3. What was the inn? (Luke 2:7,12,16)

4. Jesus may have been born in a house. (Luke 2:7,12,16)

5. This was the miracle that changed the world! (Luke 2:6-7,11)

• Think about and discuss why it’s easy for us to force our own cultural expectations about motels, inns and how we treat strangers on Luke 2 and possibly come to false conclusions.
• Ponder the reality of God being conceived and born as a human being. What does that tell us about Him?
• Read and re-read Luke 2:1-20 several times. What words, phrases and/or ideas stand out to you?
