I have historically always made more money and the most rational decisions the week of my period when hormones have been lowest. I have made thousands from offer ideas the week of my period. Or had breakthroughs on relationships. But this period, my heart is saying (no, SCREAMING) : GET OFF INSTAGRAM!
If your mental health, creativity and energy feels depleted... I urge you to consider if you should do the same or something similar too! I haven't done a LONG social media break in years (honestly, thanks to cycle syncing my biz), but after the year I had...it's warranted.
