Corn futures open the Tuesday session with most contracts fractionally higher as USDA reported decent export numbers. March corn futures in Chicago starts up at $3.78, up to a quarter cent.
Wheat futures show 3 to 6 cent losses in most contracts this morning. Traders are focused on stronger than expected Russian exports that have limited expected gains in US exports vs. a year ago. March CBOT opens at 5.19 up 5 cents.
