Stevie Nicks has announced her first non-festival show of next year, but it’s nowhere near us. Stevie will headline Lucas Oil Live in Thackerville, Oklahoma, on April 18. If you’re planning a road trip, tickets go on sale tomorrow morning.
Perry Farrell issued a formal apology for punching Dave Navarro onstage last year, stating, "I apologize to our patrons and my bandmates for losing my temper and for disrupting the show." Jane's Addiction says that they have resolved their differences but will remain broken up.
Social Distortion has a new album on the way. It’s expected to come out in May, and when it drops it will be their first album in 15 years.
Remember when Vince Neil left Motley Crue back in 1992? They replaced him with a singer named John Corabi. Well, John Corabi has announced his debut solo album. It will be called "New Day," and it’s set to be released on April 24.
Speaking of solo material, Metallica’s Kirk Hammett is also actively working on his first solo album. He describes it as a fusion of various styles, including classical progressions, heavy music, and funk. No word yet on a possible release date.
