Well hot staff. If you have ever heard some bitch say, I've quantum jumped. You'll look at her and you're like, she's making all the money. She looks fucking amazing. Her business looks so good. This is like a 180 compared to the person I have once known. And maybe you've been jealous or maybe you've been inspired, but you are like, whatever it is. I just want a piece of that. We're looking at my goals process. I'm gonna call some shit out in the industry. And you know what? I'm not gonna reveal too much else except the fact that I want you there. So bitch, you better be there. But let's go back to the episode. So I remember when I used to hear people talk about like quantum jumping. I'm on a quantum leap and I didn't like it. And the reason I didn't like it is because I'm not really a fan of like this, like I'm gonna say belief in magic in business where you can just think about yourself into alignment and like sales will. Fall from the sky and you will suddenly become a millionaire. And I think the reason I don't like this is because I've just seen time and time again really exceptional people that kind of will just be waiting around for success to happen, not realizing that success will happen because they command it and they make it happen. So. I haven't loved it because I think sometimes it implies kind of sitting back and waiting where you ask anyone that has achieved anything amazing. It is always on the other side of of work. Okay. Whether that is mindset work, mental work, physical work, whatever it is, there has to be a shift that happens. But what has been really interesting about this idea of like qu, like a quantum jump, which is really around. Like being in a dramatically different spot compared to where you are today. And maybe this is, is your life or your business or how you look or your clients or what you charge. You know, we could look at this as a business owner that was making like $5,000 a month in sales and then they've gone to like 50 grand a month. Like that is a huge leap. And I know for a lot of us. We desire change in some capacity. That's why you're listening to a business podcast episode. You are here because you want to think like an entrepreneur. You want a better business, you want to earn good money, whatever it is. And for a lot of us, there is a shift that we are after in our business, now I felt inspired to do this episode because. So many of my clients are absolutely slaying it at the moment. Actually, I'm gonna say all of them. All of them are slaying it at the moment and they are doing amazing things. I have one of them who is a photographer that is pitching to photograph an incredible celebrity. I've got an one who has just got a retainer client. The, and the size of this retainer is pretty much what she had earned the previous year. I've got more clients that are pitching for international work and five figure training deals. They are doing so fucking good. And I think sometimes we can sit back and we can look at this and you can even listen to me say this and think, oh, I want that. But we can kind of say this like at this point of, I don't wanna say jealousy, but it's like. Seeing a kid on the street with an ice cream and we're like, oh, I want that, but I don't have that bitch. You can have that. And I think that that is the thing. When we look at any dramatic change or shift, or as the spiritual folk call it quantum jumping, it's that if you want to be in a completely different spot to where you are today, you a hundred percent can. But what it's going to also take is a completely different shift. Now, if you were to come to me and tell me I want a quantum jump. Up. I wanna be in a completely different spot to where I am today. The first thing that I would tell you to do is to go to the identity of the person that has the thing that you want. So if you want a business that does $50,000 a month and you are currently at five, I want you to think about $50,000 a month You, I want you to think about the clients you have. I want you to think about what you are selling. I want you to think about what you're pitching and just imagine them for a second. Like, just allow that to play like a mind movie and think about the difference between that person and the person. Today, there are going to be some similarities. But there is a chance that there is going to be a leveling up, and maybe for you, you're like, well, I wouldn't sell the small things. I would sell the big things, or I would finally go and sell the thing that I wanted to sell. Like that $50,000 would be made up of like a $10,000 offer. Or I would have two retainer clients paying me 25 grand a month, whatever it. But you have to go there and it's like almost peering into the future. And then when you have a sense of what that looks like, you come back into the present and you do everything you can from the actions of that person. So it is not about doing more of the same right now, like you do not quantum jump by selling the same shit, with the same beliefs to the same people. And I think this is where a lot of us can get stuck because. In the past when we have been successful in business and made more money and had a change, it has usually been on the other side of a lot of work and a lot of effort. And I know that may seem conflicting to what I was saying at the start around you're gonna have to work more. When I say work more, I don't mean physically work more. I don't think we realize sometimes how our beliefs are really like driving the vehicle of our life and business because we just do things from this like automatic point. So what it's up to us to do is it's up to us to actually be more efficient in our business and, adopt the operating system of our future self and do that today. So when we come back to the now, it is not about doing more work. It's not about us looking at an offer. Like, let's pretend at the moment that we have gotten to this $5,000 a month point by selling a $50 offer. It is not about us coming to now being like, let me go and sell more of the $50 offer. Let me go and do that. I'm just gonna go balls to the wall. It's not about that. It is about going and doing the thing that you know that you need to do, but you tell yourself you can't, or you are not ready, or you have to wait, bitch, you have to fucking do it. Now, if you ask someone, maybe you are like, well, I'm not gonna have a dramatic price increase because I sell lipstick, or I sell a product, or I sell a particular product that is going to stay in line. Like I don't have a premium pricing model where I can charge, you know, $20,000 for something. To which I'm gonna say that is absolutely fine, but how are you gonna move differently? For a lot of people that I find are moving into the business world at the moment, especially if you are online business and your primary platform is Instagram, I do find that Instagram can sometimes be a vacuum of people with this very like coach centric thinking, and we can convince ourselves that the only way to grow is if we go B2B and we sell. Expensive things. Okay. I know some people think that, that they are never going to grow unless they move and they completely change their business. That's not true. Because let's pretend you send sell lipstick. Okay? You sell a $30 product, you sell lipstick, and you get still your $5,000 worth of sales, and you are like, this is awesome. I wanna do more. You are not going to sell a hundred dollars lipstick. You're like, this is just, I really like where we're at in the market. So when I'm gonna say is, when you go to that future point, are you in magazines? Do you have celebrities that wear your products? Like who? Who are, who are your brand advocates? Whose handbag are you currently in? And what I would then say to you is go balls to the wall and pitch and pitch with conviction. Like get your product in vogue. Send it to the makeup artists that work like on all of the top shoots, do incredible content level things up. Now, for some of you that is, some of you have gone into business always wondering what would it be like to have a $50,000 client, or what would it be like to sell something that's like this size? Awesome. Go do that. But what I want you to think about is like when I tell you quantum jump or when I tell you, go and have a big shift, or when I tell you to like go to that future point, I want you to really get clear on like the differences now. Versus the differences in future and just start to adopt the patterning and beliefs and decisions of that person. Now, it's funny because I feel that there are a, a camp of people that feel like that this stuff is completely intangible. They're like, I just want strategy. Tell me what to do. This feels like fluff. And this is what I would call even entrepreneurial thinking, is you'll naturally find an easier and a better way because you'll realize how much of how you make decisions and move in business is from an automatic patterning. So if I said to you, go and make more money right now, all you would probably do is more of the same. You would probably maybe be a little bit more efficient, you would do a little bit more, but you are not gonna go and do something that is completely, drastically different. And why I love this and this, this bigger thinking is because it does act as an incredible circuit breaker to really just get us out of the same fucking shit way of us doing things. Because I will say, you know, we are almost at the end of February. And it's really interesting the amount of people that said to me, this year, I want a completely different business. This is gonna be my year. This is gonna be my year where everything happens. And if you were that person, what I'm gonna say is, are you a completely different person than you were in December? Are you selling different things? Like what have been the changes? And if you can't tell me at least 15 things that are different, what I'm gonna say is I think that you are probably gonna be disappointed with the results you're gonna get at the end of the year because you are not moving enough. You are not changing enough, you are not believing enough, you are not rewriting your beliefs, you're not doing it enough to get the results that you want. If you feel like it's just been this tiny little shift and everything is pretty much the same. You don't wanna get to the end of the year and be really disappointed. So what I wanna say here is go to that future point, get clear on the differences, come back to today and ask yourself what you need to do. So I'm gonna give you some examples for some clients. So the client that got that big, fat, juicy retainer client. It. What she did is she looked at the business she wanted, she looked at the lifestyle that she wanted. She anchored into the fact that she's actually incredible at what she does. She works with the best of the best of the best. Now, as her advisor, it is up to me to remind her that, and I did. I was like, you're amazing. This is what you should do. And what she then did is she was like, I think I'm gonna put on another option on this retainer. I've got this one. And this already felt big with how I'm doing it, but I wanna make it bigger. And then guess what she did? She did it immediately. She came back to me and she's like, it's on the website. And I was like, bitch, you move fast. She went and did that. I have another client at the moment that is just doubling down on all of her content. She's growing across every single platform, she's pitching for work that's pretty much like a third of what she was making in the previous year, it's like we can think, oh my gosh, this is so wild. But to me it's never wild. When it's just someone that is doing bold action within their business, because you could do that. You could decide that you want something and you could go out there and get it. If you wanna be the person that's selling $50,000 projects, what I'm then gonna ask you is if we look at who you were today and what you've done this week, are you the person that sells $50,000 projects? Is it on your website? Are you putting yourself in front of these people? Are you pitching that or are you still moving and doing things from this old version of you? It hot stuff. I think that you can be incredible. I know that you can be incredible and if you have ever said, I want a quantum jump and I wanna be completely different to like who I am today, then this is your reminder that you have to go and do it. You can't just say that and expect one day that you are gonna wake up and arrive at change. It is that intentional daily effort, bitch. Go do it. Go do it. Go sell something. Go do it. Fuck, if you really want an upgrade, work with me. Work with me. Absolutely work with me. Uh, I am so committed to the price increases. I'm so committed to my price increases. I've said that we're putting them up. Every six months at minimum. How good does that feel? I love that. I'm at a point now where like that is the standard. The quality of the work is continually getting better, that the prices continually go up. Now I always look after the people that are with me. You know, if there's something about me, I love a long-term relationship. You are always looked after. But something I will say is the longer you wait, the more expensive I get. And the standards just keep racing. So hot stuff. What are we waiting for? If you wanna try before you buy, make sure to come to along to my event. But if you know that you bring something amazing to a room, if you have a lot to offer, you are a fast mover. So bathroom reno is happening and I'm still, don't tell my builder, I'm still like buying some little bits and pieces. I said that I have everything. I obviously lied I need to just get a few more things. So I bought these like draw pools. And they look like fucking earrings. They are sexy. They are lush. They are expansively beautiful. And I'm so excited. I can't wait every day when I wake up and I walk into the bathroom and I'm gonna look at that sexy bathroom, I'm gonna look at my sexy self in the bathroom mirror naked, and I'm gonna be like, what an incredible. Flawless bitch, look at you. Look at this bathroom. You fucking did that. You did that. You put your brain into incredible products. Like give good email. Bought me my place. How wild is that? And, uh, you did this all yourself. Oh, what a good feeling. So I love you. I love you more than that, I love you more than the fact that I have started to realize that the man that I am into really drastically changes based on where I'm at in my cycle. It's funny when I have conversations like this with people and they're on the pill and I'm like, it's not the same. Go off the pill and have this conversation with me because trust me, when I'm. Ovulating, I feel like a feral fucking animal, like I am honestly insane. I need my ovulation and my period tracker to sync with my dating apps. Unfortunately, Tinder, because as we know, I got a lifetime band from Hinge and I want it to be like, Hey bitch. The standards are lower because your body's like, let's make a baby. So just keep that in mind and I want like a little notification to come up when it's someone, so not my normal type. The algorithm is like, are you really sure? And then we should have an option to kind of like park him for later. Do you know what I mean? It's like put the man on hold. It's like you can come back when you're in your follicular phase and it's like, do you still like this person or were you just horny? Because I think that's a winning idea. So love you more than that. Speaking of, uh, sexy man. Vilo. And he is this like vampire looking, gorgeous man with like, especially him and like the late nineties, early two thousands. He just had like long hair and just was so fucking beautiful. Oh my god, he's so gorgeous. I lost my train of thought. I had this like little movie montage of humor in my head love you more than that. Love you more than the fact. I have a friend visiting this weekend. That's so fun. She has come down. From Maitland to visit me, we actually used to have our shops right near each other and we called it Gorgeous Corner. So her business was called Little Miss. Gorgeous. She had like a beauty therapy place. And then on the corner there was, a little like giftware shop called Vintage Iris. Then we had another shop, I think it was a computer shop, but they were like never there. And then we had, oh, then Cassie had moved in so she sold like children's wear and then we had Bella Chavet, so that was a hair salon on. And then we had my Pilates studio, Pilates evolution. Now. And all of these shops were connected. We had like a common corridor. And I remember once I was teaching a Pilates class and we were doing this like long stretch combo and I needed to get a fake tan, and I said, can you, I'm just gonna be back in like five minutes. Mom's gonna take you through this stretch routine. And mom took them through a stretch routine and I went out the back and I got the quickest spray tan in my fucking life. And I came back and like one of my clients was looking at me. I'm like, I can tell that, you know, something is different. But no one said anything, even though I would've fucking stunk because that shit has an odor. So she's here. We're gonna do some fun and sexy things. I'm actually probably gonna go and see her soon. So that's also why we're shooting in like the kids' little playroom, because I'm not gonna be at work all weekend. I'm gonna be having fun. I'm gonna be being hot. I'm gonna be getting, I was gonna say getting sex. I would love to get some sex right now. Uh, but I don't know if that's gonna happen anyway. Who knows? You never know what's in store. I could literally walk out of this room right now and bump into the man I'm gonna marry. How fun is that to think about hot stuff. And with that, I'm gonna leave that there. I love this. I love you.
