In this episode of the 'Hearing God' Podcast, we unpack why and how we ask God for a word for the year and each month. Like Habakkuk in Habakkuk 2, we write it down, stand firm, and look to see how it will be expressed for that year and month.

Why and how we ask God for a word for the year and for each month is explained. We then describe the outcome of undertaking this over the last several years. Jane then unpacks her word for the year and each month for 2025.

Prophetic activation:

List the months for the rest of the year. Turn your heart and thoughts to Father God and ask Him:

· "Is there an overarching theme for the rest of the year for me?"

· "And what word/phrase do You have for me for each of the remaining months?"

Then, take delight at the end of each month by reflecting on the month and how you saw it being expressed in your life.
