Well, hello hot stuff. I am so excited to get into what we have planned for the next three episodes of the Business Fond podcast. You got three episodes that are really going to be, I'm gonna call like. What we would normally do in a live workshop. The cool thing is with this, you can listen in your own time, you can come back to it and you can go and re-listen to whatever part you feel like that you need the most. So I have designed this where we are really looking at where you are, where you wanna be, what that gap looks like, and then your plan to really master that gap. Because if there is something that I think that we all should break up with. It is the Groundhog Day of continually declaring that this week is gonna be about a week. Next year is gonna be my year, and really feeling that the person we want, the business that we want is so far into the future, but it never seems to really actualize. So in this episode. Actually, in all of the episodes, we are gonna talk about your game plan and what this looks like. Now, there are two things that I want you to either do or consider. The first is, as we go through this, I'm gonna encourage you to do my hot business audit. This is a diagnostic tool that you answer questions and based on my little brain and all of the information that I have put in this tool, it is going to tell you what you actually need to focus on in your business. Quite often what we think that we want. What we think that we need isn't actually the problem. It is something else. So if you feel like that you are just banging your head against a wall, or if you're like, what would Peter tell me to do in this situation? This is where this tool is gonna be incredible for you. There is a business plan attached to the back of it, and I will link this below. So it is our little hot business audit. The second thing I'm gonna say is I want you to keep an open mind as you go through this episode. I Want you to feel where you feel activated. I want you to feel like where maybe your edge or your ceiling is, and if you feel like that this is what you need, you resonate, you're like. I love this woman. I feel that this is what I need, you know, but I need this tailored to me and to my business. And I also want the accountability to actually make this happen. This is where I want you to join Business Bank. I'm going to link the application below. Depending on when you listen to this, you have an option available to you where we can do your strategy session this side of Christmas, and then get you kicked off in January. So basically you are going. Into Christmas, knowing that you have already worked out your 2026 plan with me. If there are anything that I've kind of flagged that you need to go and do, you've got the space to do that, and then we can really hit the ground running, mid-January, working on your business, working alongside each other, getting the dream sexy business, the sexy life, and leveling you up. As the best entrepreneur that you can be. So hot stuff. I am gonna link that below. Alright, so potentially this episode may be a little bit bitch sloppy because I am feeling fired up and I'm feeling fired up because I feel like, you know, we're in November, December is very, December is around the corner and every time the same shit happens. Everyone is like, next year is gonna be my year. You know, I'm like a phoenix rising from the ashes, like whatever it is. The amount of like colorful ways that I have found out to explain, you know, kind of like affirming, oh, hey, I didn't really do what I wanted to this year, but next year's gonna be my year. And I say this because you need to get really clear with yourself if this is a fucking pattern and your identity, because a lot of people are very good at. You know, repeating the same patterns. They are good at showing up and kind of like almost giving themselves excuses as to why things can't work and how this year had a lot going on. I am going to remind you that you are a human and that you are living life with other humans, and because of that there is always going to be shit that is going on. And I'm also going to remind you that if you wanna have a business that is going to. Make money that is going to grow. That doesn't require you to always be on. you have to get really clear. If this is what you are aiming for and this is what you want, then why is your life continually impacting what is happening within your business? Okay. So from today, we are breaking the cycle. I want you to think about how good it is going to feel, and maybe you wanna do this now. I want you to put a date from a year today in your calendar, and I want you to keep the commitment to yourself that you are not gonna fucking know yourself. That you will look back on who you were today when you listened to this episode, and you will be like, holy shit. The growth that I have had. This feels like a movie. When I look back at everything that I have done, all of the things that I've achieved, all the clients, all the opportunities, all the cash in my bank, I want you to look back and not even fucking know yourself because your situation is so, so different. But for that to happen, that requires you deciding that that is the case. This is going to be you deciding that next year is going to be your year. And that every single day you show up like it is your year and that you don't kind of be like, you know, I'm working on this. I'm gonna wake up one day because you don't wake up one day. How you actually get changed within your business and your life is by you just deciding in that moment and then choosing to do things differently. It's kind of like you doing the opposite day. It's like, let me go through my, my business today doing the opposite of everything that I normally do So what we need to do is break up with this feeling of preparing to prepare. And I feel that, you know, this is a, this is a block. Entrepreneurs will kind of fall into two categories with like what feels like productive procrastination. And that is I need to learn more. I'm gonna buy all the fucking courses. I'm gonna read every book, I'm gonna listen to every podcast. You know, you don't wanna be the person that is the professional student that has done all of these different qualifications and courses and they have no real world experience. You don't wanna do that. But the person that feels like that, they just need to gain control by creating another plan or another to-do list. No, no, no more of this because it is a fucking trap. It is a trap. I remember seeing Haley Carr share something and it was that 90 days is 1% of 25 years. And you know, I don't think that I've ever been someone that wastes my life. I don't think that I'm ever anyone that coasts, but when I heard that, it made me realize how important time is because one, we are not getting it back. But for a lot of us in 25 years, we will probably be retired. A lot of us are not gonna be wanna be working or giving it the same capacity as we have today. And when I thought about this, I was like, okay, cool. If I actually really love and respect my future self, it is up to me to do the groundwork now and do as much as I possibly can to make it easier for her. And the problem is if I keep delaying shit and if I am continually preparing, I kind of see this, like deciding that I'm gonna get fit and I'm gonna eat healthier. And the problem is, it's like, it's like me. Creating a workout plan that I don't do and going and filling my fridge with groceries, but the groceries keep going off because you think about it, business continually changes, stuff is gonna shift. The idea that you had two years ago is not gonna look the same as the idea that you wanna do today. But the problem is with that. Is the longer that you keep preparing and preparing and preparing the stories that you have as to why you can't do this are getting greater because you are just adding to your evidence bag of, well, of course you're not gonna do it because look at your track record. And I say this because this is where we just have to rip the bandaid off and we just have to commit to doing the thing. We have to commit to showing up and getting rid of our beliefs, and I am so fucking sick of talking about this, like I am so sick of just continually affirming mediocrity for people that could be fucking great and you know that you could be great. And at the end of the day. There are so many people out there who are incredible and talented and amazing. You know, you can look at all the people that go to LA and New York that wanna make something of themselves and they are a triple a quadruple fucking threat. They are so good at everything. Here is something that really I want you to sink in. You could be the best. You could be so talented, you could have the best ideas, but it doesn't actually guarantee that you are gonna have an amazing life in the future that you want. Because that is going to take dedication, devotion to your business, devotion to the vision and daily action and, and continually showing up even if you can't really see the results of that. Now I say this because if we think about, you know, 90 days being 1% of 25 years, if you decide that you are just gonna like ease into the end of the year and then have Christmas off, and then take your time, you know, starting in January, and then you're gonna prepare later, by the time that we get, you know, halfway through Feb. We've already used up that 1%. We're not getting that back. That's gone. That is gone forever. And you can rebrand and talk about, you know, you having time off and you having space however you want. At the end of the day, remember, it's not my business, it's your business. It's not my life, it's your life. It's, you can justify to me anything that you want, but at the end of the day, you are the one that has to live your life. So today is when we stop preparing to prepare. Today is when we make a decision. Today is when our line in the sand moment happens and we think about. You know who we were this year. And we can take stock, we can look at our business, our thoughts, our beliefs, and we can be like, what served me? You know, if this was like Tinder where we can swipe like left for no or right for yes. What are we swiping when we look at our morning routine? Is this working for us? When we look at what we're selling, is this working for us? When we look at how we show up in our week, how we arrive in our day, and the energy that we bring, the clients we have, the conversations that we have, how we sell our content, you know what within your current like reality is actually serving you and what is not. that's the first thing I wanna say. The second thing is, what do you. And I want you to declare it. You know, we have just gone through, in two of my programs, we have just gone through a process of creating and designing a goal for our future it's like we are going through this process of goal setting and it's really interesting when you talk to entrepreneurs, you know, I have coached hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of business owners. The amount of people that don't know what they want because they are so focused on who they are today. Okay. But what you have to remember is if you want dramatic change, you have to temporarily let go of who you are today, and you have to go to that future version of you. And then what you do is when you pinpoint, okay, cool, I wanna do this, I wanna do this and I wanna do this. What you have then is you have a gap. So you have a gap of the person you are and the business you have, and then the person you wanna be, and then the business that you wanna have. And what a lot of people do is they are terrified of this gap because they look at the process and the growth that they have made in maybe this whole year or the whole time they've had a business and maybe they're like, oh my God, do you know the push that it took to only make a mere $5,000 more? And I couldn't even hold that. You know, we had a month where it's like, yeah, I like pushed and I got it. Now I'm exhausted. And we, we look at the effort. That it took to get to that point. But, you know, you think about it, if it took you that much effort, you've already gotten all this data on if things are working and what doesn't work. So if you were to go and do that again, it's not gonna take that much effort. So the first thing for you to do is to identify what you actually want. It's that scene in the notebook, right? What do you want? What do you want? And I want you to start to answer this without being influenced of anything in the past. You know, you see this a lot where people will get a health diagnosis and then all of a sudden they are just cleaning up their habits and their health. They have done a complete 180. They find out that they have something wrong or that they get some news, or they get some blood test results, and they have data in front of them. And they can always wanna do something, but they have some line in the sand moment where that is the day that they are making this change. Now what I wanna say is, you don't wanna get to this point where you are having to, having to do this. Like you don't wanna get to this point where you are like, oh my gosh, I now have to make all this money. My husband and I. We've separated and now I have to make this work. Like you don't want to be at this. You don't want to have that happen, and then the stress of this happening, you don't wanna, you don't want a fucking disaster or something significant to happen to make you move. You have to be able to do that yourself. This is entrepreneurship. This is your business. And again, this is why I don't think business is for everyone because it takes so much commitment and dedication. I will say, though, you fucking work through this. You'll have an amazing life. You'll get so much better at life. You know, you focus on business, you get better at life. I've got a great example of this. One of my clients, Brooke, from right mode, she entered herself in a fucking triathlon the day before with no training You know, working with Brooke, I see her belief in herself continually strengthened by the promises that she keeps and by how she pushes herself in business. She has so much evidence that she can do whatever the fuck she wants because of how she shows up in business. So when she sees something in life that she wants, she has so much evidence that she can go and do that. So what I wanna say here is if you don't really have a lot of self-belief and self-confidence, this is probably due to how you are showing up in business and the fact that you may be really good at declaring things, but you have no follow through. So you are really good at deciding that this is the week that you are gonna be healthy and you put all the food in your fridge, and then it's the week where everything goes off and you are looking at, oh yeah, I now have to throw out. All of the food, all of the decisions that I said that I was gonna make, I'm confronted this with real, with this reality. The same in business. You decide what you are going to do. You declare, I'm gonna do this this month, you know, right now I'm gonna do this this year. And you are confronted with the reality of did that actually happen? And what you then get to do here is you get to decide. If you take responsibility for everything that has happened or if you are quick to point the finger at why it couldn't happen, One of the things I wanted to do this year was to write my book. I was like, this is gonna be the year I get a book deal and I write my book. Now, I could say in this instance, well, I didn't write my book because you know, I've been planning a renovation and I've been doing this, and I've been doing that. The thing is, I didn't write my fucking book. And I'm the per the only person that suffers from that and is me, but it's my clients. But I get honest with myself. I can blame anyone else. I can finger point at all the reasons why that didn't happen, but at the end of the day, the responsibility is on me. Like it didn't happen because sure, I'm busy, but I know that I could have prioritized this more. I a hundred percent could have. So I then get to make a decision. Is this the year where I keep shifting things? It's like when you keep shifting tasks to the next week. I am the same with my weight. I said at the start of the year, I am going to lose the weight. Have I? I've started. It's slow, if I have a day and I haven't eaten that well, I get back on track. I don't wait until tomorrow. I get back on track that day, and every, every minute that I'm alive is another chance for me to restart. And anytime I feel like I wanna beat myself up or I wanna get really like indulgent, like I wanna indulge in the negativity of why am I so stupid and why do I find this hard? I tell myself that I'm not fucking stupid. I tell myself that, of course this is challenging because this requires a different identity for you to make this happen. This is a software upgrade that you've never had before. That is gonna take a bit of work. Maybe there's gonna be a couple little bugs and full starts. That's okay. But I get to make a decision then if this is something that I'm gonna continually put off. Am I gonna accept it? Am I gonna blame anyone else, or am I gonna do it now? And it goes back to what I said about, you know, the 90 days being 1% of 25 years, how many of these 1% am I prepared to have this take? Am I prepared to have this be 10% of that time? Am I prepared to use a whole year to do this? Or do I just wanna decide and make this happen? I've got a task for you to think about and something that I think is gonna help, I want you to just write a figure down on a post-it note or a piece of paper, wherever it is. You know, if you've gone through the hot business audit and you have that business plan, there is a space to write this at the top, but I want you to declare what your revenue, so your sales capacity is going to be for next year. I find it funny that sometimes people are like, I don't wanna declare this, but I wanna do all these cool things. Who's gonna fucking pay for that Sky Daddy? Like, we need a plan, right? We need a plan to bring money in. That is the starting point. So declare it and, but give yourself permission for this to shift and change. Quite often when I work with clients, they'll say to me, I wanna make 200 grand. And then as they get like more like financially literate and they understand business and they look at their potential, they realize that 200 is very small and they really want 300, but they've been so afraid to declare it because, 200 feels like a stretch, if they're kind of around one 50, so why can they go 300? You can do whatever you want. Remember, you can completely change your life overnight. And the reason we're spending a lot on this identity piece, quite often people will say to me, you just gimme a plan to make a million dollars. I can give you a plan to make a million dollars. But if you are not the person that is aligned for that, if your identity is not a match, you will not do it. Like I could tell you right now, let's create a retainer that is a hundred thousand dollars for the year and go and pitch that to 10 people. If your identity is not a match and you're bringing all this bullshit, you are gonna tell me. Why that can't happen, and that is why we spend so much on this first, because the more work that we do here, you'll find business easier because you'll, you'll see that there are so many possibilities for this to happen. Ways for this to happen, your income goal will happen because you'll look at your identity and you know that you can easily like. Look at the identity that you need to be to have the thing that you want. Okay? So it's like if you wanna have a million dollar a year business, okay, cool. Who do I need to be to have a million dollar business? And then we go and do that. Guess what, hotties, that's what we're doing in the next little part. But before, before we get into that, you've got some tasks to do. One, you are gonna declare what it is that you want. Next year, I want you to write a hit list of all of the incredible things that you are gonna do. So you are gonna write down for me. Your revenue goal and declare it. Then number two, you are gonna write down all of the wonderful, awesome things that you are gonna do in business, in life, whatever is coming to mind. I want you to stretch yourself. Remember that you can have your little Bradley Cooper limitless moment today is your defining moment. Today is the moment where everything happens. What are you gonna do? What are the cool things that you can do? Something as well, is, this is a term coined by Lacey Phillips expanders. People that expand, you know, what is possible for you, that shows you that can, that it can happen. So what I like to do in this instance, and I've been doing this recently, is I go and I look out my saved images on Instagram. So I look at what am I saving? What am I drawn to? If it's a statement, what is that activating in me? Why do I like that? What is it? If it's a picture, what do I like about it? And you'll start to see some like common themes and threads. Now, it may not be Instagram, save saved images. Maybe it's your Pinterest. Maybe it's stuff that you like. On TikTok, maybe it's things that you screenshot or things that you share to your friends, but I want you to go and look at where you share things, and I want you to start to realize what it is that you want. Anytime as well that you feel jealous of someone. Like if you listen to this and you're like, fuck Peter, fuck her saying all this. Maybe you feel jealous because I can easily declare what I want and I make this feel easy, and you're like, that's the opposite of that. I feel, I feel my reality and what's true for me is the opposite of that. Okay, cool. You feel activated then by my self-belief. Why can't you have that? So anytime you look at someone and you are like, I feel really activated, I feel really jealous. I want you to remember as well that that is also revealing to you what it is that you want. So what you are gonna do after you write that list, you are gonna start to write a list of who you actually wanna become next year. What do they look like? How do they move through life? And that is gonna be the basis of what we talk about on part two of our Sexy Little series Hot stuff. I've loved this. I love this. I love you. And what do I love you more than, uh, I feel that we may do a little podcast. Sneaky close friends list. So, as you know, at the end of every episode, I share with you some sometimes tinged shit. Sometimes what I like to eat, sometimes very beige. And recently I spoke about the fact that I had a guy over. And he came back over recently. Um, he bought a TV 'cause I don't have a TV at home. I also don't have home internet. And he wanted to have a movie night. And I was like, I like that in theory, but I don't have anything. And he's like, you leave the cinema experience to me. I will take care of everything. And that man did and I loved it. And I sent like a little sneaky picture of the TV and the setup on my, my close friends list on Instagram. And it's so funny that people like. Carly from Socially Graceful was like, just say I ran to your stories as soon as I saw Green. And I mentioned I feel that this could be a close friend strategy. So I don't know if we do this. I think we may have to do this on the podcast page. Maybe that's what we do. Won't this be funny when that page gets like 50,000 followers and people will be like, how did you grow it so quickly? I'm like, well, funny story. So if you wanna be part of the podcast, close friends list. Where we can debrief and talk about things and share. I want you to DM me the word green and I will add you to that. How fun. Uh, so I love you more than that. I love you more than our little secret club that we are gonna have. I love you more. Oh my God, I love you more than my past self. So I'm actually feeling like this week, admittedly, I'm so due for my period. But I had this moment where I got to pay myself the most that I've ever taken from my business, which is salary of $95,000 a year plus super on top. So I think that takes me to like, what is it like 1 0 5 or $107,000 a year, which feels wild to think that my business is at a point where it can pay me that I also got to take a $10,000 bonus as well. So that was just so wild and wonderful, and I love, now that I'm in this position of. Really deciding where I want my money to go. I was like, what do I spend it on? What do I do? I'm, again, a huge believer. Like we all have different ways to spend our money and live our life. For me, I don't love to live too far into the future where I forget about who I am today. So I'm like, do I buy some beautiful clothes? Do I go and get my face, like completely re botoxed? Do I join the sexy gym downstairs? Like, what do I wanna do with this money? And knowing that I'm gonna have more coming probably in another six months. What does this, what does this look like? So I love that I've set my business up to a point where that can happen. I will say, if this is you, this is where Business Bang is gonna be amazing. You know, I had a session with a client this week, a potential client. Who is actually gonna join Business Bang. And I'm like, look, we've got incredible intellectual property that you can, that you can use. We've got like a lot of spreadsheets and resources. And I showed her some of them and she's like, I don't do anything like this for my business. And for a lot of us, we have really big scaling and growth plans. But the problem is we do need to have an understanding of business. Like you think about it, this is why so many people that are already good at business will go and do an MBA. They're like, I feel like I need to learn this so I can make better decisions or be a better leader, or whatever it is. So I love you more than that. I also love you more than, I actually had the next stage of business bang be revealed to me. It's not business bang, but it's gonna be a version above that. And I have been kind of like working on this idea for a while and it hadn't, it hadn't come through. And when it did, I felt like. Oh my God, yes. This is it. It is going to be designed for people that are doing about $250,000, two 50 plus a year in business. And it's funny, I have never put before an income goal on something, but for me, in this instance, the income goal represents where you are at and what you've achieved in business. You know how to make a decision. You have proven offers. You can show up like it. It represents a lot. So what I will say is if you are like, oh my gosh, I feel like this is what I need, what you can do is start with me in business, bang. And if you are a fit, we can upgrade you. So come and slide into my dms. Let's have a sexy little chat about that. So I love you more than that. I love you more than okay. The guy, the movie guy, sorry, we're jumping around a bit here. When he came over, he was like, okay, what's your poison? And I'm like, he's like, what? What snack am I bringing? And I'm like, sweet. And he's like, okay, be more specific. And I was like, okay, lol. And um, I said something sour and he bought over these like Haribo, God, they're probably so fucking bad. These Haribo sweet and sour gummy things. There is something about Haribo that is just so good. And it's so funny because there was a point in time when I would've fainted reading the ingredients. And now I'm like, ah, I don't really, I don't really care too much. You know, life is short. Have the gummy bears that are artificially flavored and sweetened with nothing whatsoever natural in them except gelatin. Um, so I love you more than that. He bought, he bought popcorn to cook in the microwave, which I said, I don't know how to do that. I've never done that. Which he looked at me like, you are insane. Um, aero chocolate. And those lollies. And then we had a pizza. The pizza was delicious. So the pizza, it was this beautiful like sourdough base with this beautiful tomato sauce. Uh, and then it had pear, gorgonzola, rocket and prosciutto, and it's so good. It's the second time we've had it, and it was, it was so delicious. So I love you more than that. I love you more than, uh. I live you more than my little Sunday sess at work. It's really nice. It's usually really quiet here. So I'll come in, I will record. I get to use this meeting room because I don't pay 'cause it can get quite expensive here. And I just feel like I feel productive and underst disturbed. So I love you more than that. But anyway, hot stuff. I've got two more parts to record for you, so we are gonna leave it there. I love this. I love you, and I'll see you on the next episode.
