Holiday Hacks with Maegan Duryea
This is a special Christmas episode with Maegan Page Duryea. We discuss the question, how do you prioritize Christ in your Christmas? I have felt the holiday pressures of the never-ending list of things to do on top of an increased amount of events and activities of every kind, ranging from family, to church, to work and school. It has caused me a lot of stress and anxiety during the holidays in the past because I have felt "all the pressure is on me" as the mom. In this episode, Maegan shares some of her holiday hacks, or favors to herself to help her focus on what's most important. She has a great perspective about focusing on Christ as she navigates the holiday season with 7 children and busy church responsibilities. Maegan says, as a mom, when we give ourselves the gift of the Savior each day, even in the smallest degree, then that allows us to bless everyone else.
