The Serendipitous Cougar, Jen, joins RasPaul, health and wellness coach. He grows his own micro greens and collects sea moss from Jamaica and sells it at the local farmer's market. He set me up with some sea moss and I started taking it, updates will be weekly on my social media accounts if you're interested in my journey of healing.
