that caffeine and it starts all over again. So, not only being tired, but just the fatigue. Women talk to me about body aches. Like I just ache all over and I can't, I'm living off of ibuprofen to take care of the aches and pains. And I'm like, oh, there's so many better ways. Tired to Thriving is a blueprint that I created that really takes those signs and symptoms, and we personalize it to that individual. There's three big pillars that I work on primarily, and that's gut health, recognizing the importance of our gut. And if our gut is not working properly, which your gut is your tummy, it's where you digest your food, you digest your nutrients. But if it's not working properly, um, because of inflammation, because of dysbiosis, which means your bacteria is off. If it's not working, you can't get the nutrients that your body needs. And if your body can't get what it needs, of course it's going to be tired because it's working all this extra time. So we really work on gut health, we work on hormones, looking at women's hormones in particular. Where are you at? You know, pre-menopause can start in your 30s, and women feel those symptoms and they can't really put a name on it. And a lot of times they get overlooked and they get just told, those are your hormones, that's the way it is. Well, that's not true. There are some things that we can do, some actually very bio-idental ways that we can support those hormones, which hormones you need. I never would just throw hormones at someone without looking at what exactly they need. So we look at those hormones, and along with those hormones, we look at cortisol and DHEA, which are your metabolism and cortisol, we know is your fight or flight. So if you're living in this constant, I need my caffeine and my sugar, I need my caffeine and my sugar, I need my caffeine and sugar, your cortisol is probably a little off. And by steadying that out, you will feel so much better. Along with those hormones, is insulin and glucose. As I said, we often reach for caffeine and sugar together to give us that boost that we need to get through a few hours to get our work done. And by doing that three and four times a day, it's could be one of the main things that's waking you up in the middle of the night is that your blood sugar is so used to being on that roller coaster. So balancing out that blood sugar and those insulin spikes, I tell you, for me personally, was one of the biggest changes. I didn't realize why I was waking up at night so many times until I wore a glucose monitor. And I was like, oh my gosh. I'm like, my blood glucose is low at night. That's good, right? She's like, Well, why is it low at night? Because it's high and then it's low and then it's high and then it's low and then it's high and then it's low. And when you live on this trajectory, that's why it gets low at night, and your body reacts with cortisol to bump it back up. And so when I started to steady out my blood sugar, I didn't have to reach for caffeine in the middle of the day. I didn't have to reach for caffeine first thing in the morning. So, gut health would be the first tier, hormones is the second. And then we look at lifestyle management. What are the things that we can do to manage those big pillars and big parts of our life to help us thrive and feel better and not have to rely on false gratification, I guess, to get us through the day?
Speaker 2:Right. Thank you for explaining those pillars. Now, many of our listeners are healthcare professionals, Peggy themselves. How do you bridge your nursing background with functional and genomic principles in your client work? Because you do some genomics, correct?
Speaker 4:Yes, absolutely. Yeah, that's such a great question. I have been a healthcare provider, like I said, for 25 years. And I loved critical care because you got to put so many pieces of the puzzle together. That was my favorite thing. Patients in critical care are pretty sick, and you're managing a lot of body systems. Um, you're managing respiratory, cardiovascular, neuro, their oxygen levels, so many things. And that's why I loved it, um, kind of my personality. And I love being able to dig deeper. Um, as a critical care nurse, we were able to do not all the cart labs, but we could do all the labs we needed to figure out what was going on with our patient and be able to fix them sometimes minute by minute. And that's what I've been able to take into my functional medicine practice is really that curiosity and that critical thinking, those critical thinking skills to really look at the big picture of what's going on with my patient, to do that root cause analysis, to look at those labs, what's going on with my patient's blood sugar and insulin, what's going on with them metabolically, what's going on with their hormones? What can I look at that's gonna help me with their symptoms and help me put the big picture together? What is specific for them? That's another thing I love, is it's very personalized. And so it gives me an opportunity to use my skills to kind of look at what's going on, but it also gives me the fun skill of working closely with my clients. So I love working with my clients, figuring things out, teaching them about the what and the why. I'm the kind of person that if you don't tell me the why, I'm not gonna you can tell me that eating good is good for me all you want. But if you don't get down to the nitty-gritty and tell me why, if you didn't tell me why it was important for me to not eat gluten, I would have been like, oh, that's just a fad. I don't want to do that. But now that I know why, I'm like, oh my gosh, okay, you know, and so I'm very much on uh try to educate my patients as much as possible and really support them along the way. My uh blueprint is usually three to four months. I usually end up working with my clients for about a year and then I keep check on them about every six months because we all need that little check-in. And so, but that first three months gives us a time to really dig in deep and find out what's going on and how we can make the body better and healthier before we're on this trajectory of a point where we're having to take lots of meds and not able to live the lifestyle that we want. So to go from tired and fatigued to thriving and energized and feeling like you're in your 30s again.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I like that you mentioned working with the women and them really understanding what's going on, the why. Because that makes a difference. That makes a difference in whether they're gonna stick with really trying to make these lifestyle changes or these new new habits and new way of eating and and thinking about um food. Uh, because otherwise, like you said, they just think it's a fad. But why? And that's why I really like the genomic testing, is because that's telling them why they responded certain ways when to foods, why they might have certain cravings, why they they're feeling so tired, why their hormones may be off of balance. So they get to the why. And I've in my experience as well, I realized that that why portion is so important and it makes them more compliant to their health and wellness plan.
Speaker 4:Absolutely. It just adds a layer, like I'm unique and different, and each patient is unique and different. And if we can really formulate a plan that is specifically for you, you're gonna see such a huge change in your life. If that doctor had put me on synthroid again, just like every other patient that comes in with these symptoms, has this diagnosis, you give him synthroid, I would have still been miserable. I wouldn't have found out the why of what was going on. And so it's such a huge blessing to be able to find out. And there are ways that we can do that. And that's why I think your podcast is so amazing. And to be able to get the education out so that people know, yeah, there is a way we can fix this, we can make this better.
Speaker 2:Yeah, thank you, Peggy. Now let's talk about some practical steps, you know. So, especially for women in midlife, you mentioned um perimenopause before. So, what would you say are some few simple ways that women can start making today or taking today to support better energy and hormone balance?
Speaker 4:I think the biggest thing that I've seen the difference in my clients is balancing the plate. And I think so many of us are like, oh, I need to lose weight. They go to the doctor, and the doctor's like, eat less and exercise more. What does that mean? Eat less and exercise more. There was a point when I was living off of like 700 calories and exercising two hours a day and still was not losing weight appropriately. I was losing it in my legs and keeping it in my belly. It was ridiculous. There's lots of diets out there, and each of them I feel have their place. However, you need to understand the diet that is right for you, the eating plan that is right for you. And the ketogenic diet is not the best for menopausal women. Women need a little bit of carbs. Carbs is not the enemy. I have one client who just refuses to eat carbs, and I'm like, just a little bit, just a little bit of complex carbs, because what happens is she white knuckles it through her not eating any carbs, and then at night she eats a bowl of ice cream and a handful of MMs and you know, all this right before. And I'm like, but I promise you, because I was the same way, I was the same way for years. I've lived off of caffeine and sugar for years. I know the deal. So if you had told me to stop eating sugar and to balance my plate, I would have been like, so much work. But when I took it seriously and I started eating protein, complex carbohydrates, and vegetables three times a day, not skipping meals, but not snacking in between, but eating my balanced plate three meals a day. Number one, I found that I didn't crash at four o'clock in the afternoon. I sleep amazing at night. I feel so much better. It was such a wake-up call to me when I was sitting at my desk one day and it was like three o'clock in the afternoon. Usually would I be crashing and I was like, I still feel great. I feel great enough to go home, spend some time with my husband, go for a walk, do some things. And then at night, I'm tired enough to go to bed and I sleep all night. Sometimes I get up maybe once to go to the bathroom, but usually I sleep all night, which is better than I have slept in years. And that was simply by balancing my plate, really concentrating on protein, complex carbohydrates. And I'm pretty boring. I stick to sweet potatoes and quinoa, but there's tons of complex carbohydrates, and just a little bit will make you full because if your plate is not balanced, if you're just eating your protein or your veggies, you're going to crave those carbs later. Your body's going to be like, oh, I ate so good at dinner. Now I need a treat. I hear it all the time. So by balancing that plate, you're like, well, I feel full. I don't even have room to eat that cake or eat that. You don't even want it because your body is getting what it needs. And I think the genomic piece comes into huge play because it tells patients exactly what nutrition their body needs. What does my body need to feel satisfied? And when you're not on yo-yo diets or diets that aren't sustainable, when you're on a balanced plate kind of diet, your body's getting what it needs and you will feel satisfied, you will have more energy, you'll be able to sleep more, and you will be able to feel so much better.
Speaker 2:Yes. And those cravings will not be there.
Speaker 4:They will not be there. When someone someone told me, you know, you hear that kind of for years, and I was like, Yeah, I don't believe you. I don't believe you. I believe you. I'm like, test it, test it out. Just give me six weeks, longer would be nice. But if you can just test it out, you will be amazed. It's it's life-changing.
Speaker 2:Yeah, indeed. So thankfully they have someone like you to guide them in that process and just test it out and learn what they can do, uh, how they can balance that plate for sure. Because you're right, many times that's what patients are told, eat better, exercise. But how? How? So, what are they gonna do? They're gonna go to Google and search for something and get somebody's opinion or go to social media. You know, there's so many different types of information out there. So, which one do they choose? How do they know which one's right for them?
Speaker 4:Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 2:Now, for there are some women out there that might be feeling like it's too there's it's too far gone and they're overwhelmed with the symptoms that they're having, being told that their labs are normal, you're fine. Uh, what encouragement would you offer for them, Peggy?
Speaker 4:I would say number one, you're never too far gone. You're never too far gone. I have seen amazing results and women that were taking five to six different kinds of pills to be able, and now I'm not a medical professional, so I would never take you off medication that a medical professional gives you. You would work with your doctor, and I have several women that work with me and work with their doctor, but they're able to get their blood pressure down, get their blood sugar stabilized, which starts to decrease the inflammation, decreases their weight, decreases their need of any kind of medication that has to do with blood sugar, decrease any medication that has to do with blood pressure or heart issues. Just by making these changes, they have their life back. And I've seen it happen time and time again. It's amazing to me what the body can do. When we're in this wonderful society and time of life where we can have anything we want at the snap of our fingers. I can have a cake delivered to my door in an hour if I want. I can have fast food delivered to my door in an hour if I want. And we've kind of, it's nice, it's a fun thing, but we've kind of, I feel, gotten out of touch of our body a little bit. And what God provided for us or the earth provided for us, however, you want to look at it. And that's kind of what I tell my clients is stick as close to the earth as possible, as in eat the food that comes from the earth, eat those plant-based things, eat from your meat source that eats from the ground, that grass-fed meat, those free-range chickens, the one that are as close to how we used to eat 100 years ago, and eat those nuts and those berries and the fruits and the vegetables, all the things that you can that are as clean as possible so that you can get the nutrients that you need, walk on the ground, enjoy the sun, breathe in the fresh air. How many of us get in our car in the morning, go to work, spend all day at work, come home and sit at home and never spend any time outside? So by just remembering what we have. So many advantages nowadays. I would never say to go back and live exactly like we lived 100 years ago without professional plumbing and things like that. But we did kind of get to a point where we're putting things in our body that aren't even things. Like we're putting things in our body that are manufactured in a lab. There's so many chemicals in our food. Like by just sticking to what nature has given us will make you feel so much better and can turn back the clock. I have women that tell me they feel younger, they look younger. They're like, people notice that I look younger. And they're like, I don't think I look younger, but their skin is radiant and they're not so tired and they feel so good that they're thriving in their midlife to late life. I have a customer that's 70 years old. And she was like, you know, you hear this stuff all your life, but I didn't really believe it until she tried it. And she was like, it's amazing. It's a life changer.
Speaker 2:It is, it is. Now, um, before we went live uh with the interview, Peggy, I shared with you the transition I made from into why I decided to do the podcast in the first place when it was originally called Pivoting Pharmacy with Nature Genomics, just having a platform where we can educate other healthcare providers on this other way of uh helping their patients. So I'm gonna ask you, Peggy, how can practitioners, pharmacists, nurses, and coaches integrate functional and genomic insights into their own patient care models?
Speaker 4:Yeah, I love that question. And I think the big thing is education. We know that physicians go through, you know, how many years of medical school and residency and get a 15-minute dissertation on nutrition, and that's it. So by doing a little extra research and educating themselves on how they can best educate their patients on the importance of nutrition and lifestyle and maybe saying it in a way that can resonate with our client. I think oftentimes in commensual medicine, we get busy and we're in this mode of I need these signs and symptoms to make this diagnosis, to give you this plan. And we get stuck in that and we forget to kind of listen to our patients a little more. And sometimes our patients just need to talk and let us know what's going on. And I know that's hard when we have time constraints, but my recommendation, I guess, for those working conventional medicine is just maybe take a little time to educate themselves a little more on nutrition and lifestyle balances that they can work in with their practice. We need primary care physicians, we need people that can manage our care and can help us when we do get ill and our body is not functioning properly. But if they could add in some of those lifestyle factors and nutrition factors and help their patients feel supported and listened to, I think it will go such a long way.
Speaker 2:I agree with you. And I'm gonna one up on that. And if they don't have the time to learn, hire people who already know, people who are already doing the functional medicine like you and I, and add them to their team or add them as consultants so that they can offer those services to their patients. It's invaluable, invaluable.
Speaker 4:Yes, I love that. My head doesn't think in that mode, but you're absolutely right. I went to a conference this past weekend and we were talking about collaboration because that's what we do in the hospital, right? We collaborate all the time with doctors, with our pharmacists, with lab, with cardiology or neurology or whoever we need, we have this big collaboration. Well, why not invite functional medicine or integrative medicine into that so that you can give your patients more? So if you can only spend that 15 minutes with your patient as a PCM, but if you have a functional medicine practitioner in your clinic, they can go and see them and really get the information they need that can help support your diagnosis and give them a more rounded plan of care.
Speaker 2:Exactly. Exactly. Well, Peggy, this has been such a rich conversation with you. I was so happy to have it with you today. Now, for anyone ready to explore your tired to thriving blueprint or learn more about your programs, where can they connect with you?
Speaker 4:Definitely. So I'm on um, I have a website, Peggy.more at more functional health and wellness. More functional health and wellness.com. So Peggy.more, and then the name of my business, which is more functional health and wellness.com. A little bit of a mouthful, but it comes together. And then I'm on social media, on Facebook and Instagram under more health and wellness also. Um, so you can find me there and we'll put links, of course, in the show notes. I offer a free tired to thriving strategy call. So anyone is welcome to just call me and or we can meet together. I usually meet on Zoom. You can show your face or not. Some people are like, I just want to chat. Some people want to chat face to face, but you can do it from the comfort of your own home. We'll talk for about 15-20 minutes. You can tell me your story, some of the symptoms you're having, and we can talk about how to go from tired to thriving and get you feeling better and definitely let you feel heard.
Speaker 2:Thank you, Peggy. We will share those links in the show notes, definitely. It's been a pleasure talking to you today. Thank you for joining us. Thank you. What a refreshing conversation with Peggy and a reminder that thriving isn't about doing more, it's about doing what's right for your body. Her story shows that fatigue, brain fog, and stubborn weight aren't just signs of getting older. They're signals your body wants you to pay attention to. And when you do, the results can be life-changing. If this episode spoke to you, I'd love it if you took a moment to leave a five-star review and subscribe on your favorite podcast platform. It helps more women discover these conversations and start designing wellness that truly fits them. You can connect with Peggy with the links in the show notes. And if you're ready to understand your DNA blueprint and take back energy, visit us at thelyfebalance.com. That's T-H-E-L-Y-F-E Balance.com to learn how I help women design wellness by DNA, not by chance. Talk to you next Friday.
