Deconstructing Conventional
Welcome to Deconstructing Conventional, a show fascinated by one simple question: How did we get here? How did what we call “conventional” come to earn that title? Is there a better way, and if so, what would it look like? This show is about deconstructing two things: Our individual biases, and the systems that run (or attempt to run) our everyday lives.
We do this deconstruction with an eye for where we can reconstruct something better that leads to flourishing societies, and robust physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. In short, this show is about questioning our assumptions and practicing systems-level thinking.
I’m your host, Christian Elliot, I’ll do my best to stay curious and humble. You do the same and we’re both bound to learn something. Welcome to the show. Prepare to have your thinking stretched.

Mark Grenon: Imprisoned, Poisoned, Debanked, Deplatformed, and Unstoppable: Life as a Medical Missionary
Mark Grenon's life story reads like a thriller but carries the weight of hard truth about health freedom in America. A missionary pilot who spent 47 years serving communities across Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and Colombia, Mark's path took an unexpected turn when he and his family contracted antibiotic-resistant MRSA in 2006.
Facing a potentially fatal diagnosis with no effective medical treatment, Mark discovered chlorine dioxide—a simple compound that completely healed his family when conventional antibiotics had failed. This miracle led him to partner with Jim Humble, forming the Genesis 2 Church of Health and Healing to teach others about this healing protocol. The results were extraordinary, with documented cases of recovery from malaria, cancer, AIDS, and numerous other conditions that Mark witnessed firsthand during his global outreach work.
But success came at a devastating price. As his healing ministry expanded to 19 countries, Mark became a target. He experienced multiple assassination attempts, systematic deplatforming, debanking, and ultimately, a coordinated government raid in 2020 that led to his imprisonment along with his sons. The trial that followed trampled constitutional rights, with the judge explicitly instructing the jury to disregard First Amendment protections. Despite having no criminal history and no victims claiming harm, Mark and his sons received maximum sentences.
While incarcerated, Mark nearly died when his mitral valve ruptured and prison officials delayed medical treatment. Now released but with two sons still imprisoned, he continues fighting for justice while sharing his knowledge about healing protocols that threatened pharmaceutical profits enough to warrant this level of persecution.
His story exposes uncomfortable truths about power structures willing to imprison those who challenge medical orthodoxy, even when they've helped thousands heal. Mark's resilience and unwavering faith serve as both warning and inspiration for anyone concerned about health freedom and constitutional rights in America today.

Hello everyone, welcome to episode number 51. My guest today is a living legend, mr Mark Grennan. Mark has such a fascinating story that we needed two episodes to chronicle the life this man has lived and do our best really to capture it for posterity. So, as you'll hear me say in the episode, mark's story reminds me of a combination of a James Bond movie and the New Testament book of Acts. It is remarkable what he has lived through, including multiple attempts on his life, swat team raids, censorship, debanking, deplatforming, withheld medical care, delayed trials, unjust imprisonment and the removal of his social security benefits. And that doesn't count the stories he tells in the next episode. So what we focused on in this episode is the story of his work as a medical missionary, how that led him to discover chlorine dioxide and eventually be thrown in prison with two of his sons for refusing to stop teaching people how to use chlorine dioxide to heal. So for context, mark has personally helped thousands of people heal from some of the most devastating diseases known to man using chlorine dioxide. And Mark also has the pictures and stories to back up what I just said. So I'll have a link for you where you can see those pictures in the show notes. So, in case you are unfamiliar with chlorine dioxide, I've covered that topic from different angles in episodes 16, 18, 45, and 46.
Speaker 1:What's unique about Mark's story is that he is a perfect example of a very uncomfortable reality, namely this there are those in power who not only wish to harm humanity, but they are willing to commit genocide to protect their power. So until somebody can metabolize that evil like that is alive and active and in positions of power, you can't see reality for what it is. So if you heard episode number 35 with Sally Saxon, you may remember her and I talking about how power hungry people have no red line. There is nothing that is off limits, and Mark's story is a perfect example of the lengths those in power will go to to make sure nothing threatens their interests. Yeah, I think his story is also an inspiring story of hope and resilience and what it means to face evil and not lose your humanity or the will to fight.
Speaker 1:Now that he is freshly out of prison, mark is on a mission to accomplish a few big things. First is to get his two sons out of prison, one of which has never met his four-year-old son. Second is to help spread the word about chlorine dioxide. Third is to expose the rigged justice system that disregards the US Constitution, similar to what happened with the January 6th debacle. And fourth, to share the message of the gospel with anyone who will listen. Those are the things that beat in his heart.
Speaker 1:An interesting crossroads for me with this episode is that when I first learned about chlorine dioxide back in 2021, all I could find on the internet was all the propaganda to defame Mark and basically try to scare the crap out of anyone to keep them away from it. And Mark is one of the key figures whose story explains why the search engines are completely useless now when it comes to researching anything about health, all you will find is the clanging gong of the medical echo chamber, curated to point you away from what works and instead keep you on the medical conveyor belt for life. Friends, in case you do not know it, organic search is dead. If you don't know where to go to get real health guidance, you will have a really hard time finding solid answers on the internet, and today's thought leaders and innovators don't show up on the search engine. And Mark is one of the countless voices who the powers that be have tried to silence. Fortunately for him and those of us who can learn from him. The Colombian government kept him from being put in prison for life, which is what the US government was trying to do. Now Mark is out of jail and he is fearless, and it was an honor to interview him.
Speaker 1:In the next episode, he and I will talk more about his faith journey, but for this episode, let Mark be an example to you of how fragile our freedoms are and why we need more of us to be vocal to stand up for them. The more of us who spread this message, the harder it will be for it to be suppressed. So I hope this episode inspires you. It certainly inspired me, and if you have the means to donate to Mark to help him make ends meet, please do. He is one of the true good guys and he would greatly appreciate your support. So I will have links for you in the show notes where you can find his books and his Give Send Go page. So I will have links for you in the show notes where you can find his books and his Give Send Go page.
Speaker 1:Okay, without further ado, here is my interview with the faithful, fearless and humble Mark Grennan. Okay, hello everyone. Welcome to today's show. It is my honor to have Mr Mark Grennan join me on the show today.
Speaker 1:Mark has been a missionary for 47 years, including being a pilot, in Haiti, the Dominican Republic and Colombia, and to me his life story feels like a combination of a James Bond movie and the New Testament book of Acts. It is remarkable what experience this man has had, so much so that we're going to need two episodes just to effectively scratch the surface. So in this episode, we're going to talk about Mark's really jaw-dropping story of learning how to help people heal physically. And back in 2006, out of a desperate need to find something to help himself and his family heal from a deadly flesh-eating bacteria called MRSA, mark took to the Internet back in the days when you could still get good health information online, and he came across Jim Humble's work with what at the time was called Miracle Mineral Supplement, or what today is known as chlorine dioxide, and that forever changed the course of his life in many dramatic ways. So, mark, thank you for taking the time. It's an honor to have you. Welcome to the show.
Speaker 2:It's a wonderful blessing you take the time out to let us share our story. It really is Not just for get our story out so people can know what's happened to us and hopefully get a pardon from Trump. That's the main reason. But the secondary reason is to be healed, not be tied to a system that will just treat symptoms and keep you sick. It's like the car salesman you know he wants you to buy a car and the car manufacturers make them so they break down. Right, they break, so they used to love. I have a 1982 Toyota Land Cruiser in Colombia and it runs like a top. I have a 2005 Honda CR-V runs like a top. I don't like Ducats. They don't last as long.
Speaker 1:Yeah, something called planned obsolescence in there, yeah, I get it. So all right, well, let me see, I've listened to a few of your interviews and so I know you're pretty much the type of guest who can just interview himself. So I'll do my best to just tee you up and get out of the way. But before we get to the story of MRSA and chlorine dioxide, talk to us about two things. So, first, how did you get into the work of becoming a medical missionary? And two, when did you become skeptical of the medical industrial complex and really see it for what it is?
Speaker 1:I'll answer the second question first. Okay.
Speaker 2:You hear my voice. It's from the 1976 swine flu vaccine.
Speaker 1:Wow.
Speaker 2:It paralyzed the left side of my throat and I had some doctors coming down. They did a surgery, put a prosthesis in it, because this one was dead, say, and this one wouldn't be the one moving, so this it had to stretch too far. So they pushed this one out, so this one doesn't strain so much, and so that was from a vaccine. So because of that, 50 people died, 500 got the Gillian-Barr syndrome that they know of.
Speaker 2:And that's what really paralyzed my vocal cord. I didn't know about it until 20 years later, but they settled $5 billion. I didn't get any of it because I didn't know about it, but that made me skeptical. I never vaccinated my kids. I have eight children, that's well. That's kind of a lie, because I think I did three of them the what do you call it? The tetanus shot to go to Africa as a missionary. I don't know why they had us do that, but I think I did that one.
Speaker 1:Okay, so you've been skeptical of pharma since 1976, and that was kind of your awakening. That was when I was born, so you've been aware of this a lot longer than I have. So well done, okay. Well then, talk about how did you get into the work of becoming a medical missionary After?
Speaker 2:maybe we can talk about this next second with the details of it. But after I got thrown out of Africa, nigeria because we had 100,000 people on our Bible course in Nigeria and I was living there, we started three churches in three years. We started a Bible Institute and because so many Muslims were coming to us, the Muslim government basically said get out of here, you're not getting your new. Well, they didn't say it that way. They did not renew my visa, which there was no reason for it, so I had to leave Nigeria after three years and I didn't know where to go. I didn't want to go back to the church I outfound and work and pastor. It's going good because the guy taking over. It's not good. If a guy comes back in the picture, he's the pastor.
Speaker 2:So I ended up in South Carolina, columbia not Columbia, south America, but Columbia, south America, south Carolina and the pastor was a instructor, a pilot, crazy guy, vietnam pilot man. I didn't even know if I wanted to learn from this guy, but I learned how to fly an airplane. But he asked me one day he goes Mark, I need help down in Haiti, the Caribbean, turks and Caicos and I need someone that's free, like you, to be a missionary down there. I'll teach you how to fly an airplane free, but you're going to need an airplane because you have to island hop. I said, okay, long story short, to fly an airplane free, but you're going to need an airplane because you have to island hop. I said, okay, all right, long story short, this is kind of funny. But uh, I had no airplane. So I went, I hit the road raising money for an airplane. The bastards would ask me why do you need an airplane? Are you a pilot? I don't know well, why do you need it? But because to what a pilot I go? No, well, why do you need an airplane? Because it's what I'm going to be doing. I want to buy the airplane, learn in the airplane, then I'm going to be flying and then I'll leave.
Speaker 2:So I didn't raise much money because they didn't really like that. You're not a pilot. Well, what about if you fail? But one church in Great Falls, montana, I preached one night about David and Goliath, david having Goliath's sword dropped back in his hands years after he killed him, and the whole altar was full. I mean, I still love that message to myself, never mind preaching it. But that night they raised all the money for the airplane. Wow, so it was 20 grand. They raised it, boom, got the airplane. So I cut my mission raising support Short. Went back to South Carolina.
Speaker 2:Started learning how to fly that airplane, okay, so I was going to Haiti. Well, haiti was bad. They were just getting ready to invade Remember when the Americans invaded in the 90s and it was really hard to live there as a missionary. So I went across the border into the Dominican Republic, about an hour from the border of Haiti, and I didn't know any Spanish. I knew all the burrito adios. I didn't know any Spanish, so I just started.
Speaker 2:This is if you ever want to learn Spanish or really any language. I learned this phrase. How do you say that you know like, learned this phrase. How do you say that you know like I hold this. How do you say this? How do you say that? And they'd say vaso, okay, vaso, vaso, vaso, vaso, vaso. And I just started speaking one word, two word sentences. You know, I built up my vocabulary, so God blessed me. We sent people to the know. I build in my vocabulary, so God bless we. We, uh, some people to Lord.
Speaker 2:I showed movies in Spanish because I couldn't speak Spanish. The one I used the most was the Burning Hell. Oh, rude movie done in the 60s. I mean, you talk about zero, zero, um. What do you call it when you have um? You know what's the word? I can't even think in english sometimes. You know, when you have, uh, special effects, okay, zero special effects, I mean very crude, right, it was like watching a play, but man, did people really sit up and take notice of that? And so we built, I got a bunch of guys together and some ladies and I started a Bible Institute at church.
Speaker 2:I'd say within a year we had four or five guys learning the Bible and I said to myself I go, you know what we really need? We need people from America to come and visit a third world country. I lived in the Dominican Republic, up in the mountains it was third world in shacks. The average family was rich if they had a two room shack, otherwise just one room. They ate, they slept, you know. Obviously they used the bathroom outside in an outhouse that they made. I wanted people to see it and see how friendly the people were, because in Africa these people had nothing, bro, nothing. Anybody be singing songs, whatever they had, they'd give you. And I saw the same thing in the Dominican Republic. I'm like this is what people need. They need a shock, especially teenagers, you know. And, to make a long story short, in about five years a lot of groups started coming down because I knew a lot of pastors and youth groups, church groups.
Speaker 2:Then a couple years, going medical teams I mean big ones. We had up to 100 people come and I was building a dormitory but it was taking time. So we'd rent the hotel and downtown and we had probably, on the average, 16 to 20 weeks out of the year, medical teams, surgeons, dentists, pharmacists, and we'd go triage people up in the mountains. My boys would help me because by then we were getting proficient in Spanish and they'd bring them down to the town where the hospital was and they'd let us use the operating rooms. They loved American doctors and what we did. First we made sure the politicians and the big people in the town if they need any operations, their family was first, because we we were still trying to find people that needed it, but we knew we took care of the mayor, the head of the police and everything else their families.
Speaker 2:You know, minor injury, uh, surgeries and stuff. A lot of kids have umbilical hernias. That's how I got into the medical. They wanted me because of my language ability to work in the hospitals. Literally, I was a surgical assistant. They even let me cut people open. I stitched people. I mean I did held them guts open. I stitched people. I mean I did Held them Cuts open. I did everything, literally To one point.
Speaker 2:After about five, six years, we're eating lunch and some guys that were finishing up their internship were eating lunch. They go. So, mark, where did you go to school? I go. I did what you know surgery. Well, I'm just practicing medicine, like you guys are gonna do, just practicing. These guys are good teachers and I practiced maybe 20 weeks out of the year, been doing it for about six years. Oh, they were like shocked how how could you do this? That's the kind of stuff you could do in a third world country. I wouldn't have done it myself, but with expert surgeons, of course. They taught me. I had a dental chip. I pulled hundreds of teeth, stitched them up, stitched people up when they got cut. So I had a pharmacy in my house. So that's how I got into working with medical people and that's when I contracted MRSA.
Speaker 1:Yeah, all right. Well, yeah, so that's great background on how you kind of just became, on the mission field, known for helping people with their health. And so then fast forward. I think it's 2006, was it? You and your family contract MRSA, so tell people one what that is, what the prognosis is, and then how that led you to find Jim Humble and chlorine dioxide.
Speaker 2:Well, most people get MRSA, which stands for mesosilin, which is basically a type of penicillin resistant staphylococcus aureum. So you you're basically it's resistant to any kind of better ceiling and that's what they use for a lot of bacterial infections, right so, and it's fleshy. There's no cure. They would just eat away the skin. Then it go further and further, getting your blood. You gotta cut it immediately. A boil would be created, plus horrible looking, and I have eight children. We got it from the hospital and it spread through the family. So now I'm dealing with this, I'm telling the doctors I had the latest and greatest antibiotics that these doctors could find. They even used them in surgery time-released. We had Keflexin, rocephin. We had injectable ones. We had time-released capsules. Nothing touched it. And Marcia got worse to the point where, after a year or so of having it, my son was on his leg, had a really bad boil, and the doctor came to me and said, mark, we're probably gonna have to cut that out. Um, and if it doesn't work which most time it doesn't we'll have to amputate his leg to save his life because it'll get all through his body. Over a hundred thousand people die a year from mercy. So I'm like whoa. So we tried everything pharmaceutical-wise. I told my son John we got to do something and we got to really start praying. All right, we're already praying, but we got to pray harder because this is what they'll have to do and he goes Dad, no way I'll go see Jesus before you cut my leg off. And he was playing baseball with the Seattle Mariners farm team in the Dominican Republic. So he's thinking, man, I want to go on and become a professional baseball player. He was really good and I don't want my kid to have one leg. So, as a father and for myself, I had it bad. I got on the internet Dial-up back then, because where I was, we were up in the hills. I ran a line a mile up the hill to have dial-up. Okay, so I get on. We dug wells for people, we, we improved the whole neighborhood, but I um got on there.
Speaker 2:It pops this book that you already mentioned, uh, miracle mineral supplement of the 21st century by jim humble. I man, I believe in miracles. You know, I've prayed and we've prayed in churches and seen people healed Not miraculously erased the dead. But you know, like to go back into operating on the cancer. The cancer's gone or things like that, but not to say God can't do those other things. But I hadn't personally seen anybody raised from the dead or the blind see. But I have seen people recover from deathly things.
Speaker 2:So I'm like Dad, this sounds too snake oil-ish to me. Humble miracle, this guy's a scammer. So I ignored the book. Book came back two weeks later because it's getting worse. Type in it again. Up comes that book. I'm like all right, all right, lord, I'm praying, I'm gonna check it out.
Speaker 2:He offered the first book, first half of the book, free, so I got it. Read it. I'm you know this doesn't really sound like snake oil. He's not asking for any money. So that's usually the first. You know key, it's snake oil. You're asking for money.
Speaker 2:He's over in Africa giving it away, helping people and have all these results Malaria being the first one, 100% of the time being cured, and that's the number one killer in the history of mankind MRSA. So then he's finding out he's curing cancer, diabetes, aids, mrsa, infections, intestinal problems, vaginal problems, all kinds of things. And so I got the second half of the book read it real quick. I'm getting this stuff, lord, I think you maybe sent this guy to me. So I ordered this stuff and we had a missionary plane. I didn't have my plane with me at the time. We had a missionary plane come in. Another missionary was borrowing my plane so they would come into Santo Domingo bring our mail and I was waiting About every two weeks. I'm waiting as soon as that mail came. I ran to the Capitol two and a half hours, got it Started doing it Because I didn't want to give it to my kids.
Speaker 2:They killed my kids, I don't know, so I'll sacrifice. I started drinking it. It was the protocols then were different than they are now. It was pretty strong. You get a little diarrhea and uh, so you naturally back down on the strength. That's what I had to do, especially with my little kids.
Speaker 2:But in one week, christian, one week, it dried up. Two weeks you couldn't even tell I had this big boil size of a baseball gone and I'm like, wow, so obviously I start giving it to my kids and it starts the same thing happening with them. So I tell them, the doctors still coming down, uh, hey, look what happened what? No, I look. No, well, they look it up, stay away from me. Like, why me? Why would I stay away from it? Because the fda they had a big farmer it's. It's a poison. Well, I guess this poison cured me then I'm not staying away from it. It's drying up on my kids too. Basically, all the doctors ran. They stopped coming to me and they were Christian guys, love God. They just kind of stopped supporting me. Things started coming weird Like whoa, with this stuff called chlorine dioxide miracle mineral supplement, mms.
Speaker 2:This is pretty controversial. So I'm a controversial guy. I start using it, say, okay, look at your doctors, I'm going to start using it everywhere I go as a missionary and I started curing AIDS, diabetes, cancer, elephantitis, dengue fever, chicken guna. All kinds of infections were healing quick. So I'm like man.
Speaker 2:After two years of doing that, we opened a website called MMS for Hispaniola that's the island of Haiti in Dominican Republic and I started having people call me. I was getting the natural ingredients, two natural ingredients sodium chloride, not chloride salt. This was a mineral salt chloride and citric acid or hydrochloric acid, which is in your stomach. Citric acid was a little rough on you, so we switched to hydrochloric acid 4%. You know, you can put it right in your mouth. It's weak. So I write, jim. I write Jim Wild how this happened. I write Jim about my experience, because he had an email in his book Go Jim, this is what I've been doing, thank you for your book, thank you for showing me how to heal my family, but this is what's coming out of it. He writes me back and about it he goes wow, mark, that's wonderful, because you're in a different culture, different side of the earth, different people and you're having the exact same doubts, same results I'm having when you use a protocol consistently.
Speaker 2:I said, yep, so it's happening. He goes keep in touch, buddy. This is great. It's growing around the world. A lot of people buy my book. Okay, cool, all right.
Speaker 2:Another year goes by. I'll never forget Me, and my boys are saying you need to take this around the world with the gospel Because we can be like the apostles. We can heal people. Not instantaneously Sounds pretty quick, like malaria within 4 hours really. We did videos about it and everything. We did blood tests before and after, but some things I abscessed 2 hours. I'm saying quick. Some things take a month or two. So let's take it around the world. Let's stop praying. So me and my boys start praying and, um, it's september 2019, so I'm gonna write jim well, we could sell the compound, sell it to another mission and we'll go to africa. Kind of work with him at first, show him some of the stuff we've been doing and we'll end up taking it around the world. And I write him that he writes back within a day, next day, mark, do not sell your compa.
Speaker 2:I just got out of jail in Malawi. They threw me in jail for two weeks. I had to pay $5,000, which is about $50,000 to us in Africa, $5,000. And they let me out. But they also, the government, notified other countries and basically threw me out of Africa. So I have to go somewhere. Can I come to you? Sure, jim, yeah, when you coming, give me three months. He sends me he doesn't know me from Adam's house, cat right. And he sends me $25,000 and says make me a place where I can live, where I can have air conditioning, I can study because I'm going to start writing a second book and give me internet access, which we had to get, a satellite dish, and even that didn't work good. So four or three months later, january 2010, jim Humble is living with us. I mean, that's a miracle, right there.
Speaker 1:I think earlier you said 2019.
Speaker 2:So you probably meant 2009. Did I say 19? Yeah, I always do that 2009,.
Speaker 1:I started praying 2010.
Speaker 2:Yeah, Okay, Keep going. No, you're doing great. Thank you for keeping that straight. Yeah, 2009, because some things happened in 2019. Get that in my head too. 2009, we started praying. It came in 2010. And immediately he said listen, I want to start seminars, I want to train people. This will be an international training institute for all things, chlorine dioxide, mms. Like okay, jim, well, let's start a church. I haven't got a mission yet, but let's start. You know, you got christian science. You got um, what's the one? Scientology? You've got other places that are spiritual and they kind of dabble with even the Seventh-day Adventists Talk about health, and you know, and all of us should. You know, I said let's start one. We'll call it Genesis 2 of Health and Healing. Genesis 2 Church of Health and Healing. The word church means a group of people ekklesia with a common purpose and a goal. Basically, it used to be, in Greece, a political name. Ekklesia was first political. I said let's do that. It was good. We'll call it Genesis 2 because it's a new beginning for health in the world.
Speaker 1:Did you have the foresight at that point to know the protections having a church would offer you over what, let's say, just having a business license would do for you?
Speaker 2:Yes, a pastor. I was street preaching one time and we got arrested on a sidewalk public way we're preaching. It was really. Um, it's kind of funny. We're preaching in front of catholic church for their las vegas night. Okay, you say, why are you picking on catholics? I wasn't. I was picking on the las vegas night because the town wouldn't let us put up in front of our church A big sign that said old fashioned day instead of Halloween. Right, they wouldn't give us a permit, but they gave them one for Las Vegas night at the Catholic church.
Speaker 2:So we got upset so we're preaching there. Mary didn't break craps, didn't play craps, jesus didn't play blackjack. We had sides up and we're preaching, you know anyways. Uh, it's kind of a funny, but we were serious. So they arrested two of the guys. I wasn't there at the time when they rushed up, put him in jail. He got out of bail, but when we went to court this is what I learned we got to court, I came in as the pastor and once the judge heard that this was a church, she dropped the charges right away.
Speaker 2:You guys are a church preaching on the street corner, a public way dropped. So I never forgot that Churches have the First Amendment right of freedom of speech and the practice of what they believe. First Amendment right. Yeah, later that the judge told the jury and said to them you cannot consider the First Amendment in this case. Yeah, we'll get to that story shortly.
Speaker 1:So, yeah, keep going with. So you've got Jim Humble with you. He you start a Genesis 2 church to give yourself some protection from, let's say, your medical friends and other entities who don't want this message out. And so you start running seminars, Tell people what happened. Then we set up a curriculum.
Speaker 2:I did Bible Institute. Jim was a smart guy. We designed a syllabus. We even had a CD course. People could come sitting and explaining the 40 different protocols. Come, uh, sitting and explaining the 40 different protocols. So the first seminar five months later after he came, he had 45 people from 15 countries. I mean it wasn't easy to get dominican public then take a bus to an alpha hours people didn't understand spanish and then call us when they got to down and they come. So they, they were really serious people, right, and all had testimonies, all help of people in their respective countries and it took off.
Speaker 2:So after three years we even had the FDA send people down called Pro Consumador, which is like the FDA to try to shut us down. I told them we're a church and they said, well, we can't shut you down, you're a church, you can do this. We don't sell anything. Donations to our church covers everything we do. They're like well, they had to leave. So that really kind of upset the FDA, right. So I learned another thing it's working and I didn't start the church because of that. Honestly, they, the court and the newspapers say we start a fake church, fake church. I was a missionary 25 years at that time, training people. We're not a fake church and the church says to take care of your temple, keep it clean. That's all we're doing detoxing the body with something that the government's pure water, purify water with. They tell you to drink the water. So it didn't make sense to me. We weren't doing anything wrong.
Speaker 2:So after three years, one of the ladies that came to our first seminar, carrie Rivera. She had an autistic kid doing really good with covering kids. After she left she started recovering kids. Everybody that wrote us had autism or Asperger's, which is adult. Send it to Carrie. So she had a really beautiful house in Mexico, puerto Vallarta. Jim said Mark, I'm going to go there, I'm so tired of the electricity being out all the time and the internet being so bad. She invited me to live there. I said good, jim, go, because you know what. I'm going to go to Colombia, I want to go down toombia, I want to go down the amazon, I want to deal with malaria and, uh, I want to sell the compound and go to colombia.
Speaker 2:So we split up, not because of any problem, because I went to have mexico a couple times to do seminars and he and I went around the world, literally, literally all the way to New Zealand. We didn't make Asia. That was our next stop when I got arrested. Okay, so he's there. I'm in Colombia. I sell the compound. We use that basically to go around the world. We do seven hospitals in Colombia. We had a lot of doctors that were really sympathetic to natural means, so I did seminars. Doctors would come and then we left Colombia. We still live in there, but we went and did 63 seminars in 19 countries in 10 years. So now I'm up to 2020.
Speaker 2:But before I stop there, I want to tell you what happened. Jim wrote his second book with us. We collaborated together because we would proofread it, add things to it, and so that was like 2013. Yeah right, 2000. Printed it, then he left. Then I left in 2016. I wrote a book because now in 2016, we had been in, let's just say, 40 seminars. We had done over 1,000, 1,500 people trained up on how to use the protocols.
Speaker 2:I did a documentary called Quantum Leap I believe you have that link and G Edward Griffin republished it when we were in jail, because they took out everything from us, everything. They eventually took us off youtube three million views took off my podcast called g2 voice. They took us off of paypal. Clickbank closed our church bank accounts. They even took godaddy, even took away our domain that we bought from them.
Speaker 2:Okay, everywhere country we went to, they had in the news media. These people are coming telling you to drink bleach and be healed of all these things. It's a lie. They're scammers. We just kept going. We ignored them. They kicked down the door in england. We threw them out because we're a church. It was a church meeting. They left, but I had to the people come in their equivalent of fda called trading standards. They came in so I taught them why and then we threw them out at the church. And so we had crazy leaks out to us cnn sky news which is owned by fox, by the way uh, articles from the wall street journal I mean, excuse me washington post, new york times, the guardian so many newspapers just lying about us saying people are dying. So let me fast forward.
Speaker 2:I wrote two more books by 2020, okay, and the guy that watched one guy that watched I got documentary a guy named jeff. He put together one in 2020, more detailed because he's been 30 years. An icu, he was more technical, very good one. He put me on there also. But he put it together and that's been seen, just like millions of people. Doctors like it, because clinical studies, pictures before and after, doctors talking, scientists, chemists Very well done. So 2020 comes along. One of the guys says Mark, I have people in the White House that I know, so give me those two bottles, give me your book, your first book. I gave it to him and he got it to Trump. Okay, that's when Trump mentioned there's a disinfectant that can probably cure this. They're saying really quickly, he said an hour and he called it a disinfectant. He didn't really know exactly what he was saying, but he said it Employed Fauci and Dr Burke.
Speaker 2:The FDA went wild Big Pharma. So they sent out a letter to 700 individuals, companies. If you're claiming that you can cure the coronavirus, we're coming after you. Cease and desist, or we're going to put an injunction on you. So they did. They sent 700 people.
Speaker 2:April 7th 2020, I got it and I wrote them a 35 page letter saying why we were not going to stop as a church, why we have the right to come on, why you have no jurisdiction over a church. And, uh, we're going to continue on. So everybody else ran. We didn't see anybody else keep going. So they gave us a temporary injunction. We didn't go to the courtroom because these courtrooms are not constitutional courtrooms. You can't claim the constitution in an administrative court, and that's what they all are. So then they did a temporary that permanent injunction. My boys didn't go. This was america, remember, I'm in columbia. The boys didn't show up. I wrote another we're not coming to your fake court there, we're not coming.
Speaker 2:So restaurant was issued and now listen, contempt of court to contempt of court charges and conspiracy to defraud the United States of America, not the people, the United States of America. No one was being robbed. There was no claim that they harmed me. We died, my father died, nothing, so conspiracy charges a joke. We died, my father died, nothing, so conspiracy charges are a joke. We need to get rid of that. It was set up because of drug dealers. They could grab them without having much evidence, which isn't right. I met guys in jail that were grabbed. They said because you might sell cocaine one day for arresting you. They weren't caught with cocaine. I mean crazy. So July 8th comes along 2020.
Speaker 2:Jordan and Jonathan are raided at the home church in Bradenton, florida. Abc helicopter, us Marshals, epa sheriffs, local police TV station. About 12 different agencies were there. They raided the church, took all our computers, which are church computers, with church list of people that are members, which is it's protected, just like a doctor and his patient or a lawyer and his client and they took all that, took our phones, took uh money in our safe. We didn't have a lot but we used a lot of that to help other people because we helped a lot of people as a church. But they left the guns. The guns were licensed guns. Okay, you want me to stop there, in case you have other questions.
Speaker 1:You're doing great, I guess. There's one other detail I think is at least especially for my audience, for people that appreciate there's a force that does not want this to come out. And so you had one story I've heard you tell where you got a phone call, I guess while Jim was with you, from somebody you called James Bond. Actually called you twice. But what I hope to have people see from somebody who's lived it is how pervasive this idea is. You even have a chapter in your book Imagine a World Without Disease about the number of people who have come up with or found genuinely helpful natural cures or things that dramatically benefit health and they just end up dead. So give people a sense of the sinister nature of that. What's your estimate for how pervasive that problem is?
Speaker 2:Well, before I tell you that story. They tried to kill me twice. They tried to blow up our car on the way to a seminar. A black suburban is following us and about six car lengths back in Arkansas, right. And as soon as we hear this, what it did was they put something underneath on the tie rod to melt the tie rod. I can get into detail about that, but immediately the suburban took off into the distance, we pulled over, the tire fell off and we would have flipped if the tire fell off, but centrifugal force basically kept us alive till we could slow down. But um, then they poisoned me and brought the way out to mexico and chlorine dioxide saved my life. They poured it down my throat because I was completely paralyzed, couldn't move, couldn't talk, and, uh, they poured it down my mouth and all this green stuff came up. And that's another story that's more detailed, but it's in my book Basically a Russian spy, and I know it was because I cured the person of hepatitis. Is that crazy? When I say I cured, I don't cure anybody Either. This chlorine dioxide cure anybody. The body cures itself after you take the toxins out that are causing the problem.
Speaker 2:So, james Bond okay, jimmy, just got there, I get this phone call. We did have phones in my little office up in the mountain and I get this phone call. This guy calls me and says I'd like to talk to Jim. I go well, you know I can show him. No one gets to him and cause him a problem. So who is this? My name is Dr Michael Merring. I said okay, what do you want? He goes well, I want to talk to Jim. I said well, he's busy right now. I'm screening all the calls and he was busy. I wasn't lying. And I said what do you got? He goes. Okay, who are you? I said Mark, rennie. He goes. Oh, jimmy told me about you. Nice to meet you. I appreciate you being there with him helping him. I said okay, so what's the problem we need? He goes tell Jim this that the Vatican Bank is going to go bankrupt, the Pope's going to resign, a king of Belgium, a queen of Netherlands is going to resign. Also, greece is going to. The banks are going to take 40% of the people's money, spain's going to collapse economy-wise.
Speaker 2:There was a couple other things I can't really remember off the top of my head. I think about it, but it's irrelevant. I said, okay, I'm writing this stuff down. Okay, whatever Thought, he was kind of a kooky guy, really Nice guy. So I tell Jim later on that afternoon hey, this guy didn't talk to Michael Merring. Michael Merring, really, this is what he said. Jim goes. You know who that guy was? I go. No, it's the guy that Eon Fleming wrote about, called James Bond. I know him. He goes. What I go. What did James Bond call me? He goes. What I go. What James Bond called me? He goes. Yeah, that's me. So all those things happen. Two years later I get another call. Right, hi, mark, this is Michael. I go. Yeah, I know who you are, jim, how you doing? He laughed I go. Why didn't you tell me you were James Bond? Am I sick and all that crap? Because I don't really care. I get away from all that stuff and really want to help mankind. He was being.
Speaker 2:He was involved in getting hate put in africa he basically said I want to help heal mankind, so I go. Well, I appreciate that, but appreciate that, but all that stuff happened, man, that's crazy. He goes. Well, I've been watching you guys for two years now. This is what I want to do.
Speaker 2:We have two bearer bonds totally a number amount of $5 billion and a bearer bond is. You know, you got the bearer bond, you can cash it. Whoever has it, the bearer can cash it. He goes we're going to go up I'm in Italy, we're going to go up to Switzerland and we're going to cash these in. Okay, cool, he says we're going to give you $50 million because you guys are doing a good job. We have it. If you need any more, but take that as a down payment on what you guys are doing a good job. If you need it, we have it. If you need any more, but take that as a down payment on what you guys have been doing, go, go, go, get this done. Man, I've seen you guys are really shaking up people.
Speaker 2:I said, okay, buddy, sure, and he basically hung up. I told Jim two weeks later, three guys are going across the um italian alps into austria and there's a gunfight and they're killed and they got these fake parabons first of all. Why would they kill people with fake par? Anyways, because they were trying to defend themselves, I don't know. They're dead. And about six weeks after that, michael Merring is killed and wrote where he was staying in a hotel room. I'm thinking, man, hopefully that wasn't because of that phone call, because our phones are always tapped Like oh man, so anyways, that's the story of james bond.
Speaker 1:Yeah well, it just shows conjecture in there, but it does show a level of if you've been had two attempts on your own life and there is a rich history, as you document in your book, of a number of people trying to bring out legitimate cures that just end up dead or in an alley or completely silenced and deplatformed, debanked etc. Like you've been. It's just somewhat of a wake-up call to say this is real people and there are things out there that help. But you are going to have to be able to find other sources of information to get to what works and do so with some discernment.
Speaker 2:Right, and in my book, I went back 300 years to the beginning of the pharmaceutical medical industry and before that, christian, what did we do? Natural means. Hippocrates said food is your medicine and medicine's your food. And he cured a lot of people with raw milk and raw honey. Yeah, I drink raw milk. I got in my refrigerator. Right now I drink raw milk almost every day. It really, really is good for you. The bible says if you're blessed of god, your nation will flow with milk and honey. So Hippocrates was just doing what the Bible said.
Speaker 2:So let me fast forward, because I know time's slipping away here. Go for it. So my boys get arrested 30 days later. Well, I call as soon as I heard that. I call. His wife calls me. I call the embassy. Really, I call the sheriff.
Speaker 2:They wouldn't talk to me in Manatee County, which they're supposed to be representing, the Constitution Sheriff have more power than the president in their own country County, excuse me. So they said call the embassy. I call the embassy. Talk to us. Module, listen, they just kidnapped my kids. What do you mean? Yeah, the us government bombarded justice. You guys just can't kidnap my sons. They're missionaries. Well, where do you live? Took my phone number where I lived and 30 days later they kick in the door and 6 am in the morning they take me away and go to Bogota, colombia. They paid a million bucks to keep me and my sons in Colombia.
Speaker 2:Why, well, I believe they didn't want us on the TV, on the radio, although I was from Columbia, I was doing interviews and they wanted you not to have a speedy trial so it'd be publicized because we get arrest. There was papers all over the world. We got the scammers that people claiming they're curing COVID. I've not got COVID. The scammers they're saying they're curing AIDS and malaria. So they didn't want us on TV and in fact, they wouldn't even let reporters come to the jail. I asked the warden hey, we have the right to be interviewed. No, no, you don't. Oh, that's pretty sick. You're supposed to have freedom of speech even in jail. No, you lost all your rights. Really, I couldn't vote. They don't even let me vote now on probation. Wow, isn't that sick.
Speaker 1:Yeah.
Speaker 2:So I spent two years there. But in Columbia I've got they want to give me two life sentences. They said and conspiracy, two life sentences, conspiracy, five years, conspiracy, contempt of court, two life consecutive sentences which you only get six months or a year. So you tell me, zach, what?
Speaker 1:are they doing?
Speaker 2:to me Was this judge, you know, set up to come after us. No one ever gets that. But because I was with all the drug dealers and they became my friends because I was treating them every day 40 to 50 guys with chlorine dioxide, we brought it in. We treated people. I got pictures of me there treating people. They liked me. They were billionaires, a lot of them, and, um, they liked me. I get this, even share the word of god with many of them, really all of them, because when they got treated I had some bible literature and I'd give it to them.
Speaker 2:So after two years they Department of Justice says we're going to bring them in. If they spent a million bucks, you want to bring them in for trial? Okay. So Columbia says you're not bringing anybody, we're not even going to exercise. In fact, we're going to let them go because we don'tite anybody that has a life sentence or a death penalty. What so? They drop the contempt charges. That's how important they are. Okay, we'll drop those.
Speaker 2:Boom, I'm on a private jet with the biggest drug dealers in Columbia Private jet three of them. One of them was my, the biggest one was my sell me. So we get there, they stretch it out. They send me to different parts of the country. I was at first in Miami with my sons. Then they say you're incompetent. Then she goes no, you're not. Then they say, yeah, you are, we're going to send you to fort worth, texas, but three nights stop to extend the trial.
Speaker 2:They did as much as they could until july 20th, july 17th, 2023. They said, okay, we're going to have a trial now. We're going to pick the jury next tuesday. We didn't have any lawyers. We're defending ourselves ourselves. She didn't want us to. She appointed us lawyers. You're not defending yourself. Yes, we are. It's a constitutional right. Get out of here. Lawyers, don't even sit next to us. You're not our lawyers. We're not accepting you because you have to sign to accept them. Nope, so she goes. Really, she's the chief justice. Her name is Cecilia Artonaga. She committed treason and many other things against us In the prosecution Homer and Shipley federal prosecutors.
Speaker 2:They completely raped the Constitution and disregarded it. Put it that way. So she goes. We for starting the trial. At every hearing, we have our bible. We're preaching, quoting supreme court decisions. She doesn't listen to any of it. She even said to me I don't care what the constitution says. I said you're telling me, according to article 6 of the Constitution, you're supposed to have an oath or affirmation to support the Constitution. Can you show me that? She just looked at me like a calf looking at a new gate or a deer, and she wouldn't answer. I said well, let the record reflect that the judge is done response. I asked her again. She wouldn't answer. I said well, let the record reflect that the judge is non-responsive. I asked her again. She wouldn't answer me. I had someone check it out. There's no record of her ever doing an oath or affirmation, as federal judging is supposed to.
Speaker 1:That's just one thing. That could be a whole podcast episode unto itself. When you unpack that, that's a heck of a different way. Like most, people do not know how to stand on their constitutional rights or how to pigeonhole the judge into making sure that they will honor the Constitution, or, by their silence, and in some ways agree that that's what it is. So, anyway, I would love to unpack that, but keep going with your story.
Speaker 2:Okay, so it's dry we say we will not participate then in this trial, unless we have a seventh amendment trial by jury under common law you're gonna have a trial. No, we're not. We're not gonna participate unless it's under common law, because we need a viable claim present that we harmed another man, a woman, not a government. You can't cut, you can't harm a corporation, a man, a woman that we've harmed, just like deuteronomy 19 says bring him forth, never brought him forth, because if you're not bringing him forth we will not participate. We didn't chose the jury, she chose them all. So you can imagine they stacked it with pharmaceutical people, law people, nurses, law officials, all kinds of people like that. Last of the day, they did not show any exculpatory evidence, which is they have to show stuff in favor for us. Didn't show any. And just as the jury's getting ready to deliberate, she goes. Her instructions do not consider the First Amendment, I haven't written it out. I haven't written it out. It's on file. They're not considering the First Amendment in this case. They're trying to come up with a verdict.
Speaker 2:So they left 15 minutes later. They came back, guilty in all counts, 15 minutes, right, okay, talk about a setup, talk about being railroaded. This railroad, this train didn't even leave the station. They went out 15 minutes later back, and so I was guilty of the only one they had left conspiracy to commit fraud which we didn't, to defraud the United States of America five years. The boys didn't have the conspiracy charges dropped, so they got five years plus another 91 months for contempt of court. That's why they're still in jail and I'm out with my son, joseph, and so they got an appeal. Some public defender the head one saw all this and said I'll take the case and he wrote an 1100 page appeal but it could take up to two years. So we want a pardon from Trump.
Speaker 2:Yeah, understandably, because we did nothing wrong whatsoever. I don't know if I gave you the letter from Trump. Did I give you that letter?
Speaker 1:Yeah, I think so I'll put all this stuff in the show notes. So you guys, if you want to go deeper and look at all that, you'll have the link.
Speaker 2:People can send that in. They can send that in on behalf of the Groning family to Trump, to Bondi, to Kennedy. But so, in a nutshell, bro, that's what happened and it's real. It's real. The powers that be do not want us to have chlorine dioxide called by NASA the universal antidote. Nasa called it that because when they used chlorine dioxide on petri dishes against illnesses, it took care of all of them. They said it's a universal antidote.
Speaker 1:Yeah, right. Well, one more thing I want you to highlight, just so the listener can have a little more context for how egregiously you were treated. Tell them about the prison conditions and what was done to you and how you almost died in prison.
Speaker 2:Yeah well, it's horrible. I'll have to tell you, though, in Columbia it wasn't horrible. Being losing your freedom is horrible. They let my wife come in every two weeks visit for the whole day alone. So we had conjugal visits. The guys would provide steak, shrimp, we had chips. It was like something you'd see in the movies, but we couldn't leave. We had weightlifting places. Columbia was okay If you had money, and I had money, because the guys gave me everything I needed.
Speaker 2:So America, miami federal detention center is this I won't say hell, because hell is horrible. It was purgatory. Okay, it was a purgatorial place. We could strip search all the time. Buy. A lot of homosexuals would strip search us is a procuratorial place. We get strip shirts all the time. Why A lot of homosexuals would strip search us. The food on the boxes it says not fit for human consumption. Bro People, they wouldn't take care of you. The doctors, if you were sick, maybe would go see the doctor. Only if you really screamed and cried but you had a bad tooth, you're going to be in pain for a while. All that will do is pull it. You might wait six weeks Bad.
Speaker 2:So I was supposed to be let out because of this program they had. I was going to get let out even before joe, about two months after they sentenced us to 2023, and I was all psyched because I was going to get up, start fighting for the boys right, and doing what we're doing right now doing interviews. So the day before, maybe a week before, they said, uh, once in a week was a was a few days, it was getting packed, mr Grannon, we do. We got rid of that program. Like what? How can you just get rid of it? You're headquarters of the Bureau of Presidents, told me I'm eligible, you can lie into me. Ah well, you're not going, we don't care, okay.
Speaker 2:So my boys, that's the only thing that's good about Miami we're all together, two in each room, but we stay together, me and my sons, we cook together. We had to pay a lot of money to buy commissary, owned by the Bush family, get that one. So we buy tuna and I really hate tuna, but I learned to eat it in prison because family Get that one, right. So we buy, you know, tuna and I really hate tuna, but I learned to eat it in prison because it's real protein. We'd cook it in our sinks for hot water, make like a macaroni with tuna. We had to get some cheese, some olive oil. Anyways, we did okay, somewhat, but the food they gave us horrible.
Speaker 2:So what happened? That day or soon thereafter I went. The bible even says hope deferred make it the heart sick. That's exactly what happened to me. I had this hope, this thing that I'm gonna go get out.
Speaker 2:Boom, and the valve in my heart, the mitral valve in my heart, ruptured Just like flapping in the wind. It's supposed to be stomping the blood. This was like this. It was regurgitating, they call it. I blew up like the Michelin man.
Speaker 2:My stomach, my legs, I was slurred. It was horrible, couldn't breathe, put pressure. I'm saying I need to talk to the doctor. Yeah, you'll be okay. No, I may have to tell you I can't breathe.
Speaker 2:And it got worse. It was last about six weeks. The last two weeks I was suffering. Joe, my son was up top bunk. He got dead. He said I can't breathe, john.
Speaker 2:Finally I pushed the emergency button. They come over. What's wrong? You're not having a heart attack? I said I think I am my heart's at 175. I didn't know what it was, dying, but I said it feels like it's coming out of my chest. I can't breathe. They're like God.
Speaker 2:They brought me to the doctor and the doctor's like, hey, you're going to die. Call the ambulance. So they rushed me to Jackson Memorial Hospital. When I got there, the emergency doctor said why'd you wait so long? I said I haven't been waiting. The jail wouldn't bring me here. They wouldn't even doctor wouldn't even see me. I wrote the doctor too. I got those emails. Now he goes, well, we'll take care of you.
Speaker 2:So they did an echocardiogram First. They stopped my heart and they redid it. They restarted it. It set the rhythm again, it went back to normal, but I still blowed it up. And so the echocardiogram they go. That's the problem. Right there I'm looking at it Inside my heart. That valve is just flapping. So they go.
Speaker 2:We got to do open-heart surgery. Like what? I feel good, I'm lifting weights. You know, before I got that happened, we were working out every day. We were strong. My boys are doing one-arm pull-ups. I mean, no one screwed me, not because, not because of our preaching the gospel. I had three bodyguards my sons, but no one really were friendly with everybody. We were in the chapel. We never had a problem. But you could. If you were alone you could have a problem. So, anyways, they did the open-eyed surgery the open like a lobster as they say in Boston and it took a recovery. It's been a year now, as of February, and it was a recovery.
Speaker 2:I had to learn to walk again. I went down 135 pounds. I was skin and bones. Now, I hate to say it, I'm 195. But I feel good Riding my bike. I'm doing push-ups, I'm drinking raw milk, eating steaks, I'm eating the stuff I tell people to eat to build their nutrition in their body. And so that's my story, bro. And we're begging people, beg, you know, really sincerely asking please get this letter, send it in. The addresses are there, just fill it out, put a little cover letter on behalf of the Gretchen family Envelope, send it off. And please, because we're asking people, trump, president Trump, kennedy, bondi, help us. We didn't do anything wrong, nothing wrong. We've been missionaries. Not one of us has a record whatsoever.
Speaker 1:They didn't even give us leniency First offender, Nothing bro. They gave us the max of everything. Yeah, you get in the crosshairs of the wrong people and there's a different justice system that they put you into and it's not got the word justice in it. It's just a system and you fell into it. So they demonetized you. I think they stopped social security payments. They basically just tried to bankrupt you completely.
Speaker 2:Yep social security. I finally got it back about November because I've been a missionary A few months being a missionary. I don't get my social security because I didn't pay taxes.
Speaker 1:Yeah.
Speaker 2:So we have a gifts and go site that generous people around the world have given to and basically every month, almost to the penny, it takes care of all the needs of us in jail, as well as the families.
Speaker 1:Yeah, yeah. So if any of you listening are inclined to be helpful, to give them the Give Send, Go where to go on there, if you know it by heart.
Speaker 2:Otherwise I'll just put it in the show notes yeah, it's a wwwgivesendgocom, all one word, givesendgocom, forward slash capital G nine, capital A, capital T nine, g nine, a T nine and, like you said, you have a link right.
Speaker 1:I will amplify this everywhere I can because it is egregious what has happened to you and you have done nothing but God's work, trying to help and heal literally I don't know how. I mean, I don't think it's an exaggeration to say millions of people have been helped.
Speaker 2:Yeah, millions have been helped and it's incredible what's happened to us, bro.
Speaker 1:People can also get your books as well, right, they can get those online. Yeah, I sent you the link. Okay, so we'll get you links to get his books and you can also contribute to him that way. But anything you can do, please amplify this, please share this episode, help this story get out so much that they cannot make it go away, because if we do not stand up against things like this, then we're next. So please, whoever is out there, do your part.
Speaker 2:We'll say this one last thing Many, many men came to know the Lord by us being in jail, so God wanted us in the prison ministry for a while. That's all I can tell you.
Speaker 1:Right, you and Paul and Peter and many others. It's just part of the life, so we'll talk more about this. If you think this was a whopper episode, wait till you hear what we have to say next. The amount of stuff he's experienced as a missionary will blow your mind. So to wrap this one up, is blow your mind.
Speaker 2:So to wrap this one up, is there anything else you want to leave the listener with? Before we wrap? Pray for us people, please. If you're a praying person, pray, pray and pay attention.
