Looking Back on EA Appreciation Week, Learning Journey, and R U OK? Day
In this episode of The Treeby Times, Sujit, Aliyah, Tasiana, and Sara look back on the special moments and events that have taken place over the last couple of weeks at Treeby Primary.
They begin by celebrating EA Appreciation Week, sharing how students and staff recognised the incredible support Education Assistants provide every day. From cards and kind words to shared treats, it was a time of genuine gratitude.
Next, the team reflects on the recent Learning Journey, where families visited classrooms to see student work, talk about progress, and take pride in all that’s been achieved this year. It was a powerful way to connect home and school learning.
They also discuss R U OK? Day, highlighting how students were encouraged to check in with others, learn about mental wellbeing, and understand the importance of asking meaningful questions and listening with empathy.
Tune in for a thoughtful recap of the people, programs, and conversations that have shaped Treeby’s past few weeks!
