Heather Wainer is the Publisher and Chief Business Officer of WholeFoods Magazine, a family-and woman-owned full-service media company serving the Natural Products Industry. Having grown up in the industry watching her father publish WholeFoods Magazine, Heather carries forward that legacy with passion and purpose.
After joining the company following college, Heather worked her way up to Publisher and now leads the business, driving growth across print, digital, and virtual platforms. She has guided countless companies in developing impactful marketing strategies and building strong connections across the natural products community, relationships she considers one of her greatest blessings.
Under Heather’s leadership, WholeFoods Magazine has expanded its reach and influence through WholeFoodsMagazine.com, NaturalProductFinder.com, the Naturally Informed virtual events (in partnership with ITC), The Natural View podcast, and more.
Beyond her professional achievements, Heather is also the proud mother of twins and continues to balance her family life with her dedication to educating and empowering the Natural Products Industry.
