For the second straight week, “Sinners” topped the box office. The vampire thriller raked in $45 million in its second weekend, bringing its global box office total to $161.6 million. A 20th-anniversary re-release of “Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith” took in $25.2 million to grab second place, edging out “The Accountant 2” with $24.5 million. “A Minecraft Movie” and “Until Dawn” rounded out the top five.
TMZ says Diddy rejected a plea deal offered by federal prosecutors, with his lawyers arguing he's a "swinger," not a criminal. His trial on trafficking charges is set to begin on May 5th.
