WE'RE BACK! Thank you all for allowing me to take time off last week, I appreciate it!
This week we are diving into not letting our past define our future. I believe in so many ways we let our past, whether it's things we have done or couldn't accomplish or failures, define if we can do big things in our future. Our past will keep us from making decisions that could change our life because of fear of what may happen again. But what we don't realize it's not changing the past or wishing things would've worked out, it's about something so much more within ourselves. Listen in to find out what that is!
Listening back, I felt there was so many more things I wanted to talk about on the podcast, so I am going to do a part 2 next week. Sometimes I get scared to talk about the trauma in life, but truly I think we all have faced some & I want to cover that more in depth next week. STAY TUNED!
