Today we will be exploring how body work and movement called Fascial Stretch Therapy can elevate your well being. To help explain the benefits of stretch therapy, we are joined by the owner of Trust Your Body, Rebecca Nunez. 

Rebecca, has a background in biology and switched from the medical field once she realized through healing her brother's severe injury through stretch therapy that modern medicine barely touches the surface in long term healing. For five years in the practice she uses her "trust your body" method to give her clients the tools to connect their brain to their body and to prevent pain and to live in tune with themselves.
